The life guard Franco was there every day with a smile on his face. The allocated sun beds made the whole pool experience so wonderful. No early morning dash to reserve beds

Okay, so here's my take about this hotel. Room: We stayed in a room in the left wing of the hotel, when you are facing from the beach. We got to see the morning sunshine every day in late October

Decent hotel, first line, very convenient to use sun loungers by the pool and immediately fashionable to swim in the sea and do not have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, I recommend

It has a nice view of the beach, the adult pool, a lil bit of the town, and it is big enough for two when you don't have many luggages

The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard

Lovely hotel in a great location, and food was excellent. The Staff are very nice and friendly too. Trying to find a suitable sunbed was more challenging as you booked that for the length of the holiday!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean (parents room cleaned every day, ours every other day although we had to ask for the towels to be changed). Pool nicely maintained and cleaned

I have to give a huge shout out to Babbis, the Head Waiter, he has been excellent in welcoming all the guests for the new season even though they were still recruiting new staff after COVID-19

Very pleasantly surprised at the price it was. Some people have moaned about distance to the town etc. No intention of leaving the resort. People can't do enough for you. Beds comfy, room nice and spacious

No English telly, would be nice to have some BBC news or something

Food was also nice, lovely Giolanta and Pampis (hope I got the names right)- fantastic, lovely people, always smiling and checking if we had everything we wanted/asked for

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

Excellent hotel with an astonishing view! Konnos beach which is sited below the hotel is probably the best beach in the island. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. There is a small kids friendly pool

We got married here in September & couldn’t recommend the hotel & staff enough

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

An exceptional hotel with top notch service. Must visit the cliff bar for cocktails. Wonderful ambiance, chilled music and overlooking the sea. Really is the perfect setting

High quality service, very nice rooms with high quality materials everywhere. Really felt like in a 4 star hotel. They have nice pools and it is really close to the beautiful fig tree beach

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced

We stayed there for a wedding. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely with a wide variety of choice and they catered for people with dietary requirements. I would definitely go back

The pool area is quite noisy (some tourists from England even brought their own speakers, making it sound like a fairground). Given the high temperatures, the pool was often crowded

Just had a week here with my grandkids second time here couldn't fault it. Staff very nice and friendly food was a good mixture (including kids food) the bay is good for snorkeling for adults and kids

Only thing I will say the pool was a bit too cold

All 5s for the fantastic staff at the Penera Beach Hotel. The room service can be daily always treating you to a made bed and clean room

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you

Such a lovely hotel , the food is amazing usually we don't enjoy all inclusive due to the repeated food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful Love this place absolutely gutted going home tomorrow

The check in and out is stressless and instant, very straight forward, the staff themselves share various roles throughout hotel including the different restaurants and bars

The wedding host, which was part of our reason for our stay, was phenomenal, and people look on as you all head over to the small church on site

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Room was lovely and clean but only negatives I would say is the shower needs a screen or something to stop the water getting all over the floor as our floor always had a pool of water after a shower even with a towel on the floor

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Several floor tiles around the pool are the same, some of which chunks are missing, which have been filled with poly filler. Even one of the lift tiles has been cracked

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

The hotel is located next to the beach which allows for a swim in the sea at any time. We can really recommend this hotel - especially for couples - and we look forward to visit Sunrise Pearl again

I spent a wonderful week at Sunrise Pear Hotel and Spa, located right on the beach. We had a room with a sea view, and the breathtaking sunrises were simply spectacular

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents

The restaurants on the strip that you can go to if half board are excellent with no restrictions on what you can get from the menu. This hotels management has everything right. Thank you Sunrise pearl (and Vera)

The hotel is perfectly situated away from any noise, yet still within walking distance of beautiful beaches. The amenities are outstanding, with relaxing pools that are perfect for unwinding

The restaurant has an amazing daily menu of pan Asian , Cypriot, Italian and Mediterranean and English food and is delicious. The pool is fabulous and the infinity pool is also lovely

