Good hotel

Decent hotel, first line, very convenient to use sun loungers by the pool and immediately fashionable to swim in the sea and do not have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, I recommend

Excellent hotel! We took a room with a side view of the sea, just super. Spacious room, lots of lockers for clothes, minibar, large comfortable bed. There is an additional sofa where you can put a child. But most of all I want to note the territory and food. Since this hotel chain has two hotels next to each other, Sunrise Beach and Sunrise Pearl, then in fact they have a common territory. We rested in July, the hotel occupancy is about 50%, sun loungers are assigned to the room for the entire stay, it is very convenient. The hotel has a very convenient food system, you can dine in the Panorama restaurant (buffet) with a beautiful view accompanied by a pianist, but you can also visit each of the other restaurants once a week, and there are several of them with different cuisines. There is a fish, Pan-Asian, Italian, Greek, American (steaks). In a week we managed to visit all of them except the meat one. We liked the Pan-Asian Lemongrass the most. The room was cleaned well every day, the staff is friendly. One day the hotel management threw a cocktail party, it just happened to be the evening before our departure. We were treated to prosecco👍🏻 Super location on one of the best beaches we've been to, here I'd like to mention the sea itself most of all. It's very clear, clean and beautiful. The entrance to the water is convenient for both children and adults. Swimming in it is a pleasure. We thought a week would be too short, but we had a great and full rest in these less than 7 days. Thanks to the staff and the management of the hotel reception. We'll definitely come back in September. 🤗

Great location, both for the excellent beach and Protaras main strip. Very friendly staff, good quality accomodation. Family room contained bunk beds which were much better than the usual converted sofa bed the children are required to sleep on. Good range of dining options, we went to the Italian, South East Asian and American style restaurants during this stay. Breakfast was OK, not the best I've had, both in terms of choice and quality. Also the daytime entertainment was quite limited. Overall though I'd certainly consider staying again.

Okay, so here's my take about this hotel.

Room: We stayed in a room in the left wing of the hotel, when you are facing from the beach. We got to see the morning sunshine every day in late October. It has a nice view of the beach, the adult pool, a lil bit of the town, and it is big enough for two when you don't have many luggages. The bed mattress was so soft so if you have back problem, you might want to ask the reception for a hard one.

Note: The door frame of the room is not constructed well enough to hear the people from the corridor.

If you are coming from Germany, bring your own plug adaptor.

Service: The people working there are very nice and helpful. The head of the service crew where the buffet is, could be friendly a bit. He looks strict though.

Standort: The hotel has a great surroundings. Near good spot for swimming, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bus stop. They have lots of trees and you get enough space for your sun beds and to go through unlike in other places.

Food: Breakfast: They have enough food to choose from.

Dinner: The buffet was good for me, but of course sometimes you get food that you don't like and that's normal. My favorite one was the roasted beef and roasted lamb, and the salad bar was fantastic.

The most perfect venue for our wedding day.

We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff.

Especially ANCA which was our wedding organiser for the hotel.

ANCA went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the most amazing day!

Lovely hotel in a great location, and food was excellent. The Staff are very nice and friendly too. Trying to find a suitable sunbed was more challenging as you booked that for the length of the holiday!

The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard. Two lovely pools, one for families, the other adults only.

Love this place and the area. Hotel spot on, clean rooms, great location, on the beach and middle of the strip. Lots to do and see. We enjoyed our holiday and have booked to go back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel with your personal sunbed during the whole stay. Great food in 6 different restaurants. Direct beach access and many pools, also indoor. Fitness was clean and machines worked. We’ll be back ❤️
