The hotel is terrible. It smells terrible of cigarette smoke and gives me a headache. The rooms are dirty, in my opinion they are not cleaned at all. The air conditioner is extremely dirty and the filters are not changed. The man who works at the reception on the night shift, when he found out that I was from Ukraine, began shouting “glory to Russia”, in my opinion there is something wrong with him. When the cleaning lady was cleaning the toilet and hallway, she simply spilled water on the floor, but did not wash it; there were puddles on the floor. paid 25 euros for 1 night.

The worst hotel I stayed in. The tablets indicated 24/7, in fact, the admistrator sleeps. To get into the hotel at night you need to call the Bulgarian phone number. The service is terrible, the administrator rough, does not perform his duties, does not know how to work with people. The cheapest number costs 25 euros, old and smoked numbers. Employees look neat, dirty clothing, a breathtaking smell. The hotel employee humiliated me by nationality, such people must be punished. I don't recommend. The employee is not able to inform the password from Wi-Fi, by the way write it down 17072001.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, but distant from nearby bus stops. The service is great, but the rooms aren't top-tier. The bathroom installed within the actual room is a weird choice and our bathroom door was broken. The curtains weren't in the greatest shape and the spring bed isn't most comfortable. Overall it was convenient and not a hassle to settle into and it isn't the most expensive.

the price is okay and I would recommend it if you're on a bugdet, otherwise not really.
It's a 20-minute walk from the train station, 15 minutes with the bus. The lady at the reception was nice, and we could check in after about 5 minutes (with reservation). We paid 65lev for a double bedroom with a fridge, TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, and a shared balcony. The room was very spacey, but there were more than just a few flaws.
The sliding doors of the bathroom were broken, and it was impossible to completely close them. Even moving them at all was a challenge, so we just left them open halfway all the time. The shower didn't have a curtain, which wouldn't have been a problem if the floors were crooked, but like this, the water can't really flow, so there's a lot of mold.
The refrigerator is moldy too, just like the matress and everywhere you take a closer look. Another reason to buy a new matress would be that you can literally feel every spring, or just a new bed, because when we sat on it, the front beam just fell off, leaving a lot of sharp screws to the open and we had to be careful not to get hurt. There are no real curtains, just those weird stripe-thingy curtains which were, and this might suprise you, also broken and it was very complicated to close them.

Not recommended. Overall condition of the place is really poor. Room 14 was dirty (white socks turned black), TV was not working (Reception knew about it before our arrival, did nothing to fix it), cooling machine was way too noisy, anf produced hot air, so overall no cooling came from it. Fridge was dirty and had an awful smell. Wallpaper started to come off from the wall, spider webs were all around the ceiling. No mosquito nets on the windows, so no fresh air could be let in. Wardrobes were not closable, and in pieces (extra wardrobe door was next to it). Electrical outlets were moving in and out from the wall, and some of them were not available, since the bed was in front of it, and the bed could not be moved. The bathroom also disappointing. Almost everything was moving, no curtain for the shower, the shower tap was spraying water all over the bathroom. Huge disappointment, even for this low price. The pillows were the only positive things.

Very kind stuff, clean rooms. They offered us to leave our baggage on the reception for the whole last day of our vacation. Very nice stay.

Great place. Quiet little back street....or so you think! So noisy! We had two balconies and both shared with another room so couldn't really use. Fridge in room huge plus. Breakfast was a bit lame. Would recommend purely on great for price

A relatively new but run down hotel. Prime but not quiet location. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Basic. Not well maintained. The discount rates are close to good value for money.