The pool was lovely and it was good to be allocated sun beds for the duration of the stay. There was also activities hosted by the staff in the pool and yoga which was decent

You can swim in the bay and see turtles and swim with them. Visit Landa beach this is a gorgeous sandy beach with clear warm calm waters and a lovely restaurant too

Amazing stay in a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room. We didn’t have a sea view but this didn’t matter. The room was excellent and spacious

From the moment you step foot in, you feel transported to a paradise, surrounded by the serene beauty of the sea and lush greenery

This hotel is the absolute best. The staff, the food,the rooms , the location, the pool and the general ambience is just perfect. Went back for a second time this year and will definitely be booking for next year

More suitable for couples I would say

Returned from here 1 week ago, and whilst I was a little disappointed, mainly in the room itself and the Buffet restaurant, I wanted to give this review as there's so many other really great plus points I can give

Highest satisfaction from the first to the last moment. Fantastic staff with big hearts, speaking many languages, making sure you feel like a valued guest

The Room; in my opinion, it's quite outdated, & The bathroom is exceptionally small and the hairdryer is one of those things I haven't seen in a long time, connected to the wall with 1 speed! Take your own

Totally recommend this hotel, we were offered a free room upgrade to an apartment which was really big, the food was very good at the main restaurant and they also have another 4 restaurants in the resort, they have a lot of places for children, a swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and the local beach is right downstairs of the hotel

Great place to take your family with kids for vacation! So close to beautiful beaches, to include one just for the hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience with great food and a nice pool

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

Only one big complaint for housekeeping department ,floor so dirty with rubbish and all bathroom with hair for previous gest, everywhere!!!! Disaster. This is the biggest complaint and only for housekeeping

So friendly and helpful, really went out of his way (I think his name was Panayiotis. ) The staff generally have been really helpful with everything and nothing is too much trouble

The most fantastic holiday so far and has been from the moment we arrived. Didn't arrive until the early hours and the guy on reception was exceptional

Overall, great hotel Hotel! It is located in a distant location (50 minutes drive from Larnaca). Has its own restaurant, beach, pool, and attractions

First of all a massive thank you to Front of House. The welcome could not be warmer and after a long journey, that is all you need. Petrana in House Keeping was exceptional

Also, being right next to the hotel, the hotel shaded out parts of the pool area at times significantly reducing the amount of good tanning time

Getting the right bed early can maximise your experience so advise anyone going for a pool side experience to get there early

The rooms are excellent with tea and coffee supplied. Bed is excellent best sleep I've had in ages. The pool area is also excellent, although I felt the sunbeds were a little too close to each other

The service at the Evalena restaurant at the front near the beach needs to be looked at in terms of service as we ate there once and would never go back due to the service (or lack of it)

I had couple of ants in my room, but I didn't bother them and they didn't bother me. I love ants( beautiful hard working creatures) 😀. Thank you for this amazing holiday ❤️. Sorry for the delay with my review 😅

The outside entertainment (Greek night dancers and the Romanian couple) amazing. The food Absolutely amazing 👏. The receptionists are amazing Is a family run business amazing 👏

Honestly, I went in with low expectations. But wow, pleasantly surprised and super happy with our stay. We were a big group of about 24 people (7 families) and spent 4 days at the resort

The animation team have been the absolute highlight of the holiday, all service from all staff has been amazing but the animation team went above and beyond especially considering it’s the end of the season

The place for perfect holiday! Fantastic little private village with super facilities and clean rooms, located at a beautiful little beach

The location of the hotel is excellent, a few meters from the beach (you don’t have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, since the hotel sun loungers are a few meters from the sea). We took a room with a sea view

The beach is large, the water is quite clean, but there are a huge number of large stones at the entrance to the sea along the entire length of the beach (except for a couple of small areas)

I am glad that I had a rest in this hotel, I liked a lot, but I don’t understand why many hotels located on this beach line cannot clear the entrance to the sea

We bought a ticket from TUI and the description indicated only sand (this was the main criterion for us when choosing a hotel), in fact the entrance to the sea turned out to be very rocky, which caused great inconvenience

