Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it, view was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious, bit disappointing to only have a bottle of water in the mini fridge and it was not topped up at all the whole trip. A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful. I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night. All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life. The rooms are large and air-conditioned. Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

2nd year we have gone to this hotel . Yes bathrooms are dated ,but very clean shampoo/ body lotions are supplied nice towels.beds are lovely and comfortable so are pillows . Fantastic location, facilities and entertainment. Food was excellent plenty of choice even with allergies, the chef made me my own pizza with non dairy cheese and gyros without the tzatziki but everything is clearly marked with allergens which is great. This hotel is amazing with some of the best staff and service I have ever had. It was my wife's birthday and they went out there way to make it a very special day. All was top class. Especially the travellers guide Anna made our trip better than perfect. The activity team made everyone feel like Olympic gold medal winning athletes. I have been in many hotels, but never saw such great service. Especially many thanks for Catalin! His service and approach for tourists is above all expectations! In general, this is romantic hotel for adults with good restaurant. Entering the water is a bit inconvenient, but is solved by buying slippers

Very much a resort hotel but nice. Adults only provided a quiet stay. I would love to go back when COVID is over as the masks on masks off was a bother but not the hotel's fault. The private beach area was a bit rocky but not as crowded as other beaches in the area where they were stacking punters like deckchairs.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a good experience. The rooms could use some refreshing, but the delicious and varied food more than makes up for it. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. The beach was clean and the nearby port offered many interesting cruises :)

Just spent two great weeks in this hotel. Food quality was really good, plenty of choice. Pool bar staff & drinks both excellent. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but still comfortable. Fresh towels were provided everyday. Overall we had an excellent holiday & will return next year.

Location was amazing you can walk to the beach of Protaras. Sound proof is an issue you can hear the cleaners in the morning etc. The room was very good comfortable bed and renovated as wel.
