The breakfast was very varied and delicious, with so many options to choose from, the bar was great, the pool and beach area are beautiful, we absolutely love this hotel and will definitely come back

Only thing I will say the pool was a bit too cold

Rooma are average: Air conditioning is loud, rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Location is bit far from stores and restaurants, so choose All on! Service is very friendly and warm.👍

As you walk in, you are greeted by super friendly and helpful staff and it was like that throughout our stay, the facilities are amazing, except the gym, the gym is very, very dated and the machine selection is odd and they are very old looking with rust

There's a poolside bar offering drinks and food during the day (included in the all-inclusive package or for a fee) – pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, etc

We stayed there for a wedding. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely with a wide variety of choice and they catered for people with dietary requirements. I would definitely go back

At the resort we had booked 3 rooms:- a superior studio, a 1 bed apartment and a 1 bed apartment with a private pool. Fantastic resort and the most wonderful staff making our holiday one to remember

Elias Hotel and Resort in Protaras, Cyprus, was very enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and care of the staff made us feel welcome and at home

It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. The family pool was great fun in the day with good entertainment for both children and adults

We booked in twice! The All inclusive food was always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, and the variety of hot and cold snacks available throughout the day—along with cocktails and refreshing slushies—ensured we never went hungry

The resort offers two pool areas to suit any mood: one lively with slides, music, and activities, and the other a serene spot for unwinding

Floris, the manager, deserves a special mention—he was hands-on and approachable, helping us coordinate with the airport to retrieve a lost suitcase and always checking in to ensure we were having a wonderful time

It also got a mini waterpark which would be great to bring family and children here on this vacation. I would certainly recommend coming to this hotel

Great location, easy access to the beach,and short distance to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Staff very friendly, attentive and approachable. We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea and the pool

The pool and waterpark are great and there is always a lifeguard on hand. The pool bar had plenty of drinks to choose from that won't disappoint. The food was delicious with a huge range

The hotel location is fantastic, about a 20 minute walk to the local shops although there are 2 small shops next to and opposite the hotel (although the prices are a little higher than the shops in town but worth it when you can't be bothered to walk and its nice to support them)

Notable dishes to try; calamari, fish, various yummy salads, delicious soups especially the chicken and vegetable varieties. This is my first all inclusive and it has made me want to holiday in this way in the future

Always something for the two fussy 13/14-year-olds. So you’re not caught off guard like I was they supply a kettle in the room with cups and glasses, but you have to purchase your tea coffee water etc

White sands and very warm clear water or you can swim in the lovely outdoor or indoor pools. Fantastic place to for all the ages and family to stay. I would definitely go back without hesitation

Plenty of beautiful areas to sit down and rest or with friends for drinks and the stunning beach is literally at the bottom of the lovely gardens and very safe for swimming with life guards watching over everyone

This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception

The bathroom is very small and that is the only drawback. The food is delicious and varied, the location is beautiful. I would gladly recommend the hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming

The hotel is more expensive compared to others in the area, partly because of its numerous and well-designed pools. However, the pool water was freezing, so we ended up spending our time at the beach instead

The beach adjacent to the hotel is truly amazing and highly recommended. We were also disappointed with the service and maintenance. The wardrobe door in our7 room was broken, and we couldn't unpack our suitcases

On the first day, we asked the front desk three times to send someone to fix it before it was finally addressed. However, the next day, the wardrobe door broke again, and we couldn't access our clothes

Couple of negatives which haven’t put me off from returning. At least one outdoor pool could be heated during the colder months as they were extremely cold and there was an unpleasant odour in the indoor pool area

Just returned from the Olympic Lagoon and it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in 😎 Wonderful family holiday. Food and beverages excellent, fabulous dining experience in all restaurants

Book dining reservations early to avoid disappointment. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel is situated on fabulous grounds with friendly staff and the beach is 5 minute walk away

All inclusive is amazing, with milkshake, ice-creams, hot and cold drinks, including bottled water. Top notch entertainment in the evenings

We had super nice stay in that hotel. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. They upgraded our room for free

I understand it’s not the warmest time of year, but it would be great if at least the kids’ pool could be slightly warmer to allow for more comfortable swimming

Review of Dome Beach Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dome Beach Hotel, and overall, I was highly impressed with my experience

The first thing that stood out to me was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

The gym working hours are untill 17:30 so it would be better if it was longer so you can go after the beach. If the room looks out to the garden, the music is very loud untill 23h so you can't fully relax

But if you ask for the room on the other side on a higher floor, it's all good. We even had another extra bed, which would be perfect for the kids. The hotel has a lot of entertaiment for the kids

Family room contained bunk beds which were much better than the usual converted sofa bed the children are required to sleep on

The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard

Lovely hotel in a great location, and food was excellent. The Staff are very nice and friendly too. Trying to find a suitable sunbed was more challenging as you booked that for the length of the holiday!

