Great location and everything you might need during your trip was in a minute walk distance. Perfect view from the terrace. Breakfast was very good and well organized. Our room was clean and big enough

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

Looks amazing and it's very close to the beach, which makes it very attractive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Admiral Hotel and we will definitely come back

And for hotel's management, if you're reading this. I don't know why you're not encouraging poeple to book directly to your website, instead of paying fees to Booking and others

I booked trough the hotel's website, but it was a pain. No email confirmation, no nothing. And I also had problems about it at the reception, with the payments

I must edit My review beacause hotel really tried to fix something for us when asked politely. All is good for vegetarians but not for vegans

When asked vegan hotel politely bring us a vegan Milk straight to us and we even found a soymilk on breakfast today morning, Wow!

The hotel was ok for the money. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation

5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges

It's a nice place, friendly staff. A lot of stairs all around the hotel, but won't be a problem for a healthy legged person. For me personally it was a problem.

Loud music, from a nearby venue was heard in our room, booming out until midnight. None of this the fault of the hotel. Situated a short walk to the beach the location was spot on

Breakfast was good both in quality and quantity but dinner could be a bit hit and miss. No other British tourists to be seen at the resort of Golden Sands, mainly Bulgarian, Romanian and German

Pity about the neon advertising board on top of the Lighthouse Steakhouse opposite which continued twenty four hours, day and night shining its light onto the balcony

Wonderful place. The closest to the sea hotel. Modest room. Clima out of service. Noisy beach. To numerous Rumanians…

Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing

Extremely good rooms for the price, service was good and cooperative even if I didn't speak their language

This place is awesome! Its one of those hotels that make you wish just to stay close to it, and not to go anywhere else. The best place in the whole "Golden Sands" area!

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies

When we realised that they had some specialty restaurants we went in to one as it was empty but the lady at the reception said thawed had to book and that the service is from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, next day we left early so the 3

The beds were very comfortable and clean, the cleaner did a good job and the view from the room was great as we were at the top floor. The minibar had 2 beers, 1 fanta, 1 pepsi and 1 bottle of water

The food was quite ok, specially the crepes that they had just the first mornings of our stay, the salad variety was big, the meat a little overcooked, but we always found an option

we waited until 10:00 before leaving for out tour. They asked us to wait until 10:30, we said that we couldn’t wait longer as we have been waiting already

But take care, mainly during the morning, if you let your belongs on the beach chair unaccompanied more than 30 min, the beach staff can remove them and you lost your place in front of the see (house rules to avoid misuse of the chairs on the beach)

The hotel is very clean, the services are perfect, and the personal are very nice, always ready to help. Good location for families with kids, private beach and pool (indoors and outdoors)

The only thing to upgrade in my opinion is to organize some courses for bar tenders how to prepare drinks however they were kind and try to do their best. Generally staff it’s the strongest point of this hotel

Friendly and multilingual staff (English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Bulgarian, at least I could hear at reception) work hard to give you an amazing experience

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. Excellent vacation for reasonable price

The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more. The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa

The hotel was at least as good as many we have stayed in around Europe and not far short of the standard we have enjoyed in Dubai etc but at a fraction of the price. It's fantastic value for money

Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation

Hotel is great, food and drinks are amazing too. A big plus here are Animators a young group of peapole who are making u entertemaint, they are great for kids and old ones. I love them all.

The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy

I would go to this hotel again, it is located near the sea, the beach is healthy, there is always enough space to fall on the sand

The hotel is big and outdated, the swimming pool is big and nice but we didn’t use it as it was still cold. The indoor pool was nice and clean

We booked 6 nights in Grifid Arabella hotel beginningof August 2023. This was our first stay and we were very pleased and happy from our vacation. The hotel is very clean and well maitained

I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package)

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place

Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups

On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

The hotel is located in Golden Sands, cool like this place, next to a lot of clubs. To the sea about 500 meters, great pool with comfortable sun beds in the nearby Double Tree, you can use it

For example in some rooms the system with magnetic key locks on the doors doesnt work and you have to use a key , sometimes when you go to take a shower there isnt enough pressure in the tubes through the shower head for the water or there isnt enough hot water , the table tennis "rackets" or whatever was their name i forgot are in bad shape and the ping pong balls all got broken thanks to some guests...

The hotel is good, but the room is not cleaned, only the garbage is taken out. And so all is well

I was in that hotel 2 times very well fed and free drinks I recommend to everyone

And so on but certainly i think 3 star is on point for this hotel due to the things it provides the atmosphere the place the people etc

We had a very nice holiday at this hotel, we are a family with two boys of one year and six year old, we spent 8 days in august, just the best holiday ever! Great value for money, lovely entertainment team, quiet place , very pleased with food and service, nice polite staff, they all speak english, secured parking as we went by car

Had a great stay here for a week in the end of june. Professional, friendly staff. Big, clean rooms of high quality. Clearly not too long since it has been renovated. Will come again.

When you arrive, you wait for one of the workers to bring a car, and then you drive after him (following) until you get to the parking lot of all of Grifid Hotels, there you park it, and go back to the hotel in the car you followed

Four only for the lack of wi-fi in the room. Communication was only in the lobby where the reception is. They promised to do it, but they didn’t do it in two weeks

It has become noticeably better: lighting, entrance, reception. We must continue in the same spirit: to put in order the SPA and the indoor pool.

Untidy room with stains on carpet, dirty walls. The sea was a long one, it is necessary to descend from the mountain, there is a free Shuttle bus to the beach. The staff is friendly, many Russian speakers

My second summer holiday in MiraBelle hotel was amazing again! Very nice, helpful and kind staff, clean and bright room! The restaurant was clean, very delicious food and so many different choices! The animation was incredible! Thank you so much and see you again!

MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times

There are plenty of sunbeds out for everyone. There is a really nice lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs, and air conditioning by the bar. The terrace with a pool view was a very nice touch

As for fruit and deserts, you will not be disappointed. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff were all amazing, hardworking people, kind, polite, sociable, and very hospitable

There was so much diversity in the meals offered by the restaurant, and there's always fresh, delicious food set out as a Swedish buffet that you can help yourself to
