Perfect for short staying and good views
In a peaceful place. The rooms are nice and clean. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the stuff is very kind and polite. I recommend it.
This family run hotel is quite charming in its own way. Good mattresses and amazing view of Sofia from the top of the hill. Hot water. It's clean, except for all the old hair in the drain on the bathroom. The bathroom smells like rotten drain. Fair priced and friendly staff. Wonderful with chai and a hot water kettle! Downside is the big cell phone antennas on the neighbouring post office. It soaks...
Hotel was on a hill, but the view in the morning was amazing. It's a family run hotel. Rooms are a decent size. Thr hotel is very quaint, and rustic if you like that, then this is up your street. I prefer these type hotels to newly built, as they have more character.
The hotel is very nice, altough is a little hidden. The staff is friendly, but pay attention that they speak only basic english. Bit far from city center, about 20-30 minutes by car. There is noi shower cabine, so after a shower the whole bathroom is wet.
My stay was incredible! I'm glad to meet Ivan- the best host ever! :) Excellent service and atmosphere! Krasi is cooking very delicious national cuisine which I'll remember for a long time. Definitely want to come back!

The location has easy access to a bus stop (right out in front of it) lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. Some parts of my room were updated with a more modern look. Just others had remains of what once was. There were 3 wall mounted light sources, non of which worked. The clothing cabinet doors were not set right (off the sliding hinge) and the mirror one had several cracks. The bathroom...
Firstly don’t take a yellow taxi from the town , they overcharge by 4 times, use taxi me app you shouldn’t pay more than 20 lev Mac, the photos on the site are photo shopped , the place is out of the way amongst old high rise apartments that look awful, the rooms and the whole place us extremely old and in desperate need of updating , however the staff are extremely helpful, l wont be returning there...
Very good room, suitable for living, with a separate bathroom, reasonable price
Staff speaks good English, decent location , could be cleaner
The room was dirty, there were too many bugs in the room, the AC was too loud and overall mot enjoyable stay. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Room 308 25-26 March 2024 We were so happy with our room and our stay in this apartment. It was better than we expected, very spacious, well presented, and clean throughout. The bed was king size and very comfortable and had a lovely view of Mount Vitosha from the lounge and balcony. There is a fabulous Greek restaurant opposite called Yamas, and the transport to the town centre is cheap, regular and...

The hotel is located in the Vitosha District which is really close to the mountain thus the air is quite fresh. The hotel itself offers big and well and well facilitated rooms.
Nice hotel, very large rooms for a very affordable price. And the staff were very kind as well. I was surprised at how empty the place was.
The best experience ever. Room was clean, view incredible, cozy and it felt like home. The staff, Doni and Iva was the best hosts ever. I'm looking forward to go back there soon. Maybe for New year :)
Very good hotel. Silence and relax. Amazing SPA and service in the hotel.

Very nice place! The staff was nice, great room, clean. Close to city center (but still quite). Nice garden to sit.
The room was clean. The owner is welcoming. The position is perfect. I think the price is very good. (No elevator)
Clean and comfortable rooms in the center!
An excellent service. Very quiet and nice hotel in the top center of Sofia. Definitely I will visit again. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel but needs some attention. Krasi was absolutely amazing answering all our questions and suggesting really nice places to visit.
The location is really near to the historical center, you can go there walking. The guy is really nice, he allowed me to guest a couple of friends and their luggage for a few hours in the middle of the night and he arrange the cab for them, he was really nice. The room was big and comfy, and it's really nice that every room has a different city name. Really a great hotel and great staff.

Good, the room was nice. Clean, have TV, the reception staff was kind. Also have a restorant on the entrance. The only negative thing is no left but the location will compensate sure for this.
Convenient to the bus station and a cut above the surrounding neighborhood hostels. The concierge is very accommodating. The walls are thin however and the decor somewhat disco-ish. Also the restaurant downstairs plays dub and rap constantly. Perhaps OK if you like that at breakfast?
Lovely hotel, big spacious bedrooms which were nice and clean. Shower room was also large and clean. Room had remote controlled air conditioning that's wasn't to noisy. View from the balcony was really nice at night, but when the morning came the view was something else with the mountains in the background. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I go back to Sofia I will be staying here again

It’s a very nice boutique hotel, the room was really stylish and spacious. The receptionists were super nice and helpful. Great location with good restaurants and cafes around. We walked everywhere and took taxis to go out to restaurants at night. Highly recommended
We had a great stay here- we actually stayed twice. The rooms were both very spacious- had separate sleeping and living areas and the decor was very beautiful. Both of our rooms (junior suites) had their own balconies. The hotel is in a prime location in Sofia, close to the center but far enough away to be quiet. We used the complimentary sauna which was a wonderful way to relax on a rainy day. Will...
✨Wonderful Stay in a Quiet and Stylish Hotel ✨ The hotel is located on a peaceful street, just a short 6-minute walk from the metro station. Initially, I booked a room on the first floor, which was a bit too close to the reception and had windows facing the restaurant. Fortunately, the staff kindly helped us switch...

Top level experience! Friendly welcoming staff. I felt genuinely appreciated as a guest. They went out of their way to male sure I was comfortable, and provided great directions and hints for local dining and siteseeing.
My new favorite hotel in Sofia This was my second stay. It was so nice to be greeted and welcomed back. The staff recognized me as I walked through the front door! The room was perfectly prepared to my preferences. The staff was incredibly helpful in organizing taxis and directions to a coffee place and a local restaurant. This is my new favorite hotel in Sofia.