Good range of dining options, we went to the Italian, South East Asian and American style restaurants during this stay. Breakfast was OK, not the best I've had, both in terms of choice and quality

The most perfect venue for our wedding day. We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff

Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean (parents room cleaned every day, ours every other day although we had to ask for the towels to be changed). Pool nicely maintained and cleaned

The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere there simply beautiful!! Its also a very clean hotel and has all the required facilities and the food is excellent as well! Just Loved it and i will visit it again for sure!!

Very pleasantly surprised at the price it was. Some people have moaned about distance to the town etc. No intention of leaving the resort. People can't do enough for you. Beds comfy, room nice and spacious

I have to give a huge shout out to Babbis, the Head Waiter, he has been excellent in welcoming all the guests for the new season even though they were still recruiting new staff after COVID-19

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

Excellent hotel with an astonishing view! Konnos beach which is sited below the hotel is probably the best beach in the island. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. There is a small kids friendly pool

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Depending on what you'd like

They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting

The property is kept impeccably clean, the service is top-notch, and the location is perfect. A special shoutout to Ajay from the kitchen. Every morning, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed

High quality service, very nice rooms with high quality materials everywhere. Really felt like in a 4 star hotel. They have nice pools and it is really close to the beautiful fig tree beach

Very good hotel, maid service is amazing. Drinks are very nice and WiFi is fast. More then enough for kids and an adult only area with a pool

The Al la Carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit, absolutely delicious and we felt so special! Pool area was also lovely, although water was a bit cold, the sea was colder though! Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and the grass area

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you

Such a lovely hotel , the food is amazing usually we don't enjoy all inclusive due to the repeated food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful Love this place absolutely gutted going home tomorrow

Genuinely a lovely friendly clean hotel! Food was just lovely and so much choice, especially if you don't eat everything that's on offer the first night, although they do change the food

I think that is important to mention since it bothered us a lot. There is no pool for smaller children

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

We just spend 12 days at this hotel. It is nice and clean and the staff in the restaurant and the reception are very nice. People smoke all over - by the pool and in the restaurant

The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

Our room was perfect for our family, including our 6-month-old baby. The hotel provided a comfortable crib, and small details like the evening chocolates were delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Must be the finest in Protaras. Kids club go above and beyond, pool area exceptional, food very good, staff so pleasant, location great

She is kind and caring and helped me out on a couple of occasions for which I am thankful. I am just finishing a week stay at the sunrise pearl with my family. The hotel is full but does not feel overcrowded

However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents

The hotel is new, the staff is top class, everyone has a uniform, even the cleaning ladies are all in clean dresses🙃 The pools are both large and clean, the breakfasts are very varied (salmon, greens, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, cheeses of all kinds, a lot of fruit (Pineapple is delicious) , the coffee is excellent

Just an absolutely perfect stay. The location, service and food was all perfect. Every need was catered for and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I've ever had

The breakfast options exceeded our expectations and there was plenty to choose from. Staff were always friendly and our room was cleaned spotless everyday. We had a great stay and would definitely be returning back

The only small change I would make is to have water available in the gym as it is a health requirement

Amazing stay in a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room. We didn’t have a sea view but this didn’t matter. The room was excellent and spacious

The pool was lovely and it was good to be allocated sun beds for the duration of the stay. There was also activities hosted by the staff in the pool and yoga which was decent

The rooms are spotlessly clean and the hotel is set in an idyllic location with the most beautiful bay and gardens surrounding it

Returned from here 1 week ago, and whilst I was a little disappointed, mainly in the room itself and the Buffet restaurant, I wanted to give this review as there's so many other really great plus points I can give

Worth noting the rooms are quite small, but this wasn’t a problem for us given we were barely in it

The Room; in my opinion, it's quite outdated, & The bathroom is exceptionally small and the hairdryer is one of those things I haven't seen in a long time, connected to the wall with 1 speed! Take your own

Totally recommend this hotel, we were offered a free room upgrade to an apartment which was really big, the food was very good at the main restaurant and they also have another 4 restaurants in the resort, they have a lot of places for children, a swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and the local beach is right downstairs of the hotel

Great place to take your family with kids for vacation! So close to beautiful beaches, to include one just for the hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience with great food and a nice pool

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

The Abalone restaurant is outstanding! My first visit to Cyprus since I was a child and if I came back again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Only complaint was the pool hours, they were too short

There was plenty of room inside and out to sit in the restaurant even when it was busy. The pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers. There weren't any problems getting a lounger or parasol

First of all a massive thank you to Front of House. The welcome could not be warmer and after a long journey, that is all you need. Petrana in House Keeping was exceptional

Professional, warm, kind and our room was like coming home every day. We have been going to the Evalena even before it was refurbished and the location cannot be beaten

The service at the Evalena restaurant at the front near the beach needs to be looked at in terms of service as we ate there once and would never go back due to the service (or lack of it)

Such a contrast to the inside of the hotel and the service we receieved there. We will be back next year as always and thank you for a wonderful stay

