Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard) Lovely modern decor and design. Breakfast as expected from a buffet style breakfast

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Also, the water was amazing for swimming and snorkeling, however, the beach loungers aren't included in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 7. 5 euros each day for 2 loungers and an umbrella

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady

Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean

End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

On one occasion one of the staff came to pour our drinks and the rubber seal on the water container came off into my cup and then water went all over our table

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

I have recently returned from this hotel and couldn’t recommend it to family and friends enough! When we arrived our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the hotel until 4am however the night duty staff booked us in and provided us food and water so we didn’t go hungry free of charge

Rooms were very clean with everything you need, We had great nights sleep every night. They also have turn down service every night. Our room was on top floor and had an amazing view of the beach with great sunrises

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations. We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay. Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day. We arrived to a afruit platter and wine

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

The Place Was Spotless and very Modern. The Room was Beautiful And Clean and we Had A Wonderful pool And Sea View. Then we went to the hotel bar and was Greeted by George The Barman

From Christos the general manager to George at the bar all the staff just want to make your holiday here be the best. I cannot fault this place, been before and will definitely be coming here again

Christopher Volos The Manager Was A Gentleman. He Always Asked Was Everything ok With our Stay. The Location Was Absolutely perfect Right On The Beach. and Shops And Bars within walking distance

The Drinks were to A Great Standard plenty to choose on the All Inclusive option. Lunch And Dinner We were Impressed Great Variety and Lovely Tasty Food. All The Staff worked so hard

There’s football matches being shown but also a pub and an Irish bar just along from hotel. We hopefully will return as there’s some nice walks along the sea front into Protaras. Or get the bus into Ayia Napa for €2

Soup which was lovely, if you didn’t go at 7. Salads, desserts always nice choice, also fruit and cheese. Pool, always plenty of beds but the rule about not leaving towels was not adhered to

Hairdryer, kettle, chiller, telephone and Wi-Fi. Entertainment, TERRIBLE, seating uncomfortable. Big shout out to Speedy - Kavita, she runs around her full shift in every area. Always a smile always being helpful

As returning guests we couldn’t have been looked after any better. From arrival everyone was so friendly and it always feels like coming home

We spent 6 weeks here , 2 weeks in the beautiful room 620 then 4 weeks in the swim up bungalow room 006. Big shout out to the cleaning team

Balcony was big enough, 2 chairs which were comfy and 1 table. Beds very comfortable with 2 pillows. Aircon kept room cool when we could get it to work ( instructions would be helpful)

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge

Andreas goes absolutely above and beyond in everything that he does and I can honestly say he is part of the reason we came back! He is so positive and definitely an asset to Atlantica!
