Hotels near sea shore in Protaras

Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you

The Al la Carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit, absolutely delicious and we felt so special! Pool area was also lovely, although water was a bit cold, the sea was colder though! Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and the grass area

We have just come home from a fantastic 7 night stay at this hotel! When we first checked in, we saw that we had been given a double room, but we paid extra for a twin as we are just friends & work colleagues so sharing a bed would be rather awkward

If you are travelling from the UK they have the same plugs as back home. No need to take European adapters. One thing you must do at least once if you have an ocean facing room, is to get up and watch the sunrise

Entertainment was fun, we don't usually attend Entertainment at hotels but we just got caught up in the brilliant atmosphere. Can't recommend this hotel enough, we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay

We went to speak to reception about it and they were extremely polite and got us a room change straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even offered to take our bags up to the other room

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean (parents room cleaned every day, ours every other day although we had to ask for the towels to be changed). Pool nicely maintained and cleaned

I have to give a huge shout out to Babbis, the Head Waiter, he has been excellent in welcoming all the guests for the new season even though they were still recruiting new staff after COVID-19

Very pleasantly surprised at the price it was. Some people have moaned about distance to the town etc. No intention of leaving the resort. People can't do enough for you. Beds comfy, room nice and spacious

No English telly, would be nice to have some BBC news or something

It is highly recommended, especially for families! We loved the beautiful parrot housed next to the restaurant's terrace, which was a great attraction for the kids! The hotel's decoration was very classy, and the rooms were lovely! The pools were fantastic and able to accommodate both young and elder

The breakfast at the hotel was plentiful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area had a wonderfully relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the sauna and hamam facilities were also great

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning

I had a great experience here for my girls trip. We booked all inclusive for 7 days and the service was fantastic - the food was amazing, there were a lot of variety each day

The location of the hotel is excellent, a few meters from the beach (you don’t have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, since the hotel sun loungers are a few meters from the sea). We took a room with a sea view

The beach is large, the water is quite clean, but there are a huge number of large stones at the entrance to the sea along the entire length of the beach (except for a couple of small areas)

We bought a ticket from TUI and the description indicated only sand (this was the main criterion for us when choosing a hotel), in fact the entrance to the sea turned out to be very rocky, which caused great inconvenience

Drinks for the three of us cost an average of 20 euros for dinner, plus about 66 euros for food, for a total of 86 euros for a dinner with a limited choice of products and often with the same menu) In local taverns we left 65-80 euros with drinks and could choose whatever we wanted (and the choice in local taverns is actually amazing)

The view is truly beautiful, the balcony has its own sun loungers, which is very convenient, the room is larger than in many other hotels. The reception will always help and advise, very responsive staff

If you want a quiet place, with a large pool and a bar, 10-20 minutes walk from beautiful beaches, then this is definitely the right place for you. Don't miss to see the sunrise!

The only small incovenience was that pool wasnt opened yet until almost the last day of our stay due to poor quality of water. However we could still use the area and spend some time on sunbeds and order drinks/food

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, the food was delicious (we had breakfast and we tried lunch menu at the pool). The room was cleaned everyday and our towels and sheets were also changed all the time

I had the most amazing stay at this property. The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team

Indoor pool wasn't open, and the outdoor pool was freezing. But it was early October, so I suppose its to be expected. Food was OK, staff were friendly, room cleaners were so helpful as we had disabled parents with us

Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach

We've been here 9 times. The staff are always friendly and make us welcome. The food is varied and reasonably good. It's only a 3 star hotel don't expect 4 star food.

The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man

The bars near the pool was cool but crowded sometimes. The beach is just 100 meters from the resort. Restaurants, shopping street, grocery store, pharmacy everything is located in the walkable distance

Very clean hotel with great owners who know exactly what hospitality is!! It is a beachfront property situated exactly by the most famous beach of the island, fig tree bay

In the heart of the city but also very quiet!! The best place to stay in order to enjoy relaxing holidays by the beach without car!

The location is the best part of this hotel as it is 2 minutes walk from fig tree bay but nowhere as expensive as the rest of the hotels on this beach. It is also close to all bars and restaurants on the strip

Great, quite location, superb views, everything you need in a 100m range. Furniture and equipment is old but still ok.

