Reviews
The hotel is lovely, all the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious especially the creme caramel. Theme night changed everyday.
Rooms are plain but very comfortable with heating for the cold nights. The only thing my 17 year old daughter said her bed was a bit hard for her (Maybe a topper would have helped).
We didn't go into the outdoor pool as it was too cold but we did try the indoor one unfortunately we found this also
cold which may be because they had the outdoor doors open. We enjoyed playing table tennis (free) and pool €2 a go.
However the staff are lovely and very helpful.
No information or offer from employees about offers what they have to thims guests.
I was planning that per day we go out and in evenings enjoy time in hotel. But it's not possible. No SPA, no indoor pool doesn't work in evenings.
This morning, 7 o'clock, sambody decided to make works with big noise like a metal dragged over corridor. It's hotel where people came rest. I think it's no respect 😕
Just I can give comments to a houskeeping girls - rooms clean and stayover room always nice maked! Thanks
I had bad nights sleep with the poor quality single beds pushed together to make a double for me and my wife, we had to tie them together so as the didn’t keep sliding apart as our child sleeps between us.
We also found the walls very thin as every single noise in the hallway seemed to travel into the rooms.
I personally couldn’t get my head around how unhappy 95% of the staff in the hotel were. I am a big believer in tipping for my service and even after tipping the staff they didn’t even make eye contact never mind smile. I constantly felt like I was putting them out by asking for stuff such as an extra soft drink at dinner.
I found the snacks bar at the pool bar was quite poor compared to other hotels.
I did see a couple of issues that I would be concerned about if I worked for the hotel such as staff bullying and life guards never watching a pool and spending their Time watching their phones .
I personally won’t stay at this hotel again because of these issues. I believe if your on holidays to enjoy yourself the hotel should at the lease make you feel welcome
We traveled with 2 children, 13+6 years old. Children loved the swimming pools, especially the one with the small aqua park inside. The only downside, in my opinion, is that despite the presence of lifeguards on site, their number in comparison with the guests is small. Apart from that the pools are very safe, you just have to take klcare of your children.
We booked our holiday in a half-board program (breakfast + dinner), and we loved the food. We enjoyed the fact that every night the theme of the bouffe was different.
We loved the after-dinner activities offered by the hotel (bingo, dance shows, even parrot show), and it was something that kept us and the children amused. There is also a kids club and an arcade room.
The hotel also has a small gym (bit under-stocked), a spa (we didn't use it), and the best, it also had a mini market.
Rooms were average in amenities but spacious (family room).
What I like about this hotel is the prices. For everything that we bought during our stay, the price was very reasonable (not only in comparison with other hotels but in general with Paphos prices). Some examples: Coffee (3 euros), pint of beer (3-4 euros), Hendricks gin (7 euros). The mini market also had low prices, and we actually didn't have any need that was not met.
Last and most probably most notable is the staff. Very professional group of staff, and always polite, they certainly made us want to come back.( reception, bar, restaurant and entertainment staff).
It's definitely worth spending family vacations.
The food was ok there was plenty of selection in the evening but afternoon & breakfast was pretty bog standard same thing each day, a bit hit and miss but for a 3 star was alright.
The rooms were not great at all, had a family room which they put on the 4th floor (I originally requested over a year before arriving for a ground floor as I have a 18 month old baby) after 2 days they then changed us to the ground floor family room which had only a shower, shower was burning hot and then freezing cold would constantly change temperature so wasn’t good for any of us let alone the baby!
Staff were all amazing super friendly and went out their way to look after you!
Hotel rooms were not amazingly done, things falling off the wall, holes in the walls, ants a lot of them (expected in a hot country) they also put us in a family room that was having construction to the bedroom next door the whole time we was there so my baby could not nap throughout the day in the room from all the noise, not ideal at all!!
The hotel didn’t provide any water sports or water aerobics until the last 2 days when someone decided to complain… no music around the pool which was disappointing & ice cream for the kids limited 3-5pm (which isn’t great)
All the night time activities were super expensive for example T-shirt painting was €10 per child for a small T-shirt & then extra for a large one, face painting €10 and if you let the kids go to the arcade you have to go to reception and are only allowed to buy minimum €10 tokens at a time which only gives you 5 tokens, my 10 year old won on his game and the game then said ‘enter another 5 tokens to receive your prize’ just wrong & super expensive.
Overall I would not be coming back to this hotel.
