    Nice experience staying at this hotel. We were 7 people (2 families). Kids loved it. It's not the best hotel, but the value for money is great. What we liked: staff, pool, cleanliness, food (most of it; pizza is a big hit at snack bar), ice cream, parking, general vibe, no towel reservers at the pool (there are still many free sunbeds available after the breakfast). Things that I did not like: AC - terrible. It was barely functioning. If you want a cool room, this is not for you. Things that could be improved: better breakfast/dinner menu - crepes was something we (our kids) were missing.

    We stayed for one week all inclusively this july, we always found something to eat at the restaurant tho the variety didn't change much during the week. There was an ice cream buffet and the kids loved it. And the animation program for the kids was amazing, disco for the kids six nights a week, and much other things during the day ❤️👍 airco in the rooms was relatively good. There were drinking glasses in our room but they didn't get changed any time during the week, also towels were changed maybe only once even we left them on the floor to be changed. Staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is great, few minutes walk to beach and good restaurants nearby (I recommend checking La Flor for example), short and free bus ride to the action water park, and you can even buy the tickets straight from the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our week, easily recommended for families

    The manager it was verry helpful (a lady with name Rossi ), and the price from this vacation it was super , children under 13 its free , i recomand this Hotel .

    we were not satisfied with the staff, when asked to bring salt, as we understood, the manager at the restaurant said that this was not my responsibility, ask the waiters!

    Everything was above expectations, we were a bit worried reading some reviews but our experience was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too. the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever. There are more than enough sunbeds, and the kids pool is fun even for adults 😁 The all inclusive part is great, you can always find drinks or a snack during the day. Quiet at night and confortable, big enough, beds. I've read people complaining about air conditioning, we had no problem whatsoever, it worked perfectly. A bit far from the beach but we enjoyed the walk everyday, it's a nice one trough the wild sand dunes (stroller friendly). The water is shallow enough at the beach so kids can safely play in. Exceptional value for money. We marked this vacation as a great one and plan to return. PS: There's all you can eat ice cream at lunch and dinner, the kids loved it even tho we didn't let them eat all they could eat 😅 and they even have animation for kids.

    My daughter is traveling in Bulgaria to participate in an archeological dig. She traveled from Sofia to Burgas. Unfortunately, she arrived at 9 pm, and no buses or taxis were available. No one at the train station spoke English. We called the hotel, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. They tried to find a taxi, and when that did not work, they offered to send the shuttle 33km each way for her. I cannot express how much I appreciate them. They are great. Thank you to whoever answered the phone at 9:25 local time on June 14th. Saved the day.

    Not for the English. As an English family we was looked at in a very funny way. There was no other English family here and the dinner wasn't to our taste as we are used to English food. They love the season dill here! They put it on everything. The drinks were very strong and there was only a small selection of cocktails you could have. The life guard was miserable. My children cut their feet in the pool so I got them pool shoes and he tried to tell me they wasn't allowed to wear them after getting a translator and the life guard understanding the situation it then wasn't a problem. I would visit Bulgaria again but just not stay at this hotel. The entertainment was only on for 30mins most nights not every night. And they did water gymnastics every morning but that was it.

    Where shall we start….. arrival at the hotel was interesting. First hotel I have stayed at since 1999 that still give you wrist bracelets to let everyone know you’re staying at the hotel? I’m guessing this was to also let staff know you’re staying in an “all inclusive” hotel …. Let’s talk about the “all inclusive” part. Food is included but you’re better off giving it to the cats that flood the dinning areas. All food is beige. No colour / no veg / no fruit / no fresh drinks ….. all sugar and syrup. We both got so fed up with eating junk food and being bloated we actually ate out in the restaurants most of the time. So not really worth the “all inclusive” experience. So now on to the rooms - if you’re looking for the buttlins vibe …. You got it! Broken mirrors in the Bath room, moulding bath, shower curtains (not seen one of them for a few years). No air conditioning (which was nice when it’s 32 degrees outside!) and forget about leaving the balcony door open as you will be treated to German techno rave music till the early hours of the morning. Plus we were housed right about the bar area. So no sleep for us for 3 days. The only good part was the pool area. Dark coloured tiles in the pool (so it looked like you were getting into a black abyss) no chlorine so it’s was not clean. So to sum it up ….. if you want a super cheap hotel with mould, no air con, rubbish food, sweaty beds and loud German techno music with Eastern European …….. stay here hahahaa. Definitely not returning. We actually checked out a day early and moved to secrets resort 4km up the road. Ooooh and the locks on the doors are from the 1980s …. Don’t fart to close to them or the will blow open !

    The hotel was not at it's best, it had mole and ants in the rooms, food was almost the same everyday, but that is from the bad stuff. I loved the atmosphere, all of the bartenders were very friendly, I saw that they enjoy their work even when the conditions are probably not as good as they wanted. The entertainment was amazing, the girl was always busy with kids while the boy was talking with the adults and playing cards with them. They did an amazing job. Kids disco was also a very good for the price ratio, 30mins sometimes 40 mins but kids really do have fun there. I was sad that there is nothing else after but when you think of the money you have spent for the hotel and the fact that it's a family hotel which makes it almost 100% of the time only kids entertaining. I am not sure if I'll ever come again to sunny beach but if I do I'll come to this hotel just for the atmosphere:)
