The most perfect venue for our wedding day. We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff. I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Fantastic breakfast. Great service around the pool and other bars. Beautiful views from our room but, for a 5* hotel, the room (especially the bathroom) was too small and overpriced (230 euro/night). Housekeeping and room service were not reactive.

Very good hotel, maid service is amazing. Drinks are very nice and WiFi is fast. The location isn't too bad. Sea view rooms are great. Pool is alright. More then enough for kids and an adult only area with a pool. Food is a bit expensive.

Very nice hotel. The staff was super nice. The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

We enjoyed some excellent spa treatments, and the staff was very polite and professional. However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents. This restriction is why we rated it three stars instead of the five stars the spa deserved.

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. We have visited Cyprus for over forty years, thirty of them at the Grecian Bay Hotel. A magnificent hotel superbly situated on the beach. The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect. A return visit is comparable to coming home! Already booked for another holiday.

Solid 4+ hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. Service is good. People working on the reception knows many languages and you definitely are able to solve any problem. I enjoyed my stay. View from the window is great. I could only complain on the breakfast which look the same every day.

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have showers on the way from the beach to the pool. There is also no natural shade.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, like everything else in it. The food is phenomenal and varied. The staff is pleasant and smiling, especially Sladajana from the reception and the lady with a blue bob haircut from the restaurant (I didn't remember her name).

When you check in, 100€ is blocked at the reception as a guarantee. You don't have water included in the half board meal, not even at dinner. It's a fantastic location, absolutely dreamlike! Amazing private beach with clearest water I have even seen. Good for families with kids. The only downside of this place it's absence of the AC in the main restaurant, it was so hot there that I almost fainted once.

Great location with easy assessment to Ayia Napa and bus stop directly at the back of the hotel with regular buses to all nearby villages and Larnaca and Nicosia. We had super nice stay in that hotel. Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids. They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids). Only pillows could be better.

Beautiful hotel. We was there for a wedding. Staff very pleasant. ( All inclusive) There was a good choice of restaurants to eat in, plus a snack bar by the pool opened at 10.30am. The adult pool was lovely to swim in. The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one. Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. Beautiful place but the staff are very rude. Don't accept room 161 it awful. Really small and You'll be looking at a white wall as your view. We were not going to pay £4200 for 2 adults and a child for that.

The all-including experiences is great. The hotel as nice options of restaurants you can try instead of the usual buffet. However, this place isn’t in the center of Ayia Napa so you better take a ride with a car or taxi (not that bad.. 5 min drive)

This hotel is Amazing!!! The staff work incredibly hard and nothing is too much of an ask. Stopped at reception on our way out to ask about the A.C. in our room, and was told the system is switched off as it was April, not really a problem but got back to our room after a morning out to find a nice big fan in there. Perfect. Everything is clean, the mix of food on offer is something I've never seen...
