Hotel complex with a common area, guests can use all the pools and bars but the only restaurant of their hotel. Use one of the pools (two with slides) free for children under 16 years, for adults – for a fee. Interesting animation for adults and children, good food and quality service. Perfect for a family holiday.

- Location: in Sunny Beach, 30 km from the airport of Burgas, 500 metres from the centre of the resort.
- Consists of three hotels with a total territory: Rodopi 4*, "Color" 4* and "flora Park" 4*.
- The hotel has 450 rooms.
- Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.
- Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard.

The Food was bad, I heard from a lot of people which I learned in Bulgaria Sunny Beach that in almost every Hotel food is not great. But outside is always delicious food.
We had enough space in our room, the cleaning service has done great work, nothing was stolen. But our showerhead in the bath was two times broken, because of low quality, we asked at the reception and they sad the craftsman will come in 30 minutes, but he never come. The price/ service of the Hotel is not recommended!

Just came back the food and services we're rubbish the only good about the place was the outside bar and snack bar and the pool also they need to cut them trees down as we couldn't see the pool off the balcony

Good hotel. Placious stablishment with decent swimming pools and it was hella quiet, which was great. however cousine was almost the same for entire week. Seriously that was the weakest part. Beach bars were mediocre but bartenders like Ivan and a lady from Zvete were great.

extreme differences between the rooms (beautiful room vs. very poor with noisy air conditioning and dirty).Our room in Zvete (balcony facing the street to the sea) was not standard for 4 stars, more like a 1 stars or hostel. Air conditioning did not work, dirty and broken chairs, dirty children's bed, dirty balconies (see photo).
The room on the opposite side (the pools view) was great.
Outdoor facilities are great for children. the animators are also very good.

This is the location of 3 hotels linked together. we stayed here from 21/7-28/7.
- The plus point is that the hotel is newly renovated, although there are some imperfect equipment.
- The minus point is that entertainment activities are not fun, some volunteers are not enthusiastic.
- It is not clear if it is due to the influence of the disease but the food is not rich. In return, the cleaning team is very crowded and young. some people are always happy with a smile on their faces but some people are very upset for no reason

Great hotel for a family holiday. Rooms spacious and clean - daily cleaning was standard. Very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the bars and main restaurant. Excellent food which was varied and there was something for everyone. There was a great animation team for the children and adults too.

The Food and Drinks are very tasty. The room is clean and beautiful. The only criticism is that there are not enough sockets in the room.

Terribly dirty in the hotel and in the restaurant. Dishes dirty and broken. Children's chairs are dirty and broken. In the corridors there is no air conditioning, impossible to take the elevator and breath in it because of the heat. Reception is absolutely unfriendly. Bed linen - SYNTHETICS !!! Never saw that before. It is very hot and unpleasant to lie on it. Everyone with whom we communicated in the hotel is very unhappy. They said that over the past few years, the hotel has got much worse. This is not 4 *. It is not even 2 *

This is very nice place to stay. Personnel is very informative and responsiv. I didn't give 5 stars due to very German oriented food.
