Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere there simply beautiful!! Its also a very clean hotel and has all the required facilities and the food is excellent as well! Just Loved it and i will visit it again for sure!!

Just had a week here with my grandkids second time here couldn't fault it. Staff very nice and friendly food was a good mixture (including kids food) the bay is good for snorkeling for adults and kids. Only thing I will say the pool was a bit too cold.

How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. Food quality really good and drinks top notch thanks to the bar staff team here, especially at the main bar to two old boys there are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Staff in general are fantastic and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate about booking this hotel

The hotel lobby itself is beautiful and I cannot fault the service or any of the staff. The rooms were a little disappointing in the bathroom as our shower and bath took 5hrs to drain away after a shower. It's bizarre as the shower 'room' which was room 12 had a beautiful fitted walk in shower. Outside of this we only had one more complaint. And that was in the restaurant. My wife has a shellfish...

We were astounded by the amazing service. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free and left us a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room to celebrate (thank you!). Great pool, beach just a 10 second walk away. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and its far out from the town of Protaras, but if you're after a fantastic relaxing beach holiday in the sun this should be on your list

Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, speaking adequate-to-very-good English; there were a smattering of other nationalities but everything was signposted (etc) in Greek and English.

By far the best family resort we have ever been to! Firstly, The rooms were cleaned meticulously every day, spacious and a great view! Ahmed the spa manager was helpful and informative. Secondly, the pool facilities for both adults and children are first class! Clean, safe and the lifeguards actually look after the customers! Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life. The rooms are large and air-conditioned. Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

We had a lovely holiday however not 4 star and absolutely not worth the cost. Nothing wrong with 3 star hotels which is all i would rate this but for price disappointing as agreed with many guests we met on holiday. Need major improvements to gain ULTRA4 star in our opinion

Just left the resort after a 7 night stay. Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The accommodation was very clean with great air con. It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. The family pool was great fun in the day with good entertainment for both children and adults. Evening entertainment was equally as good...

Food delicious and lots of choice, restaurant very clean and well organised. Huge selection of well known brands of alcholic drinks. Pools excellent for kids and adults. WiFi works perfectly in all areas of hotel. Entertainment on evenings for kids only while I was there. Mix of British and Russian guests in hotel with no problems at all. Staff curious and helpful. Overall very good.

Food is absolutely stunning, the chef himself comes around to check your very happy. It’s the best food we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel, Also the staff are all great, location is good because it’s all outside left and right if you need anything. 10 stars Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Very friendly 24 hour staff, the swimming pool for adults best place for chill out. The barman Andreas very polite and helpful. I highly recommend his Mohito, residence try it and you will remember me!!

Everything just perfect! Location is awesome, with many things to do around the place. Nearby Beaches is just a 5 min walk maximum. 😉 The room was very modern with great facilities. Comfortable there was an extra sofa. The only thing i will suggest is the mirror could be placed bit higher, and if you want more peaceful avoid Block B since you phase Eden square with loud music until 0100 in the morning...

Good inexpensive apartment on the second line of pleasant beach. A 10 - minute leisurely walk to the famous Fig tree beach (beach of the Fig tree). Breakfasts and dinners are quite decent. Several main dishes of fish, meat and poultry. Vegetables, fruits, desserts. Drinks at dinner - from 2.5 euros for a Cup of tea. Your drinks to bring in restaurant impossible, even if we are talking about drinking...

Next to one of best beaches in Cyprus Very comfy room, the only challenge was the glass bathroom door without lock...when you're two adults that's not an issue but with kids running around it takes effort to control) Cleanliness is tge most important thing to me about any hotel, and Vangelis ranks excellent on this Staff is awesome

Best experience of ever. This hotel is something. We arrived here with my husband for honeymoon and it was perfect. Stuff was very friendly and smiley. Delicious food and warm pools, best bar ever. We will definitely have another vacation here.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly, you get what you pay for, don't expect 5 star and you'll have a lovely time. Food is plentiful, drinks are great, pool is lovely and clean, and more than big enough for size of the hotel.

Had seen negative comments on this hotel/apartment complex. We still booked and boy am I glad we did. The apartment was superb and complex stunning. Choice of pools, with bars and sunbeds next to them. Staff friendly and the animation team were excellent aka Lisa and Nora. Food was varied had a different themed meal every evening.

Me and my partner stayed here for a 7 night all-inclusive holiday on the 4th June till the 11th June. We stayed in the apartments next door but had all the benefits from the meal hotel eg breakfast lunch and tea, snack bar and bars. Food was okay most nights different every night, service was great and most of the staff had smiles all round a few you could tell was just a job to them others really...

This hotel is perfect if you want things close by but not exactly in the centre of the hustle and bussle. We stayed here end of season in October 2023. We had never been to Cyprus before and the price was so so reasonable we thought we would give it a try. We where extremely surprised at how good the weather was 28/32 every day, absolutely perfect. Vrissi beach is fantastic here! Hotel was OK, not a 4*, but a 3* in my opinion, food was average, staff not very helpful, probably this is the mood at the end of the season (begining of September) We arrived at 1AM and there wasn't any water in the room. A 1.5L bottle water is below 1 euro, I guess it's not a fortune for a hotel that is ~200E/night. They provide beach towels, but have to change/take...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, we will definitely return next year. From the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully decorated rooms, every detail was perfect. The location was ideal so it was easy to explore the city, both breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of options. Well sited on Protaras main street. Welcoming and friendly staff. Half board allowed us to choose between lunch or dinner which gave us the opportunity to sample the many lovely restaurants in the resort. Hotel has direct access to a very nice beach by passing through a pretty good pool area. Food was buffet style, well presented and tasty. Overall very satisfied with our week's stay.

Enjoyed an extremely great holiday stay at the Vrissiana Beach hotel. Staff were very supportive, fun, polite and courteous. In particular, Aris who is the lead Manager for the restaurant showed such professional customer service which was simply amazing. Good quality and variety of tasty food too! Certainly valuabled our stay and would definitely consider a revisit!!
