- the hotel offers no breakfast
- only a shaby cove lighting on the staircase, the stairs are of black marble
- the room smelled horrible like cigar smoke, the receptionist told me I booked a smoker room even if I showed her the opposite
- in four days no cleaning at all in the room
- no lighting on the working desk
- empty mini bar
- broken gasket at the window, the wind could blow the curtains away
- no net on the window, hence mosquitoes
- the water in the shower is dripping with low pressure
- TV didn't work at all
- WiFi very low speed
- hard mattress
- between the bathroom and the sleeping area is only a kinky glass wall with some broken shades
- very narrow garage
- the other receptionist hardly greets back

Overall a ok place to stay
It's decently clean.
The minibar is now empty. You need to buy stuff at the reception.
The showers in some rooms are broken (no water pressure, the heat regulator doesn't work often)
The elevator does funny and scary things (dropping a bit under floor, starting without closing the door fully)

Nice atmosphere, very clean and quite, friendly staff. This is exactly what you need when staying in a hotel. Didn’t get the breakfast, but tried the morning coffee, it was just great.

Honestly, not much of an expert in this hotel but Google won't let me discard the stars rating I gave by mistake so I guess the place deserves them all :-) Looks pretty good from outside though so probably some of the stars are justified.

Great business hotel, with large and modern rooms. The biggest bed I have seen in a hotel room. Good connection to down town very close to metro and bus stations. Only 100 steps to Paradise Shopping Mall.

Great design in a small hotel with nice location 5 min walk from a big shopping mall. Very friendly staff, free Wi-Fi and free underground parking on the premises. There are not many facilities but it is a good value for the money.

Everything was great about the room, but the breakfast WASN'T worth it. Don't order food. Just sleep and enjoy the cool design of the room.
