Rooms were nice. Food let the place down in all honesty most of time evening meal was lukewarm at best but there was a microwave if you wanted to warm anything through.
Felt very corporate, a conference was in our hotel towards the end of our week and there was not enough staff on for guests. Only one restaurant and bar open so long time waiting
We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were really really strong 💪 got the feeling some staff didn't want to be there, or they weren't interested in tourists but this may be due to us visiting at the end of season.
Good location too about five mins walk to flower street which I imagine is a neon strip in season, similar amount of time to beach also.

We Enjoyed Our Stay
4 of us, (2 couples, all pensioners) have recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Best Western Hotel. None of us have any complaints of this hotel, the rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, nice walk in showers, quiet at night and conveniently situated for everything Sunny Beach has to offer, Flower Street, Bus Station, Bars and clubs. Hotel is kept really clean.
The pool and pool bar area has background music played during the day at an acceptable level, unlike some hotels that had club style music played at loud volume all day. During our stay the pool water was tested daily for chemical levels etc.
Restaurant has plenty of choice of various foods to try and satisfy all tastes. Like all establishments with buffet style the temperature of the food may not be hot enough for some people however a microwave is supplied for guests use.
We did have a couple of minor issues but after visiting reception or speaking to a manager these issues were resolved, no problems, with no drama. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to revisit this hotel again next September as it satisfied all our needs.

The best hotel in all sunny beach! Cozy and Stylish rooms, friendly stuff, delicious food in restaurant, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi baths is a special love!!
Comfortable location: in 5 min from central bus station, 5-7 min from beach, around plenty restaurants, stores!
What else do you need to have a great stay?! It was amazing experience there! Definitely recommend and will come back next year!

I had an excellent stay at Best Western. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel’s pool area was a highlight – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. I also enjoyed the bar, which offered a great selection of drinks in a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant at the hotel was top-notch, serving delicious meals with plenty of variety. The location is ideal, close to major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely return!

Great location, very close to the beach and the main strip. The hotel stuff is warm and helped us a lot to locate some places. Clean rooms and the food was very tasty. No hesitation for the next visit of Sunny beach.

Good food, a small area, but in the very center not far from the sea (7 minutes on foot at a slow pace). There are water slides that the child really enjoyed. Please note that in this hotel you need to pay city tax separately, which is not always indicated in your vouchers. The hotel also has no animation for adults or children. Solid four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the hotel fully lived up to expectations.

The rooms were nice- the beds were really comfy and big. The bathroom was nice and clean, I loved the mirrors ( the light was spectacular- my make up was perfect since I could see everything), but the shower was not so smartly placed- there was only one small piece of plastic that was suposed to make sure that water did not go anywhere. The water in fact was everywhere after shower. No curtains, no shower door. Everything including the toilet paper was wet…
Breakfast- really enjoyable. Great selection of sweet food which I loved. On the other hand there was no lakto- free milk which I would have expected in 4 star hotel… The coffee was great. It was not so strong but I was actually glad for it- I could have two of them :)!!
! The plates were always dirty… I am sorry but I was honestly disgusted by that !
I loved the seating outdoors to eat, it was my favorite part of the day. Maybe the breakfast could begin sooner ( they start at 7,30 AM), but it was not so great of a problem.
The pool was great, warm and the waterslides were really enjoyable especially for kids!
About lunch& dinner- tasty, but there was one chef that made us quite uncomfortable. He took our plates and started to place salads etc. which we didn’t ask for, in big portions every time we
went to take something… Such a waste of food. Also felt really invasive.

This hotel seems to be not long time built or completely renovated. I loved that everything was almost like new, decent size of the room, good breakfast and perfect location.

Hotel is below average, I don’t rate it more than 3 stars, room is spacious but nothing special. Haim at the guest relation is very rude and he does not understand any thing in how to deal with customers. He is not polite at all and he had to make many fights with several guests. Forget about English. Overall, it was a mistake booking this hotel and you should avoid!

I would not recommend this hotel for all inclusive or even bed and breakfast unless you love cold, cheap, low quality and boring food.
There is always bad reviews in every single hotel about the food but all the bad ones for this hotel are true and honest I have to say...
Just go there with room only and dine out, it's very cheap in local restaurants, 3 course meal with 2 drinks and 2 coffees cost around £34.
Bare in mind that there is no animator for the kids.
Jacuzzi is very dirty I cannot believe that some guests were using it.
Barman keep serving alcohol to drunk people so your kid might be the witness of really drunk quests, some of them was arguing with staff other quests, falling a sleep on the sofa at reception etc. I had a laugh about all of them but if I had a kids I wouldn't be happy with that.
Music at the pool is boring, 12 songs on the loop every single day...
For the first 5 days we did not have problems with sunbeds but some stupid quests has arrived and started reserving them at 8AM not showing until 1/2PM. So very often all sunbeds were taken and if you pointed it to the staff they would tell you that you can take other people stuff and put it away but they won't do it as they don't care.
It's hard to communicate in English there, waiters can't understand request for the salt or teaspoon. Some of the staff are rude even at the reception, but we did try just to ignore it as there weren't like that just to us. Just have to point out Olga that she was very polite and professional to every quest.
Overall this hotel is 2.5 out 5 but it is leaning towards 2 than 3 so that's why I have score it 2. I do recommend the manager or the owner to visit some other hotels and notice what you are doing wrong. Definitely that's my first holiday hotel that I wouldn't return and I have been in many...