The location is situated in an excellent hilly area, making it a great destination for walkers and hikers. However, it may not be the most suitable option for families. The accommodations are older and offer limited facilities.
This is a 2☆ hotel and we shouldn't forget that. That's why it's modest in every sense and yet good enough for what you get for a good price. The windows and floors still need to be cleaned. The bathroom needs minor repairs to make it acceptable. In the hotel you can pay with payment cards, the meals are modest and simple. But the most important thing is that the hotel is in the most beautiful forest...
Deserves mention as an excellent hotel in Sofia.room..service..location staff.very comfortable..clean value for money.spacious relaxed ....centre of the city about 5 minute walk from main boulevard Vitosha.just be careful when walking.nothing to do with the hotel but pavements all across the city very eneven and downright dangerous to walk upon
You need a car or pay taxi to the property. You can walk to the public transport
Lobby and restaurant were very nice and views were beautiful. Room condition was surprisingly poor - horrible smell, toilet leaks, carpet was very dirty, poor airflow.
The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Vitosha Boulevard, central Sofia. Rooms are clean, with basic amenities. Staff, especuakky Inna, was helpful with tips and leads. Coffee shops and bakeries abundant in the neighborhood. Recommended if you are not looking for luxury while staying in Sofia.

The location is sooooo good. Great place
Don't be put off by your initial impression of the entrance to this very well located little hotel. Clean rooms, nice shower and a massive bathroom. Right in the city centre and close to the underground. The outside of the building could do with a little TLC but it's money well spent. I'd stay again.
This place was very clean and purposefully rustic looking. Location was perfect for getting around Sofia and located next to the main boulevard.
Wow what a hotel. Very stylish, absolutely loved the decoration. Really friendly receptionist and super helpful. I liked the smart door handles to enter the room. Very quiet location.
Great location! the staff was very nice. The room was big and looked very good. It was not that clean, I Think they did insecticide spray earlier because we kept on finding cockroaches every morning .. But it was worth the money. I LIKED IT!

A cheap and cheerful place to stay, located right in the centre of Sofia. The lady who greeted me for late check-in was very helpful and friendly. The building itself is very hard to find though as there are no signs. Ultimately, I have no complaints - you get what you pay for!
Great WiFi, great location, great staff, great price. 'Weird' shower and the appearance of the building from outside leaves a bit to be desired (no complaints from the inside)

Great location, easy to find! The stuff is friendly and welcoming and helpful! You do your own breakfast and can taste a home made marmalade!
The place has amazing location and makes you want to stay more. It is very cosy and clean. I was particularly impressed by the attitude of the owner, who tries everything to make you feel comfortable and calm. Great.
A really pleasant experience, close to the center of Sofia
Clean, comfortable situated in a very nice quarter with local shops and restaurants and near the metro for any more distant travel. The owner is incredibly helpful and there's plenty of hot water. A great find!

I stayed for three nights and found it a unique experience. Not for the person wanting the JW Marriott experience, but if you're exploring Sofia and want to feel like you're part of the culture, it's great. Sibylla, the proprietor, was patient and friendly. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept like a rock each night: no street noise where I was. The shared bathroom was fine, good water...
This is a really fabulous and quirky place to stay. We were fortunate enough to have the whole apartment to ourselves. The "staff" downstairs are a bit hit and miss, but I don't think they actually work for the guest house. The lady we met who seemed to be in charge of guest house was very friendly. Free use of washing machine also!

Good to stAy for budget travellers, cannot expect too much for the price
The photos on booking.com are quite deceiving. Unfortunately, it has serious problems with cleaning, neither the sheets nor the towels were changed for 3 days, and when we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper, we had to go and ask for it ourselves, even though there was only 1 small package of shampoo. But the location is nice and the staff is friendly.
I arrived late at night with a friend and the receptionist greeted us very kindly. Explained the door lock situation and we went to our room. The room looked pretty basic but clean I guess. The one thing I would like to complain was the smell of the towels. I just didn't use them for five days straight and had to air dry every time I took a shower. Once I woke up in the middle of the night and unconsciously...
Really lovely place to stay. Great for a solo traveler. Super friendly and helpful staff and beautiful rooms
The room I had wasn't as hot as you would expect in the middle of the summer, without AC. Also the wallpaper, furniture, and old faucets gave me a mid-20th century vibe. For a 2* hotel, it could be great. I am lowering the rating because they asked me to give my key whenever I left the room. Then the walls that were not covered by wallpaper were peeled off or mouldy. This hotel would be great if...

Cozy, clean and warm small hotel, more than excellent for its price! It has everything you need for rest and a place to park your car.
Not the most modern place but well maintained
It cheap. Good for one night. Big difference between photos and reality. Also we were at third floor without lift. It not a problem, but if you have big luggage... Nice environment near the hotel. On same street situated many others hotels that looks nicer.
Hotel was quite old and room was small, but everything was clean and well cared. Owners were very friendship and helpful. There wasn't private parking. Only on the street, next to building.
Super clean and super low price. Balcony rooms too.

Art hostel has a nice vibe. The bar and garden are two nice additions to the location. The toilet (particularly the one upstairs) were very dirty. Personel was generally friendly, but some did have a couple of very weird or unfriendly quirks.
A place where where you can find new friends or spent unforgettable time with yours. It's always fun for me to be there.
A place I've never stayed in before. Takes some getting used to but a good experience. A great place to meet new friends from across the globe.
Hostelworld some how cancelled our booking, but I didn't receive any notification. When six of us arrived there, they really made a big effort to host even do we didn't have a reservation. It was great move and deserves much more than 5 stars! Recommended +++++++++++++
