What an amazing, relaxing, quality hotel. On the beach, own sunbed throughout stay, access to the sea, fabulous pools, pool snack bar... the positives are endless. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay simply wonderful.

We had an incredible time there. The cleanliness and the service was really good. Also, the water was amazing for swimming and snorkeling, however, the beach loungers aren't included in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 7.5 euros each day for 2 loungers and an umbrella

Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

We got married here in September & couldn’t recommend the hotel & staff enough. Koula in events was phenomenal & made the process of planning a wedding during covid seamless! We stayed in the sea view terrace suite with magical views. Thank you!

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. His laughter was infectious....

We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has so much choice. Depending on what you'd like. They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting. X

Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning. If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it, view was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious, bit disappointing to only have a bottle of water in the mini fridge and it was not topped up at all the whole trip. Crystal Springs holds a special place in my heart. Its quiet beachside location is what is so special. Vrysoudi Beach is a small blue flag beach in a cove. A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful. After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal. The hotel needs some renovation. Al inclusive is a value for money option... Breakfast and dinner are above the average. The cocktails offered are also nice and within the all inclusive package... The sea is just 2 min distance walking...

We went only for the water park, which was €50 for a family of 4. Recliners are looking a bit old but working fine, slide are great for under teens, but a bit tame for older. Staff were lovely and the pool was lovely and warm. Let down by the pool bar not serving food, which seemed to be a surprise to the ticket office

Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach. Staff all very friendly - the omelette maker at breakfast is a lovely guy and very chatty.

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge. The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man. Food was your typical all inclusive selection...

Indoor pool wasn't open, and the outdoor pool was freezing.. But it was early October, so I suppose its to be expected... Food was OK, staff were friendly, room cleaners were so helpful as we had disabled parents with us..

No bull . Used but tidy value for money hotel right in the center of it all . Nothing is a hassle . Look forward to our next visit. It really is a ok hotel OK xx

This hotel is something very special to the senses. The design, location, views, the staff.. EVERYTHING. If you are staying in Protaras, don't doubt it and stay in the Flamingo Paradise.

I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night. All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Their food is fresh and delicious and I'd particularly recommend their frozen lemon margarita cocktail. I can't wait...

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a good experience. The rooms could use some refreshing, but the delicious and varied food more than makes up for it. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. The beach was clean and the nearby port offered many interesting cruises :)

Just spent two great weeks in this hotel. Food quality was really good, plenty of choice. Pool bar staff & drinks both excellent. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but still comfortable. Fresh towels were provided everyday. Overall we had an excellent holiday & will return next year.
