The Villas are great. The food is good and the beach is two steps away. The resort has very good Spa and is very affordable for awarded hotel. The serving personal at the restaurant needs to learn to smile and become more invisible. The weather end od July is perfection, but it is pretty busy so you need to reserve in advance. Nice place, was not too crowded to be honest! Anyway, this is one of the quietest options for your stay in the region so count it recommended. Also, there is a shop starting at 10:00 which is very useful if you do not want to drive at all times you need something for your fridge :)

It is quite a good place to stay if you are tired of noise and fast paced weekdays. It's not so far away from Sunny beach, but the distance should be taken in consideration by people without a personal transport. Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car. Luckily there is a big parking lot in an intersection nearby which was free to park on.

I will give you 5 stars because for my opinion everything was great. Our room was very clean. The food was good. The animations was also Ok. The bar with drinks and beer was great. For this price I think everything was very good.

This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. What a fantastic hotel for the kids! The slides are great fun! We had a junior suite so loads of room. A massive super king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area for our children. I spent 4 days in this resort late September and I really had a great time. I recommend the hotel, the rooms are large and clean, the food is fresh, diverse and very tasty, the yard is large and it has a lot of plants and trees. The only thing the bothered me were two waiters at the a la carte restaurant who were really rude. I would only suggest to install a small playground (some swings, a slide etc) which would be helpful for parents to keep children busy.

Helena Sands is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and believe me, that's many. The location is superb and the seaview rooms are fantastic. The spa is incredible and I've always enjoyed my stays. Very close to the beach, really good service and pools are clean. The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly. The adults did absolutely nothing to control them, preferring to either sunbathe, sit at the pool bar and continuously drink, or be talking LOUDLY on their mobile phones...

Good place as a base. We are fully inclusive,so always food to eat,but not all dishes are to everyone's tastes. Drinks a plenty,poolside has lots of beds available,slides for adults and kids. 2 extra pools located in the grounds for a quieter experience,bar manned in all.

Very nice staff, varied food and the entertainment team had a lot of activities planned. Bulgarian themed evening food was the best. If you visit, remember to ask for your a'la'carte dinner.

Spacious studio, modern. Extremely clean. Good & various food but just desert must be improved. Personal very kind. Merit its 4 stars A bit expensive but Quality is there.

The excellent location of the hotel. Wonderful views towards the sea. The hotel room is not to say that super but a strong 4, not new to the killed is still far. The staff tries everything. The problems with no food, variety of dishes, operational work for adding food on the dispensing table, very quickly remove the dirty dishes from the table. A very solid hotel. On the first line. Gorgeous views from the rooms. In the heart of the resort. Next to Luna Park. Cafes and restaurants, entertainment for every taste. Huge private pool.

Was 1-8 June 2016. I liked everything... Many Germans pensioners. The food is OK. The alcohol is cheap. Animation only for German pensioners. The rooms are clean clean. Towels are changed every day. First line, left-pool and from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. Get a room with sea view-sooo cool!!! View of dining - we had the top floor...the view is just super-duper!!!!!!

Perfect as always. This is our third time staying in Tiara Beach Hotel for the last 2 years. Highly recommend, especially for the kids. Food is perfect, location is perfect. No complaints at all!

We had a really lovely week here, the hotel was spotless with a fantastic pool and water slides. Food was good, drinks average, snack bar was terrible though. We didn't like Sunny Beach centre as the restaurants are poor and its more for partying than we wanted with our 4 year old. The hotel is on the south side of sunny Beach but the centre is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. The staff in reception are very helpful and speak good English. The pool is big and the children's pool with slides is a must. Walk through the rear gates of complex over a road and straight onto sand and sea.

The stuff works very much so that tourists can have an enjoyable vacation. I admired that 🙏 Large apartments, clean pools, they even have a library 🙂, animation programs for all ages, good food & icecream 🍧

Excellent hotel. Varied menu, delicious. Room cleaning and towel replacement daily. New modern furniture. Clean pool. There are two lifeguards. The staff is friendly. They speak Bulgarian, English, German, Russian. Daily animation program, games, water aerobics. Not far from the sea. Suitable for youth holidays, as well as family holidays with children. We really enjoyed. I recommend!

This hotel has tasty food and nice swimming pools, but: 1. The manager Lili Radeva has no clue how to work with clients. After I asked to change the room, because our stinked with sewer, she said that it’s OK and we just need to open the windows. After a day and a good job of General Manager we got a new room. 2. Definitely one of the best hotel on the Sunny Beach. Breakfast costs 18 leva per person and it's very very rich. Hotel is clean and employees were always nice. We had one issue with noise from hall (A/C pipes) and they repair it in hour after anouncement. Thank you!

Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice.

Had a lovely time here with the staff being so friendly. Room service was very good with towels being replaced daily and the general upkeep of the room maintained daily. The restaurant was abundant in choice and the food was wonderfully prepared. The location is excellently with it not being too far from shops, the beach and a shopping centre attached to it with a discount in some stores due to staying...

Spacious room, delicious food,polite staff,close to the sea and surrounded by many shops and cafes. Of the minuses: no Wi-Fi (bought a separate card for Internet )and not cleaned the room (had to go and ask to change the towels and clean the room),in the end, the maid service did not impress.

Hotel lovely, restaurant is a bit of a shambles. Not enough staff to get the tables cleaned for the next ones to come in .. can never find any sugar for coffee the staff don't know how to fix the coffee and tea machine if it needs resetting. Or replace the gas on the pop or favouring. Such a shame coz it could be great. Food could be improved as it's a little bland for UK tastes
