The hotel’s animation team is absolutely fantastic! Special thanks to Reni, Papi, Mitko, Geri, and the rest of the crew — true professionals who turn every moment into fun and excitement. They’ll keep you engaged in a variety of activities, making sure your vacation is lively, energetic, and full of laughter. With them around, a good time is guaranteed!

The only good thing in the hotel were the animators, they took very good care of our kid. The room had absolutely no sound isolation and we could hear almost everything happening in the hotel. The food was really poor for the price paid.

What a fab hotel staff cannot do enough for you. Food really good. Massive room really comfy beds. Pool is lush. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was really good. The staff was very nice. Entertainment team was the best. I really enjoyed staying here.

It's not a 4* hotel, though. But here me out. It's a nice hotel that has everything you need. Rooms were cleaned and cleaned and bedding changed even though we were only there 2 nights, they were spacious and more than served its purpose..Pool area was clean, restraunts and bar was also cleaned and kept clean, food was standard/basic and cooked. But being all inclusive, it wasn't always piping hot for long but certainly wasn't cold. There wasn't much choice for kids, I personally wouldnt take mine, because he's picky. But for adults I think there is something for everyone. I read reviews about how the staff were rude and bad experiences, but that certainly wasn't the case. Every staff member we interacted with, were pleasant and helpful. However value for money wise for our stay was why I've given this 4* it worked out just £20 per night per person for all inclusive so it did make it extremly hard not to find to many faults. Drinks were OK. Beer was good, local and some international spirits. But its cheap enough in town not to do all inclusive to be honest. Which brings me on to location, you are literally just around the corner from some bars, restraunts etc.. and only a 5-10 min walk to the mall where you will find countless market style shops, bars and restraunts.

This is our second stay at this hotel.

This year, the rooms are cleaner, the ceilings have been updated, and the air conditioning system with a thermostat is new. The staff is great, except for the restaurant manager, who acts like the “Gestapo” and doesn’t allow you to take your coffee from the restaurant to the lobby bar.

However, something went wrong with the restaurant this year, even though it’s off-season. During peak hours, it’s a complete mess: not a single free table, or if there is one — it’s dirty. There are no clean glasses at the bar, and the queues for food are huge. The kitchen can’t keep up. And to top it all off, seagulls can easily steal your food.

You clearly need more staff to handle the number of guests. Or — as harsh as it may sound — introduce time slots for visiting the restaurant to avoid overcrowding. For example, at 19:00 it’s chaos, but by 19:30 everything is calm again. How to guess the right time? Only God knows.

This issue is especially noticeable from Friday to Sunday, most likely when weekend guests arrive. This evening, everything described above happened to us, and a seagull actually ruined our dinner — which we had waited in line so long to get. Please assign someone to keep animals away from the restaurant area.

This really spoils the overall impression of the hotel. We’ve been patient for 9 days, but today was the last straw. Last year, during the high season, none of these problems existed.

I’m giving a rating of 4, hoping you’ll take steps to improve the situation. I’d really love to enjoy the last two days of my vacation in comfort:)

Very nice hotel, delicious food, big rooms, comfortable beds, great bartenders. A good hotel for a good price! Recommend it

We were in this hotel in mid-August 2019, we liked everything very much, the food was from 07:00 to 23:00, you could say that everything is included, after breakfast the bar opened and you could have a snack there, pancakes, pizza, drinks. The rooms were cleaned every day, they added water, friendly waiters, bartender, administration, we are very happy. I recommend

The staff of the hotel are exceptional and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, bedding changed every 3 days, the cleaning ladies always planned it well and cleaned the room while we were having our breakfast, so we were never interrupted while resting in the room.
Special thanks to Tetiana Kaminska, who explained how everything works in the restaurant and made sure all the tables were cleaned promptly and to a high standard. She was friendly and even recommended a nice beach for us to visit nearby, which was really lovely.
Overall a nice budget hotel for a family holiday. Would be great to improve air conditioning in the lobby, restaurant and bars as it gets really hot with many people in one space.
