High cost performance, not bad.

Hotel is clean and bed is very comfortable. Pool is very busy at weekends in good weather, mainly from people not staying at hotel. Breakfast let's the place down. Even scrambled eggs are cold.

Dated hotel with hard beds. Excellent staff, great free breakfast. Restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is wonderful..

It was overall satisfying. The room was pretty big and bed too. Breakfast is not very good and we were practically kicked out around 10. Other than that it was nice and pool is very nice if you have time.

Business hotel, average breakfast.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The Front Office Manager handled my check-in, and it was flawless. The receptionist who assisted me during check-out was very helpful and friendly. I often travel to Sofia for work meetings. And I always choose to stay at Novotel because the team is professional, the quality and fast service are very important to me. The food is great, the rooms without remark. Everything I needed, the staff have assisted me the minute. Clean, cozy and comfortable!

On 31 Aug 2024 Milen provided excellent customer service in helping my partner retrieve her phone from a taxi. He went above and beyond in retrieving it. I couldn't rate his customer service higher! Strategically located right above the subway, the hotel is a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was good.

Very helpful front desk, helped with all my queries and even printed off my bus ticket home. Room was quaint but nice, good view of the mountain despite the clouds. Bathroom compact but perfectly serviceable. Only complaint would be you get some noise from other guests in the hallway, but that’s fairly normal.

The staff is not willing to take responsibility, so we will not recomend this hotel. While cleaning the room the threw away the lids of the contact lenses box. No big deal IF instead of asking "can you prove it was us" they would simply send someone to get a new box. Probably a one dollar expense... Negative attitude is no way to treat customers...

It's a well situated and good service hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has nice showers. Value to price ratio is good.

Not bad service, but the language barrier was obvious. No one informed us about a card in the closet which we have to use for cleaning the room the opposite way a "do not disturb" sign works. Great breakfast and bar. Nice rooms but noicy crowds.

All-in-all, the experience was reasonable. But for several reasons I won't come back, and I won't recommend the place to others. I didn't like the surface very much as it doesn't bounce the ball much. We are not professionals but it was not very good. It is saved through the online system, which is a big plus and most of the times it is calm, but the unpleasant thing is that when the ball comes out, it takes 1, 2 minutes to get it back since there are nets and it enters the other fields easily.

Stayed here for one night due to a late flight arrival before continuing our trip in Bulgaria the next day. Very good choice instead of the hotels that are a bit closer to the airport. Nice, spacious and quiet rooms. Food at the rooftop bar and restaurant was good. We especially liked that they had rooms for three people since we were travelling two adults and one child.

Very nice hotel, adequately clean, very good bed mattresses, kind staff. Some small problems in the room (the bath tab was leaking, bad smell in smoking room). The breakfast was fine, we were told by co-travellers that the dinner menu was very good also. Value for money.

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey. All of our guests loved the place and the people also. We highly recommend this place and will definetely come back. Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind. Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs.

The room is confortable and clean. Excellent staff. You can ask for bathrobe and slippers at the front desk. The breakfast is the "but", it could be improved, we had dinner and the difference of quality is notable.

This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel room is huge and provided with adequate amenities. Not to mention the high standard of services , staff are friendly and endeavor to help.

We stayed couple of nights in this hotel. The breakfast included was great, plenty of options for eating. The room is not nor small nor big but has everything needed for a comfortable staying. The ladies from reception were kind and explained everything properly.

The staff is very good, they tried to help us as much as possible when needed, the food could have more variety but its still well done, and the rooms are comfortable too. In general no problems with our stay here, it was nice.

We had the 6A suite for a family of 4 people. For 4 people, the room is relatively small. Cleanliness is not at high standards. On the other hand room is very quiet and has a very nice view. I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it. The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own. At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer. The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center. The neighborhood is not dangerous contrary to what I have read. On the other hand the wifi is slow the little time it works. Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

Just a ten minute walk from all the action its close enough to be ideal amd far enough to be "quiet." Rooms are excellent in size and amenity and the bed is comfortable. The shower is like a jet wash which is a positive; you can turn it down. Good breakfast, polite staff. It is a win win for me and I'll look to stay in a COOP hotel again no problem

The hotel has quite a good location, close to the city center on the pedestrian street. The rooms are quite old and mattresses are quite bad, but everything is clean. The weirdest thing that this hotel is enforce you to leave the keys on the reception. Basically they asked you to do it when you are passing by the reception desk. It's very annoying.

The perfect thing is the location easy to find whatever you want, easy to find parking space around the hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, the WiFi is not strong enough, breakfast is fine, need to care more about the maintenance and other things can be improved, very good value for money.
