Atlantica SunGarden Beach

The hotel is excellent! Without exaggeration. We checked in very quickly, at the entrance they measured our temperature and treated our things with an aerosol antiseptic, after receiving the key cards we were taken to the room. We booked a standard room without a sea view, but they checked us into a bungalow room with a sea view. I was shocked by such a generous gift, since it was my birthday on the day of check-in. The room is very spacious with a guest area and a bedroom, with two TVs, freshly renovated and two air conditioners that worked almost silently and cooled the rooms perfectly. Also, on the occasion of the birthday, they left us a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The hotel grounds are very well thought out and beautiful. There is a main building, there are 5 floors, on the 4th is the reception, on the 1st is the restaurant. To the side there are several more two-story buildings in which there are bungalows. Throughout the territory there are stone paths along the coast, different flowers and plants, the views are simply wonderful, you walk and enjoy. There are two swimming pools, one by the main building and one by the bungalow complex. The pools have a bar with drinks and snacks. The pools themselves are excellent, the water is the perfect temperature, the view from the pools is simply gorgeous. There were always enough sun loungers. The hotel is located on the rocks and I think this is a huge plus because the view is excellent, which I have already mentioned more than once. It takes no more than 3 minutes to go down to the sea along a wooden path, this does not cause any discomfort at all. We had the AI food system and everything was also great with the food. The breakfasts are very good, there is everything you need and even more. It is impossible to describe everything, the main thing is that there are pancakes, different toppings for them, scrambled eggs, bacon, all vegetables, many types of cheese, various sausages, donuts, cakes, fruits, etc. For lunch there is a choice of fish, meat, side dishes, salads, also without complaints. Dinner is stylized every day of the week (Italian, from the chef, fish, Asian, Cypriot, international, barbecue), there is a large variety. There were never any problems with the food, the quality of the products and cooking was at a high level. The staff at the hotel is very good, except for the cleaning. In order for the room to be cleaned well, you need to ask and tell the cleaners exactly what to do. We had a situation where after cleaning the maid forgot to leave us all the towels, it's good that she was nearby and we were able to ask them. The bed linen was not changed even once in 8 nights. The hotel requires that you put a special piece of paper on the bed so that the linen is changed. We put this piece of paper, but after cleaning the maids kindly put this piece of paper aside and simply made the bed. In this regard, of course, something needs to be done, otherwise the work of the cleaning spoils the whole impression. But we didn't care, since in any case the hotel is excellent, we spent 8 days here and were extremely pleased.

The hotel is simply incredible! 👯‍♀️Very good location... within walking distance of the sculpture park, the bridge of love (this is a man-made bridge in the rock) and the large municipal beach Nissi Beach. Our room was a bungalow⛱🏠 with a pool, this is a very good idea of the architects, it is convenient to swim and sunbathe when you want privacy, fresh renovation, new plumbing and tiles, air conditioning system. Super comfortable mattress!!! The hotel itself is very large and at the same time very clean and tidy, 5 swimming pools 🐬🐟🦦 (one is kind of private for rooms with bungalows, 2 pools near the restaurant, there is also a small children's 0.3 deep, I think, and one giant central one. 3 bars (2 by the pools and one in the lobby) Unfortunately, you can only stay in all the pools until 18:00. It is not for nothing that the hotel is called Sungarden 🌴🌵🌺, there are many plants, flowers and tall palm trees throughout the hotel ... the road to our room was like a fabulous secret tunnel ... on one side of the room, on the other, rocks strewn with plants, all this with a view of the sea creates an awesome effect. The food is much higher class 🍉🥝🍇 than in another 4 * hotel where we were this year, I especially want to note the presence of seafood; mussels, shrimp , octopuses, as well as a large selection of cheeses, a separate refrigerator where you can fill up a cheese plate, dor blue, etc. ... Water is always freely available at lunch and dinner, you can take as many large liter bottles as you need. Due to the sad situation with the coronavirus, in the evenings there was only live music (for all ages and nationalities, that is, absolutely neutral) There was a real lack of active animation, for example, aqua aerobics or yoga would have ideally complemented our stay here. The staff is very polite, the Russian-speaking girl at the reception helped solve all the translation difficulties, and when we lost the card from the room, the issue was resolved in 2 minutes, the waiters are extremely competent👏

Cool hotel! All inclusive system!!! The sea is cool, there are waves! Sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach are paid at 2.5€ per day. The hotel provides towels for the beach/pool!

Great hotel and polite staff! Very green and well-kept territory, three swimming pools. We were at the hotel for our honeymoon and were very pleased with the holiday! The room was in the main building on the first floor, all-inclusive system. The food was very tasty and varied, if you take a car and leave for the whole day, they kindly pack a picnic bag, there is water, sandwiches and fruit. Nice cleaning ladies, always knocked carefully before entering. The path to the sea is on a wooden deck, the deck is old, it will probably be inconvenient in a stroller with children, but it is only a two-minute walk to the sea, so this is not a significant minus. Convenient shower, there is a hair dryer, refrigerator and TV. There was no hair conditioner and the shampoo is not very good, it is better to take your own. The hotel is good, I recommend it to everyone ❤️

We’ve had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Great food and service all round. We will definitely be returning. Great location too.

Definitely more pros than cons to this hotel, we had a lovely stay . Staff were all friendly and polite, spoke good English and couldn’t do enough for you. Pools were big and plenty of sunbeds.
Room was lovely but lacked some cleaning, appeared that the floor dirt was swept into a corner and left. Other than that the rooms had everything we needed and we had a nice sea view. Towels changed daily etc. Just be mindful that the cleaners were noisy in the mornings, they started their rounds around 8am.
The entertainment wasn’t great, same singers on most nights. No variety of shows.
Food was amazing, best all inclusive we’ve ever had. Plenty of choice.

I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of ayia nap from my balcony which added to the overall sense of tranquility and escape from the bustling island outside. Dining at your hotel was a true delight. The meals I enjoyed were prepared to perfection, showcasing a wonderful variety of Cypriot flavors and impeccable presentation. Whether it was the hearty breakfast that energized my mornings or the exquisite dinner that concluded my day, each dish was a culinary delight. The restaurant staff were attentive and enhancing the dining experience with their excellent service. The amenities available at the hotel were equally impressive. I appreciated the well-equipped fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine, and the serene pools. These facilities, along with the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, contributed to a sense of well-being and luxury.

I can highly recommend this hotel after spending 10 days for my daughter's wedding. The staff can't seem to do enough to help, with a special mention to Christina in the bar, Anna & also the manager who even helped serve drinks to the wedding party.
Choice of food & drink was good too.
Looking to book again for next year.
