Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and two small children. What we enjoyed most was the direct access to the beach, the sea view from the window, the large, covered playground for children, the varied breakfasts, and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and well-equipped. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, making your stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for us was the somewhat cold water in the pools (we visited the hotel in the second half of October).

The rooms are perfect scrupulously clean, kept that way by chambermaids whom are friendly and very good at the job they do, I see them working hard each day always with a smile. The food is varied each day and your spoilt for choice excellent menu. The sun beds are ok though I had problems getting on and off due to me being disabled with spinal erosion, they were too low and no way of adjusting, however the pool bar was excellent, 🤪

We had an excellent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa from 11th Sep to 22nd Sep. Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded with a room since the one we booked was not available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was truly worth it – the food was outstanding, with a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and high-quality preparation every day. Cleanliness throughout the entire property is impeccable – from the rooms to the common areas, everything is maintained to the highest standards, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.

The location is exceptional, right by the beach with turquoise-clear sea that made every moment unforgettable.

A special thank you goes to Tatiana and Olena at the reception, who were always at our disposal. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. We would also like to recognize the staff from the Sunlight Pool Bar and especially the entire team at Tiffany Restaurant, who provided excellent service with constant friendliness and attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Mr Kostas from Tiffany Restaurant, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness stood out and made every meal even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight Ms Kyriaki from Thessaloniki, a positive and open lady whose cheerful personality and welcoming attitude made us feel truly at home.

Juat arrived home from a week all inclusive here and got to say it's the BEST all inclusive we have been to yet The food was great with good variety The cocktails were spot on The room cleaned everyday with new towels The bed was king size (loved it) The sun bed were comfy but got very hot being black Only downfall was the entertainment although the young girl did try Will definitely be returning

Stayed at Pavlo Napa for 8 days in June during my 50th birthday. Wife and 2 boys, 10 and 12 years old. Whole experience was amazing. 28-32 degrees. Sunny and more or less windy. Very nice weather. 3 meals ’a day. And the restaurant food is really great. Got the All inclusive so free sodas, ice cream and snacks for the kids and drinks for mum and dad. Burgers and pizza on demand after 15:00 for the kids. Maybe evan for mums n dads?! Got a room with two bedrooms. Balcony was small but Cosy. One table, two chairs. Who needs more? Staff is great. Everyone is super nice. Great service over all. Pool area is nice. Well maintained. Beautiful palms. Big pool with waterfalls. Sunbeds. 150cm deep-isch. The poolside bar staff consists of younger men. They will grow in to the service mentality.. The bathrooms under ground by the pool is very practical and clean. Showers also. The gym is one of the better hotelgyms I have seen. Indoor pool as well. The beach is really nice. Child friendly. Great for snorkling. 1 minut flip flop walk from the pool.. On the down side quite a lot of plastic ends up by the shore. Feels trashy. Someone should clean it up every day. Also a lot of stray cats in the area. Feels unsanitary. The trail to Nissi Beach from Sandy Beach stinks from old cat food cans put there by people without a clue. But never mind. Pavlo Napa is great. Really great! Hope to return! Have to return! Recommend!!

We visited as a family of 6 adults age range 60 to 23 and we all cannot fault this hotel. Rooms like the rest of the hotel were super clean very modern and were located in the annexe which we quite enjoyed. Reception team very helpful and always happy to help. Location was exactly as we expected it’s 10 minutes to nissi beach and 25 into ayia Napa you can take the coastal path or road to both locations. Food was absolute quality in all restaurants and snack bar. We loved the theme nights the a la carte beach restaurant was just a fab setting amazing food and lovely staff. A special thanks to Kostas and his team they were just lovely and always happy to help. Food is replenished quickly no matter what time you go and it’s never rushed or having to queue. The snack bar food is cooked to order and what you get is high quality food freshly cooked. Bars were great again lovely staff we would have liked a larger choice of cocktails but that’s just personal taste.The iced teas were a favourite with us. Pool was a great size and enjoyed by all. Sunbeds are super comfy it’s easy to fall asleep on them Beach is literally a few meters from the sunbeds and bar it’s a beautiful cove with water sports and bars. Entertainment is very low key and this may be down to the location most people seemed to go into town after dinner. We all had a massage in the hotel and enjoyed the experience. The therapy rooms are located under the hotel and wow it’s absolutely huge underneath with a pool a gym and conference areas. When we visited the hotel was at full capacity and as a guest you would never know. Everything runs so well by a team of great staff who just make it a fab experience to stay there. There were no queues no sunbed reserving and no stress it’s easily the most relaxing hotel we have been to.We all were very impressed and happy during our stay it exceeded our expectation in all areas and we left feeling like it had been the best family holiday. We all agreed it will be hard to beat this. hotel because it was just perfect in every area

+ Location right behind a beach. The food was well prepared and quite varied.
- We were in a room in the annex building which didn't have a nice view. There was no fresh juice at breakfast.
