Small hotel in a quiet area which was exactly what we wanted. The staff were great and helped us with anything we asked for. Lovely continental breakfast available for a small additional charge. The only fault was that our balcony was very small and narrow but other rooms do have bigger balconies. It's a listed building so they can't do anything about the balconies. The rooms were cleaned as often as we wanted and there's free safes at reception. In general I would definitely recommend the St Stefan

Great for short stay
Located in the centre of town
Stayed one night to spend evening in Nessebar, Central location, easy check in, budget hotel, for the price I paid (£33) | couldn't ask for better place. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Catastrofic behaviour of blonde russian or ukraunian waitress. We were group of 6 people and wanted to order just 4 Frappes. She refused as it was not enough in her opinion ... so we left ... and never will be back ...

Horrible service of the cafe below hotel. Waitress was notwilling to serve us

Very disappointing today, 18/07/2024. we met our first rude Bulgarian man. There was no need to speak to my Daughter the way he did, she purchased a cold beverage and was not aloud to use the facilities.
Shouldn't be in hospitality if his going to behave like that.

Good! Very high prices throughout Nessebar, nothing to do with the supply, the streets especially early in the morning are very dirty.

Cafe on the corner won’t let you sit outside if you order 1 cocktail and you have a second person with you who doesn’t want to drink anything, woman with white hair who is a bartender is the rudest person ever.

Dead in the middle of old Nessebar. Comfortable rooms, fair price. Go for it!

Very friendly staff in the restaurant. The french homemade cake tastes amazing!

Had a beautiful room on the top floor, was clean and good. Be careful for the bar with the same name on the corne, acted like complete assholes to us.
