5 stars hotel located in gilder sands outdid Varna. Good if you have a car or take taxi. Main attractions are the ****** if you like it and good breakfast and dinner

The beach in this season is deserted and everything is closed. They have nice indoor swimming pool and a gym. Air on go only as low as 24 degrees. I was upgraded to vip floor with a nice room

Overall, everything is fine, it's just the age of the hotel and it's time to do some renovations.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need

It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The Tv is small and obsolete with no casting options, so you can't stream from your phone. Overall, cleanliness is everywhere

Just peace and quiet for families with children. The personnel can speak Russian. There are a few bars if you come without children. Very close to the sea, leaving from the hotel you will be right on the beach

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

An OK physical location but outclassed in every way by the staff - The reception staff know almost nothing, especially about the facilities, don't know details or information about the aqua park or even where the night bar is located 5 meters away from them, in the basement

Hotel Arabella is the perfect place if you’re looking for a fun, energetic holiday! There’s always something going on — games by the pool, music, dancing, evening shows… the vibe is just amazing

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. Excellent vacation for reasonable price

The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more. The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

Food is good, on all the tastes. yhe the drinks were quality, not some low quality. Now let's talk about some aspects, the refill of the minibar was done only ones after I've complained several times

The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. The hotel it is right on the beach, inside a pine forrest, part of a group of HVD hotels. So, it is safe to walk around into the park

The second year is the stay in this hotel, everything is super, quiet and calm, for young people not suitable, for family and people aged!!!!!

I've reserved directly on the HVD website, I recommend you to do the same at better rates compared to Booking. For our pleasant surprise we've been upgraded from family room to maisonette

I appreciate that they are not wasting food only for opulence like they do in Turkey. Food is various, there are several options even for vegetarians or for those who prefer healthy food, but not exagerated

Beer is fresh and cold always, bartenders are young and friendly, good ice cream. All the rooms have sea view and is very nice. 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the beach

The beach itself does not cause problems, it was enough just to find a free area to be located and attached also free hotel umbrellas. The sea was clean and warm, which could not fail to delight children and adults

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The good thing was that the linen was white

We stayed in an apartment room, which is supposed to be better than the standard rooms. The rugs and sofa were very dirty. The AC worked occasionally lucky for us at least at night. It decided to work a bit harder

The spa zone was ideal for us, uncrowded and of effective use and results! And the pool was spacious with dense warm water that keeps you on the surface ;) you can imagine yourself being on the beach with the wall photo of the sea and beach umbrellas on one side of the pool as a kind of extension

Everything was on point. Service was good and food was tasty. We also liked bartender Sasha (Oleksandra), she was interesting to talk with. But receptionist Anton, who first met us, was VERY rude😒

The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel)

Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco

I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package)

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place

Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups

- coffee - acceptable to good depending on what you choose on the machine - pool with lots of chairs and shade from umbrellas and huge trees - 2 lifeguards during the day - pool bar - nice staff, very good ice cream, good cookies during serving hours -staff pretty young and helpful, did their job very well - reception looks very nice with a lot of seats inside and outside on the terrace - saw there...

The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

The comments bellow from fellow Romanians with "only 2 types of soup", and "food different than in Romania" - you are not at your mother's house, but in Bulgaria - different country with different food ;)

Also the comments with "reusing food from the breakfast in the lunch meals" - what do you guys expect them to do , throw it away? that's what every restaurant ever does

Plenty of soda drinks, water, beer and wine. In the 4 days that I stayed some food repeated yes like french fries and salads but other cooked foods were different

And for hotel's management, if you're reading this. I don't know why you're not encouraging poeple to book directly to your website, instead of paying fees to Booking and others

I booked trough the hotel's website, but it was a pain. No email confirmation, no nothing. And I also had problems about it at the reception, with the payments

I must edit My review beacause hotel really tried to fix something for us when asked politely. All is good for vegetarians but not for vegans

When asked vegan hotel politely bring us a vegan Milk straight to us and we even found a soymilk on breakfast today morning, Wow!

The staff is really-really nice, not everyone spoke good English, but communication is not impeded, and they were really helpful. I really hope their work is well appreciated and rewarded

The all-inclusive food options were a bit limited, there were about 12 types each time they served food, including salads, meats, pasta, vegan food, french fries, soups, sometimes they would serve special dishes as well

The rooms are a bit small, there's not a lot of space for your belongings, but if you plan on spending most of your time on the seaside or touring the city, then it won't bother you, like it didn't bother us

I will be honest from the get go - the hotel claims to be a 4 Star place, but it's really just a high grade 3 star establishment, and I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it is a bit misleading

The poolside bar was really clean, and whenever there was a crowd there, the manager/owner would help out so everyone got what they wanted in due time

The outside and indoors pools were really nice and clean as well, although the water was a bit cold at first, but still enjoyable

The food is for everyone’s taste, at dinner we could book a table every day at the Italian and Asian restaurant, where you can find different types of food compare tot the main restaurant and the advantage that I personally liked was that it wasn’t crowded as in the main restaurant

The beverages were ok, tastable. The room was very clean, they cleaned the room every day and change the sheets one time in our staying(5 days). Also, they would bring water and bath supplies every day to refill the room
