The golden coast for me is amazing place to stay only came for one week and felt at home straight away ,the animation staff was exallent and we came with our 3 year old never once we did not feel as though she was not involved they all made us felt welcome ,the food is amazing the staff the setting what more can I say we will be back Janice graham and Martha Wakefield Yorkshire xxx

First family holiday here and it was amazing. The staff are fantastic so helpful and understanding with every situation. Very family friendly hotel as well. Rooms were good size and pool/sea view is fantastic

Rooma are average: Air conditioning is loud, rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Location is bit far from stores and restaurants, so choose All on! Service is very friendly and warm.👍

It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. The family pool was great fun in the day with good entertainment for both children and adults

The entertainment staff were great Rowan,Ben and the rest of the girls got you to join in with there acts. The meals were really tasty and the themed nights went down a storm. Will definitely be looking to return soon

The nearest beach is stunning, crystal clear, and the children's slides are great. My wife and I enjoyed superb cocktails and other drinks every day. I don't understand why people write negative comments

After reading many positive Facebook reviews, we took our children to Tofinis Hotel in Ayia Napa. The rides and slides were great for the kids, but the food was disappointing

Our son with 135cm was a year ago 10cm less but could go of all slides, now he's limited in options because he has to be 140 to go in de spinn around or halfpipe

Location is 20 minutes walk outside Ayia Napa in quiet area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was good , always sunbeds available (was there in October)

This feels hard to say but this feels like a form of discrimination. Why is there no diversity? The slides have new rules

The lemonade was flat, the Blue Lagoon was artificial, and the frappe was awful. The nuggets were good and the chips were fine when fresh. The chocolate brownie was excellent, but €50 was too much; €30 would be fair

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

The bathroom is very small and that is the only drawback. The food is delicious and varied, the location is beautiful. I would gladly recommend the hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming

However, he did not apologize, did not call the police, and did not even remove the customer from the pool. The reception staff is very kind and nice but works very, very slowly, creating queues at all hours of the day

The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead

The water was freezing in the pools ( Mid of October) and the water slides are open twice a day for 2 hours! The spa is ok, but no hot tab and quite expensive

The bar staff on all pool bars were attentive and friendly and the staff on the entertainment bar were brilliant they danced the dances with the kids and we're always smiling. The rooms were clean and catered well for us

The hotels location cannot be beaten, being right on the beach is something not many hotels can offer and the outside areas are faultless. The pools are big and it never felt over crowded even during the holidays

The staff on the front desk (Ari and Antonia) were so helpful. The room was amazing, the food was great, the location was excellent and the hotel facilities in general, were superb. We will definitely be returning

Amazing hotel, we stayed here for 10 nights in May as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The staff are brilliant, so attentive and engaging with the children. The hotel and room we stayed in was spotless

pool bar food is great and reasonably priced food and drinks. I would recommend this hotel if your out late every night ,not if you go for a nice meal and want a reasonable night's sleep

We booked our stay for 1 week and we got a room facing the pool and some part of the beach. Such a lovely hotel with fantastic views, friendly staffs and good food. The service was very good , staffs were very kind

The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard

Amazing Hotel, best on the Protaras Strip. Only niggle would be the evening entertainment. Would be good to focus more on Adults rather than kids. A very small thing though as the hotel and staff are Amazing.

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

Really beautiful hotel, great pool and right next to the bay where you can snorkel and see turtles (we snorkeled only 3 times and saw some) Service is exceptional and the portions of everything are enormous

All round a great stay and we'd deffo return One small thing is we think the waiting staff, especially in the mornings and for lunch would appreciate a more suitable uniform, they have them up in trousers and long sleeve shirts and it's just way too hot for them

Overall service is fabulous in a beautiful quiet area of Protaras. Just a slow 15-20 minute stroll to fig tree bay. No sunbed wars, as you have your own throughout your stay. Excellent food quality and choice

You also have the option of using some restaurants in the town which is a nice place to have a stroll too

The customers won't mind a jot and if they had something more fitting to the setting

The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Must be the finest in Protaras. Kids club go above and beyond, pool area exceptional, food very good, staff so pleasant, location great

She is kind and caring and helped me out on a couple of occasions for which I am thankful. I am just finishing a week stay at the sunrise pearl with my family. The hotel is full but does not feel overcrowded

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

Our room was perfect for our family, including our 6-month-old baby. The hotel provided a comfortable crib, and small details like the evening chocolates were delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable

However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents

This hotel comes up as a 5 star hotel in many booking websites. We should have checked Google before booking it. Pros: The restaurant staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive

Toiletries were not replaced even though we stayed for 3 nights. Feels like the hotel is more worried about people stealing towels than making a pleasurable experience for the guests

Inaccessible beach, overcrowded, we didn’t bother. Buffet restaurant very limited. Gym too small for the size of the hotel, getting easily crowded, especially before breakfast

Complementary water only on day one, you’ll have to buy your own from the hotel mini market for the rest of the stay. Friendly staff, but just not what we were expecting

We were given a sea view room even though we booked a room with an inland view. Gym open 24hours which was great. Check in straight forward but no personal handover

The hotel has a very nice pool, as well as a separate small pool for children. There are also a number of activities available, such as aqua aerobics and water polo

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

Totally recommend this hotel, we were offered a free room upgrade to an apartment which was really big, the food was very good at the main restaurant and they also have another 4 restaurants in the resort, they have a lot of places for children, a swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and the local beach is right downstairs of the hotel

The Abalone restaurant is outstanding! My first visit to Cyprus since I was a child and if I came back again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else

The place has 3 pools and a super nice beach were u can see the ground in the water from 10 meters! U can see fiches swimming around and you can see very nice caves by the rock wall

