Hotel Wela - Premium All Inclusive

Hotel Wela is definitely a great choice. The place definitely surprised and satisfied us in terms of service and quality. The food and the local beverages are tasty and plentiful, the staff amazingly friendly and willing all the time. Daily programs for kids and adults in and around the pool are fun for all. Heads up in case you don't like a bit of music around the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit of renovation might improve the overall impression (plastic handles, for example). Our families are surely coming back soon. (One small drawback, though: drunk and noisy Poles, smoking and drinking all the time..).

Nice hotel,all you need is there however bathroom/ showers require a bit of tlc.
Location close to busy road but when you cross the road there us a beautiful beach ⛱️ 😎 very good experience overall.

We just spent a week there (July 9 to July 16). Overall the hotel Is not bad at all - all inclusive service Is stunning, animators' everyday show perfect. Bar at the pool absolutely great. But there are some issues I need to highlight - the room. We were facing a significant water leak from the shower In our room no. 228. The bathroom was basically full of water coming from the bottom concrete base of the shower after each use. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I reported the issue twice at the front desk. First answer - we Will send a maintenance team there but they Are busy So we don't know when they Will get there. Second answer - when taking shower, just point the shower against the wall So the water doesn't get out... (What???).
Ther's one more noticable problem. No place to shower your feet before you get inside of the hotel. So when returning from the beach with your feet covered by sand you can only use two brushes placed at the main entrance but they can never do the job properly. So you Are still having quite plenty od sand on your feet And need to walk tru the lobby And go to the pool to use the shower to wash the sand off your feet there. Not very practical.

Very nice for families so prepare yourself for being surrounded by screaming children most of the time. Beware the parking is 10 euro/day but they gave us a little discount for staying 10 days. Food is okay, even as a vegetarian i had plenty to eat. Nice entertainment during the evening.

I highly recommend Wela Hotel!!!! We've been to the Sunny Beach before and haven't slept in such a good hotel. The service is fantastic - very polite, hard working and kind. The food is very good, every day different meats, side dishes, fish, seafood YUM! Tasty and strong drinks, served in glass. The staff cleans and replaces your glass all the time. Deluxe rooms fantastic. Very comfortable beds and clean. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. If you are thinking about their more expensive room - it's worth it, they are sensational. I recommend and thank you for such a good apartment.

We chose Wela Hotel spontaneously, but we don’t regret even a minute spent in this hotel. It’s really great one. It is very clean and tidy, staff is always smiling and helpful in every situation. Food is delicious and various. Many thanks for bartenders and animators for making our stay nice and funny. We will remember these vacations for a long time. ❤️ Hope to see you again! 🥰

Food was delicious. There would be 5 start from me, but room was very noisy due to noisy old fridge, fuse box and location of room itself.