Drinks for the three of us cost an average of 20 euros for dinner, plus about 66 euros for food, for a total of 86 euros for a dinner with a limited choice of products and often with the same menu) In local taverns we left 65-80 euros with drinks and could choose whatever we wanted (and the choice in local taverns is actually amazing)

Towels are changed, the bed is made. It’s very dusty, a lot of debris remains on the floor and the mirrors and glass are absolutely dirty. I can say the following about the beach

One week in paradise it certainly was. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach

Last but not least,the beach restaurant with tasteful food and especially the dinner menu is the best

I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night

This is the best hotel in Protaras by far. The girls at the reception were very welcoming and kind, we received a free upgrade from the partial sea view to the junior suite. The rooms are modern, elegant and spacious

Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever visited! The cleanliness is outstanding, the quality of service is top-notch, and the peaceful atmosphere is just perfect

We have visited Flamingo paradise beach hotel with my partner from a recommendation from a friend. We were glad we made this choice as the whole experience was great

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

The pools and slides were also very good,nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good

Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet

The variety of different food, except for breakfast was the same, but in my opinion it's not a big minus. Air conditioners are working, smiling bartender, and staff

Instead we were greeted by an extremely pleasant man that made sure to ask housekeeping to prepare our rooms as fast as it was possible

The location was perfect too, beautiful sea view, Pernera area, lovely walking path taking you right up to Fig Tree Beach. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of everything your heart desires

The rooms were spacious, we were given a Family Luxury room, it lived up to its name, so luxurious the beds were so comfortable and so were the pillows! The cleanliness of this hotel surpassed every other we've ever been to! Everything was meticulously clean and the whole hotel smelt wonderful! The staff were amazing from the helpful receptionist, Monica and Daniel, our fantastic pool barista George...

It is highly recommended, especially for families! We loved the beautiful parrot housed next to the restaurant's terrace, which was a great attraction for the kids! We experienced a lovely place for adults, beautiful sea view, peace and quiet, attentive smiling personnel even at end of season, a very helpful front desk and a manager making sure you are taken care of

The King Jason Protaras is the perfect spot if you're after somewhere to completely relax with gorgeous weather. It's adult only, which is great for those travelling without children who want some peace and quiet

The hotel Manager is always in and around the property talking to guests and genuinely showing a duty of care at all times

The room was very comfortable and clean and we had a great view overlooking the ocean. The pool area is fantastic and there is access to the sea outside the hotel costal path entrance

Plus, the space between the buildings is filled with pathways, lots of trees, and green lawns. Each room even has its own balcony, including those on the ground floor, which we really appreciated

One thing we loved was the live cooking at every meal, which added a lot of variety and ensured fresh options. They were also generous with the alcohol during meals, and the service was quick and friendly

The rooms themselves are very spacious. For families, you get a unit with a living room and a separate bedroom, which is fantastic for giving everyone their own space

The rooms are in separate buildings rather than one large complex. For us, this layout provided a great sense of privacy and helped avoid overcrowding

Each unit is at least 35 square meters, even for a standard room, so there’s plenty of room to relax. The food was good and pretty varied

There’s ice cream and snacks by the pool, which were decent enough to keep us and the kids happy between meals. The all inclusive snack are poor

Nice hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good quality. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. It's right next to beach with a decent size swimming pool. Would definitely come back.

All I can say about this hotel is in direct comparison to the Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel where we were staying. The Constantinos the Great is great in size. The food was on a par with the Leonardo

The indoor pool was heated and was very nice. The spa was very good as well

The ground floor was immense and the area set aside for the ceremony was quite a walk away from where we enjoyed drinks at a reception bar

I have been to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are lovely and spotless. I have 3 issues tho Room Towels - if you cant keep them white dont use white use blue/taupe or grey. Sun Lounger Pads grubby and some torn

Hotel Constantinos is very well located with a large, developed area of infrastructure, sunbeds very many, well located on the grass by the sandy beach. And that's the end of the pluses
