Staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Food was delicious, we had all inclusive. We will definitely come again.

Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

Cracked wall tiles where the bathroom mirror has been drilled to be fitted and the tiles have been broken. 2nd year we have gone to this hotel . Yes bathrooms are dated ,but very clean shampoo/ body lotions are supplied nice towels.beds are lovely and comfortable so are pillows . Excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and comfortable rooms. Beautiful beaches that are within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend it.

How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning. I had a great experience here for my girls trip. We booked all inclusive for 7 days and the service was fantastic - the food was amazing, there were a lot of variety each day. The restaurant manager George was excellent and very friendly, he made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

We had an enjoyable time here for our holiday, 2nd time visiting as a couple. We stayed in the apartments which were very clean, spacious and had a sun-trap on our balcony all day and evening which was amazing. Like with most hotels lately, there is a sunbed issue. Having to put towels down from as early as 5am is not ideal when you want to sleep in…Also there being guests who reserve numerous sunbeds...