The animation team have been the absolute highlight of the holiday, all service from all staff has been amazing but the animation team went above and beyond especially considering it’s the end of the season

The view is truly beautiful, the balcony has its own sun loungers, which is very convenient, the room is larger than in many other hotels. The reception will always help and advise, very responsive staff

You could stroll on the endlessly long promenade directly from the restaurant and the hotel. Our stay at this hotel was heavenly. Highly recommended! Claudia and Alexei

The overall assessment is positive, but I will write a little more about the pros and cons

I have stayed in this hotel many times in fact going there twice again this year. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are well cleaned every day and the maids are wonderful staff

The location of the hotel is excellent, a few meters from the beach (you don’t have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, since the hotel sun loungers are a few meters from the sea). We took a room with a sea view

This is the reason why, unfortunately, I will not return here and why I cannot recommend this hotel especially to families with children

All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Their food is fresh and delicious and I'd particularly recommend their frozen lemon margarita cocktail. I can't wait to go back for my next holiday

Exceptional Hotel! My family had an issue with the booking, and they helped us without asking any questions and with a big smile. Each employee I had an encounter with was charming and professional

The room was beautiful and comfortable💤 The only issue with this hotel, is not the hotel itself but its neighbours, all around you can find family-all-inclusive kind of hotels with a lot of noise, I was staying during end of September and gladly the huge speakers were muted around 23:00, but that’s how Protaras in general is

One week in paradise it certainly was. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach

This is the definition of hospitality, from the housekeepers, receptionists, waiters and Mrs. Lisa (owner) who were always friendly and warm. We will definitely be back again next year

The swimming pool is crystal clear and the sunbeds are great. Thank you to Anna and Maloe for the exceptional service at the pool

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

The pools and slides were also very good,nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good

Regardless, the hotel is overall great for the price and if I had children, I would 100% come here again

The children's playroom needs a slight improvement, as does the service. This hotel generally provides anything for the family's needs for relaxed moments! Well done!!!

Excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and comfortable rooms. Beautiful beaches that are within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend it.

How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable

Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning

( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday

Our stay has been wonderful, the level of service from ALL the staff at this hotel has been truly exceptional, special mentions must go to the pool guys who work day and night looking after all the guests superbly, the ladies at breakfast serving everyone with a smile nothing is too much trouble

Just arrived back from a fantastic stay at the King Jason. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Reception gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and helped us with anything we needed throughout the holiday

The room was very comfortable and clean and we had a great view overlooking the ocean. The pool area is fantastic and there is access to the sea outside the hotel costal path entrance

The bar staff around the pool take your order as soon as they see your drink is empty and are happy to make you anything. The service at this hotel is exceptional in my opinion

The hotel is located on the edge of Fig Tree Bay and it is a 5 minute walk to the strip along the costal path. Food and drink were amazing and there are options for everyone. Overall I would give this hotel 5 stars

Housekeeping came in daily to clean and leave fresh towels. We thoroughly enjoyed the nightly themed meals that took place in the main dining room. The weather was perfect: sunny days and cool sea breezes

The only downside was that they aren’t heated, so swimming in October was a bit chilly. But there’s also an indoor pool designed like an underground cave, which was such a cool experience, especially for the kids

We chose the all-inclusive package, which ended up being about 200–600 euros cheaper than similar packages at other places (for a family of two adults and two kids for three nights)

Very Nice hotel, only problem is the cats that can be a little aggressive and that you need to buy water. The staff is super nice to everyone and you can tell they do a good job and that they try their best

Plus, the space between the buildings is filled with pathways, lots of trees, and green lawns. Each room even has its own balcony, including those on the ground floor, which we really appreciated

There’s ice cream and snacks by the pool, which were decent enough to keep us and the kids happy between meals. The all inclusive snack are poor

We had a wonderful seven-day stay. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely hotel manager and the rest of the staff, which we will surely remember

In my opinion, they are more than sufficient, so there's no reason to complain—I'd filter out the negative comments. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location is peaceful, with stunning beaches nearby

The view from the room was gorgeous we always watched the sunrise from the balcony. Location also amazing walking distance to numerous beaches we discovered many of them by foot or by short bus drive

The food definitely deserves praise, and I can say this confidently since we're quite picky. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they are very clean and recently renovated

The food was delicious not in large quantities but quality over quantity was definitely their goal. Maybe would add some sweet treats but that is just a little suggestion

I have been to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are lovely and spotless. I have 3 issues tho Room Towels - if you cant keep them white dont use white use blue/taupe or grey. Sun Lounger Pads grubby and some torn

Bathrooms - why renovate the rooms and leave the old bathrooms!!

But to be honest I believe the hotel needs to have a renovation in some details. And one more small detail how come that in the dinner there’s no drink included (extra charge) and in breakfast there is

So, each time that I needed the bathroom I had to walk all the way back to reception again! Despite the size of the hotel and how many people were there, I found it incredible that there was only one toilet for women and one for the men
