Hotel Residence Dune - Free Beach Access

Gorgeous hotel. Nice room and a spacious bathroom. Situated right at the beach. On the beach the hotel has beds which are placed spaciously. You can order on the beach and the servers will bring your order to you. Not cheap, but worth it.

Nous avons passée 4jours ici c’est un endroit magnifique, les chambres sont très belle, également très propre, un mini bar est également mis à disposition, vraiment top et un couché de soleil à couper le souffle, le personnel est assez jeune mais reste très professionnel, et à l’écoute, le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une cuisine assez varié avec QUE des produits frais! 10/10 pour la cuisine et le personnel du restaurant! Even though we are not big fans of Sunny Beach we have been twice to this hotel. The place is a bit of an enclave in Sunny Beach when it comes to the beach. The hotel has a beach only for clients with luxury umbrella's and chairs, which are very generously spaced. The rooms are new, beautifully designed with large bathrooms, very clean and properly working internet and air-conditioners. Service is excellent, their manager is very friendly and the restaurant is probably the best we've tried in Bulgaria - absolutely awesome! My husband has 30+ allergies and going to restaurants is never easy. Here they catered for his allergies and made the most delicious food he's had in a long time. There is also a kid's corner and private parking at the premises.

A CLASSY STAY ON SUNNY BEACH

We made a last minute reservation at this hotel due to a poor stay at another resort and what a fantastic choice this was.
We booked the Sea View Standard Room which had breathtaking views of the beach. The rooms are clean, modern and tastefully detailed. The bathrooms are clean and modern and shower over bath was perfect. Great air- conditioning.

We felt like we were treated exceptionally well and the feel of luxury and class made the holiday one that we will return for.
The staff at this hotel are professional and well presented. Privacy is respected and service is excellent.

The pool is wonderful and the pool loungers are delightful.
The pool bar is a vibe and the barman is friendly and knows his trade well. The beach staff ensure you are taken care of and the call service at the beach makes this experience that much more incredible. The food and drink selections are vast and prices fair for a 5 star establishment.

Breakfast was delightful and more than you could need. The breakfast staff were helpful with any requests. The breakfast room and outdoor terrace made for a great start to the day.

We were assisted with a late checkout which was greatly appreciated

We were sad to leave but will undoubtably be back next summer.

A great hotel stayed each time we holiday in Sunny Beach. However last year it was decided to put Lobsters in dining area, the Lobsters have there claws tied, left in cramped conditions unable to feed and left in daylight. It has been proved that these creatures feel pain and fear. I asked to speak to the manageress on several occasions but she was always unavailable. I was then asked to put my concerns in writing which I have one on three occasions. To date all three e mails have been ignored.

This is probably the best hotel. Hotel with its own beach. I would say on the zero line right on the beach.

Small cozy hotel on the first line. Excellent rooms. Good courteous staff. Well maintained beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. There is not a big pool. Near the main street of Sunny Beach. Near the clinic Bulmedica. Bus stop. Police. City Polyclinic.

Great location. I would say that it is located on the zero coastline. Those. directly on the beach. There is a private beach. In the immediate vicinity there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, fast food, a children's amusement park. Own car park.