Only disappointment was the number of small children staying at the hotel - it would have been nice (being an older couple) if there had been adult only areas to swim & same with the restaurant

Very Nice hotel, only problem is the cats that can be a little aggressive and that you need to buy water. The staff is super nice to everyone and you can tell they do a good job and that they try their best

The beach was conveniently located just 70 meters away, adding to the overall appeal of the location. We recommend booking directly with the hotel for the best experience and possible deals

Although we have grandchildren of our own - some of the children were so badly behaved in the dining room & so noisy it did spoil the otherwise lovely evening meals

Dave made us welcome alone with Vlad from arrival. The manager nikos was super , attentive, welcoming and kind. Spa was incredible , Maria and Tia deserve extra qudos for their utter warmth and loveliness

We stayed here in October 2024. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely. A few niggles here and there with minor issues but the manager, Nikos, is a lovely man who cares hugely about his guests

Lovely staff friendly & attentive, cant fault the service. The rooms are perfect and the staff maintaining them are excellent and always approachable and friendly. good just a stones throw away from the stunning beach

The restaurant, breakfast is lovely, the young woman who cooks the omelettes always smiling and friendly. Filios, was alwasy walking around checking on guests and also a lovely man who clearly cares as much as Nikos

The minor niggles for me, was the Kabana's had loose screws / nuts and the back fell backwards and popped out on more than one occasion. I went across to the Lifeguard / Pool Bar Man and the response was very ordinary

If I was Mr Nikos I would spend sometime maybe with Anna, to increase her customer service skills and probably release both staff at the pool bar and employ staff that are more productive

I want to thank the Hotel and all the staff for all their hardwork 🙏🏾 They truly made our stay a pleasure. Wish I could stay 1 more week. Am seriously considering bringing the whole family in the next year or so

The Al la Carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit, absolutely delicious and we felt so special! Pool area was also lovely, although water was a bit cold, the sea was colder though! Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and the grass area

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you

I have been to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are lovely and spotless. I have 3 issues tho Room Towels - if you cant keep them white dont use white use blue/taupe or grey. Sun Lounger Pads grubby and some torn

Bathrooms - why renovate the rooms and leave the old bathrooms!!

But to be honest I believe the hotel needs to have a renovation in some details. And one more small detail how come that in the dinner there’s no drink included (extra charge) and in breakfast there is

So, each time that I needed the bathroom I had to walk all the way back to reception again! Despite the size of the hotel and how many people were there, I found it incredible that there was only one toilet for women and one for the men

Hotel is clean, rooms are big with big balcony And Amazing view on the city or on the pools with sea view aswell. Bathroom in the room are quite dirty but nothing baddest

We were worried after reading some of the reviews, yes, it needed some updating, but the room was clean, roomy, we had a nice Outlook from the balcony. Food was great, and the breakfast was fantastic.

At the restaurant (opposite the pool but indoors) the manager or employee of the restaurant was shouting this lady at 09:45 to CLOSE the crepe/omelette station while is was 6 people standing in front of her waiting to be served

About food - you can always find something tasty for your personal preferences. The only thing we didn't like were drinks. But for us, it was not a big deal

The main advantage of this hotel for us - it's location (3 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes walk from main street)

It says the bungalow has a refrigerator but instead it was a mini bar completely empty and warm and surely you couldn't cool a drink and by the way not even a bottle of water in the room upon our arrival

Where the kids swimming pool was one plastic drain was missing a kids leg was jammed in the other day, not something serious but it could. Well food is medium quality, breakfast was OK and hotel's location is OK

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean (parents room cleaned every day, ours every other day although we had to ask for the towels to be changed). Pool nicely maintained and cleaned

The hotel is nice for its level. The restaurant is barely three hold but will not die of hunger. Quite noisy at night due to discos from Friday to Sunday. The children are asked for resettlement

We paid extra when choosing the room and accordingly received sea view, pool and quiet during the entire stay. That is very cool decided the question of monitoring what children are doing

Me and my partner stayed at the iliada last year. We had a fantastic holiday . We loved it so much hopefully booking again to stay in a few weeks time. Definitely recommend to family and friends

The hotel has a swimming pool, and after there is a lawn with sun loungers, two more steps and sandy beach. This municipal beach, a chaise longue is 2. 5 euros and the umbrella is the same

We didn't use them quite enough sun loungers on the grass. The food is decent, the Breakfast was OK, but there are plenty to choose from. Recommend for a relaxing family holiday

Outside the hotell you have few mins to restaurants, beach, supermarkets, water sports, outdoor massage and much more + Room: I had a great room with free drinks the first day and refill of coffee and tea everyday upon cleaning

First of all a massive thank you to Front of House. The welcome could not be warmer and after a long journey, that is all you need. Petrana in House Keeping was exceptional

Professional, warm, kind and our room was like coming home every day. We have been going to the Evalena even before it was refurbished and the location cannot be beaten

I would caution anyone visiting on an organised holiday without transport that the pool area was quite small and all the sunbeds were routinely filled

We feel very lucky we didn't have to fight every morning for a sum lounger. The pool was also a little small

The service at the Evalena restaurant at the front near the beach needs to be looked at in terms of service as we ate there once and would never go back due to the service (or lack of it)

Getting the right bed early can maximise your experience so advise anyone going for a pool side experience to get there early

Very clean, friendly staff, pools super clean. Buffet not so good.

The only time - on the corner of the crossroads there is a restaurant, there's usually a Friday party, if the balcony door did not close, very noisy, but on the other side of the hotel I think it's all good, maybe Windows facing the supermarket and the pub in the distance (there's usually a footie the British look)
