Location: a resort complex Sunny Beach, 30 km from Burgas airport, 800 m from the resort centre.
Consists of two buildings (8 and 10 floors).
The hotel has 314 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free.

We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor. the curtains didn't meet and the cistern lid kept sliding off. The food was always cold and not enough tables for the amount of people

Spent 7 nights at half board in this hotel, family room was very spacious though a bit tired looking, the 2 pulldown bed were horrendous, I felt like I was sleeping on a pile of rubble, and the very thin mattress was filthy, they do clean the rooms every day, and both cleaners were very friendly and helpful, the aircon was a complete waste of time also, the pool area was fine, and the bar staff were friendly and helpful, finally the food was really bad, very little choice, and what food there was terrible,

Do not stay. Stayed here for 1 week of our 2 week holiday and had to move hotels due it being so bad. Food is awful. Same thing each night with only a few options. No activities on during the day ( only 2 pool games played in 7 days ). No shows on at night. If you have children I would advise to not bother because of how little they cater for them. I can’t fault the room being clean but they weren’t very appealing to the eye. Was told it was ‘refurbished’. Nothing refurbished about the place. Got there early hours of the morning and no water was left which is normally the case coming in from a late flight. Staff were not helpful apart from two bar staff. The only good thing is the nearby bar on the grounds of the hotel ( pool bar fenix). The issues started from our first morning when we were told ‘you’ll have to wait your turn’ to then being told an hour later all maintenance staff are on their lunch break and had to go without showers because we were waiting over 2 hours for them to fix it.

Hubby got food poisoning first holiday in Ten years destroyed the last 3 days of or holiday then was hospitalised wen we got home.. All inclusive was terrible ...The staff I Ave to say esp the wee bat fella was lovely........

Just back from all inclusive. if this is a four star, then next time I go I'll be looking for a nine star!

Balcony tiles were so bad they were unwashable!
all inclusive? No snacks at all. had to go into the restaraunt to get drinks. One beer pump on a worktop with a table behind it with about 5/6 bottles of spirits.meanwhile the lobby bar, where you had to pay for drinks, was empty all the time. no cups for tea/coffee at any time, just plastic cups. food was edible - just - but same things all the time, chicken mainly. staff were very young and hadn't a clue.
tiles round pool were sinking badly. shower area not cleaned at all and covered in leaves and rubbish etc.
Would never go back.

Hotel next to beach and all the local shops, its a great location. The hotel very clean, cleaners work hard all day to keep it clean. Rooms are a bit dated but again clean.

We made the mistake of coming all inclusive... The food is absolutely terrible, apparently the food improved slightly when the German's arrived a week later..There is a very small choice and what there is is cold.. We have tried to get served at the bar around 5/6 times but there is never a barman to be seen. The once we managed to get a drink (after I'd had to and find someone to serve us)the barman was rude. For all inclusive the bar was shut at 10pm . We enquired about the WiFi which of course didn't work.. On the plus side it was very clean. If your thinking of using this hotel I would recommend a room only basis... we ended up getting moved to the sister hotel Pomorie sun. The rooms were a bit smaller but the food was much better. The cleaner wasn't very good , all she did was make the bed's and change the towels..
