The apartment rooms seem very dated with worn furniture and uncomfortable beds some of the plug sockets didn't work and the Aircon was practically non existent, luckily we were able to switch rooms after a few nights after complaining to reception. The restaurant food is not catered for English guests and at best is Luke warm did try eating here twice and gave up , ended up eating out the rest of the week, pool bar staff are mostly good. The life guard at the pool was lovely and managed to get us sunbeds as people had just dumped their stuff on them & left. The doughnuts and ice cream are worth waiting for , over all I would say the hotel could benefit from major makeover.

Did not like this hotel at all. The apartment I'd booked as a supposed upgrade was like something out of the arc. Dated furniture, uncomfortable sofa bed for my daughter, lumpy single beds pushed together with sheets that didn't fit. Aircon did not cool the bedroom at all. Whole apartment floor needs a serious upgrade. Plug sockets in bedroom didn't work. Carpets filthy. Did get moved to another apartment eventually on night 3 or 4 after numerous complaints to reception. New apartment had a bed that we could actually get some sleep in & my daughter got a single bed in the new room instead of the cracker bread thin sofa bed in the first room so we did manage to sleep on the last few nights we were there. Best part was the pool, sun loungers hard to come by with guests already having towels on them by 7am. Lifeguard lovely & helpful removing towels from unoccupied beds

Very nice place to go with family. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food and very nice atmosphere during the time. The Flying Team are so good with children to organise their time. We had very good time .

Good food, no WiFi except reception, bad smell in room and very bad attitude of hotel employees - may the owner has to told them that guests pay money for staying in hotel. Be please more polite with your guests. Thanx!

Nice hotel staff are lovely but don't speak much English well more than my Bulgarian ... food is set up for Eastern European guests mostly ....but place is really nice and some fantastic places nearby that do some great food ...

I was here with my family in August 2023 we had a really good holiday the staff in the hotel were all very helpful and friendly the mena palace supermarket outside however the man with glasses is very rude shouting at my 12 year old daughter he's a embarrassment to his country as didn't find anyone else anywhere on our holiday rude like him please don't take that as any fault of the hotel as room were nice great interior food was great breakfast every day and mostly did enjoy dinner and lunch the singers were amazing people who we will be keeping in touch with the staff all work very hard I would like to thank you all for making our holiday a good one

I'd go again. There was a hugh problem with other people that were staying there. Never I my life have I seen so many rude individual's. Meal times and at the bar, we were pushed out the way and stood in front of. No such thing as a queue. Dinner plates were situated in the middle of the food and it was a free or all. Maybe it dinner plates were at the start, it could have been better? There were smaller plates at the start but they were not big enough for a dinner, maybe just a snack.
People would push through, grab a plate and push in, right in front of you. It was utter bedlam when the dining room doors opened. I don't know why because the food was replenished as soon as it started to empty. There was plenty food. Bit repetitive at times but always had a good feed. Same at the bar. Just a free for all with younger guests getting preference being served (just my observaion)
Tables for eating and drinking outside could be wiped and cleand more once the plates and glasses are removed.
Rooms were beautiful and clean. Maid service every day with fresh towels.
Could do with an active security guard, saying this due to a problem we had, which was not the fault of the hotel, but a group around the pool.

Poor quality food always cold rude staff rooms dated got carpet on the floor hotel could do with a make over have to pay extra for gym. All inclusive finishes at 22.00 can't buy any drinks after. Not a English welcome hotel.

Besides being the most modern looking hotel and being so clean some things are lacking. Like I was hoping to find 3 working bars like advertised but no, there's just one bar working which is stupid. Moreover I would like to see in the future more entertaining like ping pong .
