Staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Food was delicious, we had all inclusive. We will definitely come again.

Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great,will be trying it on our next stay. The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite,the staff are great. Breakfast was great,a good choice. All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after. Will be going back in June.

Prices at the restaurant r a bit high for my taste and the same for other activities. I visited here at the end of October, so it was a mix of sunny and windy days. How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. Mr volas general manager you should be a very proud man ,not just of the high standard of your hotel but the staff you employ. Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, speaking adequate-to-very-good English; there were a smattering of other nationalities but everything was signposted (etc) in Greek and English.

By far the best family resort we have ever been to! Firstly, The rooms were cleaned meticulously every day, spacious and a great view! Ahmed the spa manager was helpful and informative. Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life. The rooms are large and air-conditioned. Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

We had a lovely holiday however not 4 star and absolutely not worth the cost. Nothing wrong with 3 star hotels which is all i would rate this but for price disappointing as agreed with many guests we met on holiday. Need major improvements to gain ULTRA4 star in our opinion

Just left the resort after a 7 night stay. Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The accommodation was very clean with great air con. It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. We recently stayed at Vangelis Hotel & Suites for two weeks, and while there were some positives (like the location and pool area), several issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected for an all-inclusive resort. Personally, we normally stay in bigger resorts, so we would expect a more organized and consistent standard of service which may have been our downfall going with a smaller resort....

We’ve recently returned from a week staying here as a family of 3 travelling with an 8 year old. We had the best time and can’t wait to return to the hotel. The location is brilliant and only a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Fantastic hotel in an excellent location 9 of us came Allocated sunbeds which I think is a great idea. Great friendly hardworking staff Food good always something for the children. Good daytime entertainment for young ones. Don't think you could find a better hotel in Protaras in our opinion.

We are just finishing our 2 week holiday and have had a great time, well looked after by the staff, in particular Koulla who made us very welcome and David/Michael who are head waiters within the restaurants, both looking after our needs.
