This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. Excellent vacation for reasonable price

The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more. The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa

It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The Tv is small and obsolete with no casting options, so you can't stream from your phone. Overall, cleanliness is everywhere

I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor

A taxi from the hotel brazen robbers, require 30 to 35 BGN one way, it is better to depart far away and to catch more, the good companies have enough

Just be careful with the expensive alcohol! Mine was diluted with water, hence the blurry colour of the Rakia

The spa zone was ideal for us, uncrowded and of effective use and results! And the pool was spacious with dense warm water that keeps you on the surface ;) you can imagine yourself being on the beach with the wall photo of the sea and beach umbrellas on one side of the pool as a kind of extension

We have now been to this hotel 4 times. Twice a year our ladies group meet there foŕ a get together 35 this time. We have always found the rooms very very clean

I can't say if there is any live entertainment put on when the main season starts as not been at that time of year. Food is plentiful and a good variety, something for everyone

As for the barman's the pool one is the greatest one to exist! Extremely friendly and catches on super fast about your liking

The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected. Martina and Georgi who part of the management will sort any problems you have straight away

we really liked our stay at the hotel, the food was very good, the staff were polite, the rooms were not that big but they were clean, the beach was close but the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for it, we liked the animation team a lot Krisi, Marti and Jani were very good, Marti was very good at ping pong, most of the time it rained, but they lifted our spirits and had nice parties

We stayed in an apartment room, which is supposed to be better than the standard rooms. The rugs and sofa were very dirty. The AC worked occasionally lucky for us at least at night. It decided to work a bit harder

The food is for everyone’s taste, at dinner we could book a table every day at the Italian and Asian restaurant, where you can find different types of food compare tot the main restaurant and the advantage that I personally liked was that it wasn’t crowded as in the main restaurant

The beverages were ok, tastable. The room was very clean, they cleaned the room every day and change the sheets one time in our staying(5 days). Also, they would bring water and bath supplies every day to refill the room

We have had an amazing holiday in grifid vistamar. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious, the fish have been a Little bit overcooked lately though, but not a big deal

Usually in these kinds of facilities you can get bored after a couple of days but due to the number of activities available, everyday felt different

A la carte restaurants each evening, multiple swimming pools, beach bars and food everywhere available and especially a great animation program

When we realised that they had some specialty restaurants we went in to one as it was empty but the lady at the reception said thawed had to book and that the service is from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, next day we left early so the 3

The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel)

Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

Rooms looks amazing and clean, some problems at the bathroom tho. And the balcony is super nice. The food is very good and diverse but the beverages are not great at all

The food was good for all inclusive package, with sweedish buffet in the morning and lunch and for dinner there were thematic setups, which provided a bit of diversity from the other 2 meals in the day

Also there were snacks between 12 and 15 PM, where you could grab pizza, kebab, chips and icecream. Besides these you also have 2 bars, one in the dinning area and another in the lobby, where you can get beverages

The room was clean with a comfortable double bed and a sofa. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The balcony had chairs and table to serve some drinks and a drying rack for cloths

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

There was enough choices but each dish was delicious and the cakes were little mouthfuls of heaven. Overall the hotel was very modern and clean and is in a great location to walk to the beach

Great hotel very modern and clean and fresh not a very old building. I stayed there because the hotel next door had booked me in but was closing for the season mid week

The hotel was quiet due to it being the end of their season which meant a lot of the local shops, bars and restaurants has closed (no fault of the hotel, we didn’t do our research and assumed the season would continue into October - something to be mindful of if you’re booking in 2024)

The staff were generally very helpful, a big shout out to Vanka (I hope that’s how you spell it) on reception who was extremely helpful in trying to sort an issue with our transfer back to the airport

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

Didn't use any of the spa, as most was extra cost. Did use the gym, and with a bit of imagination it was absolutely fine. ROOM: Was great, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

Our room was two singles pushed together which did roll apart unfortunately. There was a problem with the toilet making a loud noise, but this was reported and fixed within 4 hours

We were at this hotel for 8 days and it was perfect vacation. Food was excelent, little snacks and ice-cream during the day and drinks (alco, non-alco) were very good too. Everything was clean and the stuff was very kind

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above
