What an amazing, relaxing, quality hotel. On the beach, own sunbed throughout stay, access to the sea, fabulous pools, pool snack bar. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay simply wonderful

The location is another big plus: just a short walk to the beach, with the choice to swim in the ocean or enjoy the hotel’s pool (which is pleasantly warm!)

The location is beautiful, with an amazing sea view, and the housekeeping team makes sure everything is always perfectly clean – they are doing a fantastic job! But what makes this place truly special is the wonderful staff – friendly, caring, and always going the extra mile

The staff are so friendly & helpful. Will try to sort any problems you have out. The sunbed allocation on arrival is brilliant. No more early morning get ups for the rush

One of the highlights was the food – the head chef truly goes above and beyond, offering a different themed menu every night. It was a treat to look forward to dinner each day, and the variety kept things exciting

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly service

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Also, the water was amazing for swimming and snorkeling, however, the beach loungers aren't included in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 7. 5 euros each day for 2 loungers and an umbrella

We stayed at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel in Protaras from October 4–11, 2025, as a group of four families in six rooms. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

Magnifying mirror within the main bathroom mirror for shavings etc. Sanitizer to use on toilet seats before you sit down

Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and we received exactly the rooms we booked. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Attentive and enthusiastic staff. The beach is clean, sandy entrance to the sea convenient. The sunbeds on the sea do not have access to the hotel is irrelevant

Absolutely stunning view! amazing service fantastic reception team , easy access to the bus stop for visiting nearby towns with bars and restaurants pool and cove both wonderful

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel. In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides. Stuff is professional and kind

Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool

This hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking fig tree bay. Very close to the beach with ample comfortable sunbeds

High quality service, very nice rooms with high quality materials everywhere. Really felt like in a 4 star hotel. They have nice pools and it is really close to the beautiful fig tree beach

We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Depending on what you'd like

They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting

Staff super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Good facilities and lovely clean rooms. Nice location right on fig tree bay.

There is a beach is about 100 metres away but is run by the council so you have to pay for sunbeds and parasol (€7 I think but check first)

Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning

If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady

Nice, modern newly renovated hotel in a pleasant location. I appreciate the beach towels that we received in the price of accommodation. The food was poor average compared to other hotels

The location itself is calm, away from noisy tourist crowds, and the harbor sea is very quiet without waves – ideal for small children or those who simply like to stand in the water

❌👎 Pool Cleaning Incident: A staff member cleaning the pool at 7:30 AM sprayed guests with cold water

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Room was lovely and clean but only negatives I would say is the shower needs a screen or something to stop the water getting all over the floor as our floor always had a pool of water after a shower even with a towel on the floor

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Several floor tiles around the pool are the same, some of which chunks are missing, which have been filled with poly filler. Even one of the lift tiles has been cracked

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

As most people have mentioned the allocation of sunbeds around the pool is a game changer, takes away all the hassle of being up early etc

First day we were at the children’s pool which was lovely and after that moved to preferred beds at the adults pool. My only very minor critique is the pool could benefit from some background music

Rooms were very clean with everything you need, We had great nights sleep every night. They also have turn down service every night. Our room was on top floor and had an amazing view of the beach with great sunrises

This hotel is excellent, seriously underrated. The facilities are 1st class with main pool, children's pool and the waterpark itself. Minimum of 6 lifeguards at any time they have really considered health and safety

Main pool was fab for kids, but the day time entertainment was not great. Just water polo or aqua aerobics. We decided to stay at this hotel as it has the water slides and splash park

Nice pool area but annoying that you can't change towels after 13:00. Also, the lady providing towels was rarely at the desk so you had to either wait for her to come back or try to find her

A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations. We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay. Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day. We arrived to a afruit platter and wine

Best tip for Hotel, top floor balcony is too hot to use when sun is shining (if thats only issue I can survive) no need to hire sunbeds on beach as hotel is close enough to beach to have a dip in sea and stroll back to Pool Area, Special Mention to Khan in Pool Bar as extremely helpful even when asking for stronger coffee, This was always met with generous smile, Well done I hope to see you when...

The Place Was Spotless and very Modern. The Room was Beautiful And Clean and we Had A Wonderful pool And Sea View. Then we went to the hotel bar and was Greeted by George The Barman

The room was really spacious and the bathroom had a bath with shower over. The balcony in addition to the 2 sun beds had a 2seater sofa, 2 chairs and a table. Food was good, we were half board which was more than enough

There’s football matches being shown but also a pub and an Irish bar just along from hotel. We hopefully will return as there’s some nice walks along the sea front into Protaras. Or get the bus into Ayia Napa for €2

Soup which was lovely, if you didn’t go at 7. Salads, desserts always nice choice, also fruit and cheese. Pool, always plenty of beds but the rule about not leaving towels was not adhered to

Hairdryer, kettle, chiller, telephone and Wi-Fi. Entertainment, TERRIBLE, seating uncomfortable. Big shout out to Speedy - Kavita, she runs around her full shift in every area. Always a smile always being helpful

we did take our own fortunately but the chiller doesn’t keep anything cool and so milk turned by the next day. We had a room looking over the pool, other rooms overlooked the car park

As returning guests we couldn’t have been looked after any better. From arrival everyone was so friendly and it always feels like coming home

Balcony was big enough, 2 chairs which were comfy and 1 table. Beds very comfortable with 2 pillows. Aircon kept room cool when we could get it to work ( instructions would be helpful)

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

The pools and slides were also very good,nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good

Indoor pool wasn't open, and the outdoor pool was freezing. But it was early October, so I suppose its to be expected. Food was OK, staff were friendly, room cleaners were so helpful as we had disabled parents with us

Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach

We've been here 9 times. The staff are always friendly and make us welcome. The food is varied and reasonably good. It's only a 3 star hotel don't expect 4 star food.

Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, though most are reserved before 0930. Wish hotels enforced policies about not reserving sunbeds as it is quite annoying to see a towel on a lounger all day with no one on it until 4pm

Another fabulas holiday at the Mandali hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. We are pleased to say we were not disappointed to be back. Excellent location for beach, restaurants, shopping, and walking along the boardwalk

It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day

My honest review, the he room we had was nice, we paid extra for the seafront view but it only gets the sun until 10. 30 am so would not pay the extra cost, the room are very nice and cleaned every day

The allocated sunbed system is great why don’t other hotels do this saves all the stress of rushing down in the morning. Overall a perfect holiday and would return again

Andreas goes absolutely above and beyond in everything that he does and I can honestly say he is part of the reason we came back! He is so positive and definitely an asset to Atlantica! The pool side bar that does chicken gyros, cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets etc was delicious also! The bar staff are all so nice

I am a very fussy eater and struggle trying new things, there was only 1 day out of the 14 where I couldn’t eat anything, and Andreas in the restaurant was lovely and asked the chef to cook me chicken and chips because he knew I could eat that

This was our second time at Atlantica Aqua Blue, we came for 10 days last year and loved it that much that within 5 days of being home we rebooked for 14 nights this year! The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in

It is so clean, you see staff every night jet washing the floors, cleaning the pools, wiping windows, the cleaning standard is very high

She has such a good energy you find yourself up doing aqua gym, darts and table tennis without even thinking about it. She was always such a ray of sunshine and again, a credit to Atlantica

Plenty of sunbeds not crowded at all you can get a bed anytime no sunbed wars. Good location too plenty of parking for guests. Beach is beautiful as are the grounds
