4 star hotels in Protaras

Only been here 4 days so far from 14 great start to holiday. Hotel is clean and the food in the normal restaurants has been good. The Asian restaurant was amazing food, really good. It's a shame you can only go once as part of the all inclusive. You can go again for a discounted price.

We love this hotel. Room better than expected. Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you. Special mention to Sandeep he always make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after. Overall definitely we will be coming back.

Had the most amazing week here, wish we had booked for longer! The hotel went above and beyond and nothing felt faked. Genuinely a lovely friendly clean hotel! Friendly staff and waiter's, rooms are clean and the atmosphere is quite pleasant, the pool water was clear, and the food on the buffet was unexpectedly good, the waiter's are actually waiting for you to finish your food instead of rushing you, making you feel comfortable, a place I would reccomand. Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids. At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. I've been to this hotel before and had a good time. This time everything was fine except for the girl at the poolside bar, Marianna (a redhead with short hair). Every time she tries to rip you off in one way or another, thinking that we tourists are stupid. She laughs and speaks nicely, but on the other hand, she cheats you. Great place to take your family with kids for vacation! So close to beautiful beaches, to include one just for the hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience with great food and a nice pool. Only complaint was the pool hours, they were too short.

We had wonderful time at this hotel and it is my big recommendation. I was here with my family. The stuff are very kind and helpful, they always smile and say hello. First family holiday here and it was amazing. The staff are fantastic so helpful and understanding with every situation. Very family friendly hotel as well. We went only for the water park, which was €50 for a family of 4. Recliners are looking a bit old but working fine, slide are great for under teens, but a bit tame for older. Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Quality hotel for discerning guests. Food is great. Rooms and facilities are excellent. Nice pool areas and relaxing bars. The water slides are a nice addition if you have small kids or are o e yourself! Staff are warm and friendly. Nice quite location away from the noise of the strip and they provide a shuttle bus if you don't fancy walking. The fig tree bay is 30 mins walk.

Very good hotel in great location. Breakfast and dinner was very good. It is close to pubs, restaurants, bars and of course very close to the beach.

Best location - close to all the nice restaurants , pubs, supermarkets. Rooms were clean & spacious with individual balconies. The pool bar was luxurious and our bartender Petroula was the best :)

We booked this hotel for a very needed relaxing break, it has not been disappointing at all. The place is 5 star no doubts even if not in hotel ratings. I have stayed at many hotels worldwide that are 5 and 6 star and they do not compare. The staff are amazing and all have the same positive attitude needed to create a great place to stay. Brilliant hotel - rooms clean and comfortable. Food quality really good and drinks top notch thanks to the bar staff team here, especially at the main bar to two old boys there are a credit to themselves and the hotel. The hotel lobby itself is beautiful and I cannot fault the service or any of the staff. The rooms were a little disappointing in the bathroom as our shower and bath took 5hrs to drain away after a shower. It's bizarre as the shower 'room' which was room 12 had a beautiful fitted walk in shower. Outside of this we only had one more complaint. And that was in the restaurant. My wife has a shellfish...

We were astounded by the amazing service. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free and left us a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room to celebrate (thank you!). Great pool, beach just a 10 second walk away. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and its far out from the town of Protaras, but if you're after a fantastic relaxing beach holiday in the sun this should be on your list

From the moment we arrived along the way, everything has been really, really, good! Rooms are clean, details are fantastic, and quality is way above average for a 3+-star hotel. The breakfast is rich with a lot of variety, the swimming pool is an excellent addition, and the rooms are cleaned daily - every day. Free WiFi with good speed on top of everything. All in all, it's as good as it gets!

What was great: The location is fabulous, the design and the light concept is well thought through and everything is spotlessly clean. As long as you don’t care about the breakfast too much and are more lucky than us with the room, it’s an excellent choice. We probably had the least attractive room in the hotel - the room next to the entrance of the house in the second row, so that everyone passed...

First time in Cyprus, travelling with a mate, and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Parking is free, and the hotel is a 2 min walk to Fig Tree Beach, or a short drive to the beaches in the area. Highly recommend to friends, families, or couples!

We have just returned from a 2-week stay at this wonderful hotel. Two adults and two children, and we all had a great time. The hotel area was tidy and clean, with nice pools and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food was very good! We truly recommend this place.

Great hotel with great food (real 10/10 food quality). Access to sea, clean, great animation team, great staff, not crowded, close to city (buy souvenirs, rent a car or boat). Two things that could be improved: hard to do: older rooms required renovations (rooms are clean but old). Simple to do: for sake of god buy decent coffee machine (even one at pool bar would do the job) because coffee you serve...

We had a great stay with the family. The staff was very nice and professional, the food was very good and with lots of choices. We also met very nice people from different countries.