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

Overall service is fabulous in a beautiful quiet area of Protaras. Just a slow 15-20 minute stroll to fig tree bay. No sunbed wars, as you have your own throughout your stay. Excellent food quality and choice

All round a great stay and we'd deffo return One small thing is we think the waiting staff, especially in the mornings and for lunch would appreciate a more suitable uniform, they have them up in trousers and long sleeve shirts and it's just way too hot for them

You also have the option of using some restaurants in the town which is a nice place to have a stroll too

The customers won't mind a jot and if they had something more fitting to the setting

The hotel is located next to the beach which allows for a swim in the sea at any time. We can really recommend this hotel - especially for couples - and we look forward to visit Sunrise Pearl again

I spent a wonderful week at Sunrise Pear Hotel and Spa, located right on the beach. We had a room with a sea view, and the breathtaking sunrises were simply spectacular

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

Being situated on the beach meant that we didn’t have to travel far if we didn’t want to as everything was on our doorstep. The views were amazing and Protaras as a whole is a really nice relaxed holiday destination

Very nice hotel on the beach. Having your own allocated sun lounger is something all hotels should do. Clean and modern. Stayed at sister property Sunrise Beach previously but this would be my preferred choice now.

My sister is vegan and the wonderful chefs tried to accommodate her as best as possible, even cooking her up special dishes! We liked the fact that the hotel isn’t massive so the experience feels more personal - there were plenty of loungers and you get allocated a sunlounger on arrival which means you won’t have to worry about getting one! The main advantage was the location of the hotel which made the access to the beach very accessible. However, we were bitten by insects and some family members had strong reactions because of it

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced

We were given a sea view room even though we booked a room with an inland view. Gym open 24hours which was great. Check in straight forward but no personal handover

The hotel staff did not take our matter seriously or see whether there were mosquitos on the grass near the beach chairs or whether it was because of bed buds ( the matter was not even investigated)

Perfect location, right on the edge of the Strip and overlooking the sea at Fig Tree Bay. No hassle looking for sun loungers and umbrellas. Fabulous pools, one in particular, which was in the Adults Only area

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

We stayed bed and breakfast so can’t fully comment on food but can comment on the breakfast and what we saw - the breakfast was fairly standard and I’m glad we didn’t go all inclusive as the food was quite bland and I can’t say I was too excited by the choice

Amazing hotel, we stayed here for 10 nights in May as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The staff are brilliant, so attentive and engaging with the children. The hotel and room we stayed in was spotless

There are some lovely local restaurants about 15 minutes away which serve traditional Greek food, definitely recommend Pinia which has a beautiful terrace where you can watch the sunset

If you venture further out there are a great choice of restaurants in the local towns about 30 minutes walk away - all affordable and run by local families

The place has 3 pools and a super nice beach were u can see the ground in the water from 10 meters! U can see fiches swimming around and you can see very nice caves by the rock wall

However - we did love the fact that you had your sun beds reserved for your entire holiday - this certainly saved stress! Will certainly consider returning in the future when some ‘adult only’ rules are introduced

Very Nice hotel, only problem is the cats that can be a little aggressive and that you need to buy water. The staff is super nice to everyone and you can tell they do a good job and that they try their best

We stayed here for a week and had one of the best holidays ever. The hotel has alot of choices for guests (bar, pools, arcade room, tennis court) and has incredibly nice service on the whole area

Hotel Constantinos is very well located with a large, developed area of infrastructure, sunbeds very many, well located on the grass by the sandy beach. And that's the end of the pluses

Rooms and bathrooms cleaned superficially, you have to ask for washing accessories - maids do not leave, sometimes you have to ask for a towel that is missing, cleaning just like, under the bed not cleaned from a month of time - a ton of dust and dirt, you also have to ask for, for example, Coffe for brewing, drinking water in the rooms is no (subtropical zone)! Extremely stupid savings the more so...

The head of the room staff completely does not require any cleaning standard. Sauna open a few hours only until 17. Food at breakfast correct but very monotonous, all the time the same

The drinks which are included are very low quality, syrups with lot of sugar. No lemonades or fresh juices offered. Food was tasty, but this hotel is more about meat, not fish

Even with all inclusive package you will still need to pay for a drinks, for example frappe, non alcoholic bear, virgin mojito or soda water - these are not included

Hotel is clean, rooms are big with big balcony And Amazing view on the city or on the pools with sea view aswell. Bathroom in the room are quite dirty but nothing baddest

At the restaurant (opposite the pool but indoors) the manager or employee of the restaurant was shouting this lady at 09:45 to CLOSE the crepe/omelette station while is was 6 people standing in front of her waiting to be served

(3 meters away everyone is naked in the pool) If such rules apply they must add on a poster before entering the restaurant. Food was alright The people at the reception are super friendly and helpful

I have recently made a booking Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel to attending a wedding in September. When booking I was meant to book all inclusive and clicked bed a breakfast by mistake

Hotel is very Good for ourselves, with fast and good bar service, Good position ( 3-5 mins from the beach ) and tasty food from morning to evening with snacks

I emailed the hotel and they came straight back to me and help me change the booking before the payment had gone through and couldn't have been more helpful. Abbie was amazing, funny and has sorted everything out

Where the kids swimming pool was one plastic drain was missing a kids leg was jammed in the other day, not something serious but it could. Well food is medium quality, breakfast was OK and hotel's location is OK

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again
