Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. Hotel needs renovation, staff needs to be more polite, food is below average, rooms carpet floor is dirty and smells discussing, mini fridge is completely empty, not even a bottle of water, also not enough electricity plugs in the room, only 2 extra and both are away from the bed.. overall NOT a 5 star hotel.

We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has so much choice. Depending on what you'd like. They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting. X

Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning. If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it, view was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious, bit disappointing to only have a bottle of water in the mini fridge and it was not topped up at all the whole trip. As a returning customer we could not fault this hotel once again. Great location, spotlessly clean, and all staff so friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, but I'd question 4 stars. It's only a couple of years old but there's flaws with the hotel. Cracked wall tiles where the bathroom mirror has been drilled to be fitted and the tiles have been broken. Several floor tiles around the pool are the same, some of which chunks are missing, which have been filled with poly filler. Even one of the lift tiles has been cracked. This is a singular tile...

We just spend 12 days at this hotel. It is nice and clean and the staff in the restaurant and the reception are very nice. It is a smoking hotel. I have recently returned from this hotel and couldn’t recommend it to family and friends enough! When we arrived our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the hotel until 4am however the night duty staff booked us in and provided us food and water so we didn’t go hungry free of charge. A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful. After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal. The hotel needs some renovation. Al inclusive is a value for money option... Breakfast and dinner are above the average. The cocktails offered are also nice and within the all inclusive package... The sea is just 2 min distance walking...

We went only for the water park, which was €50 for a family of 4. Recliners are looking a bit old but working fine, slide are great for under teens, but a bit tame for older. Staff were lovely and the pool was lovely and warm. Let down by the pool bar not serving food, which seemed to be a surprise to the ticket office

Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach. Staff all very friendly - the omelette maker at breakfast is a lovely guy and very chatty.

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge. The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man. Indoor pool wasn't open, and the outdoor pool was freezing.. But it was early October, so I suppose its to be expected... Food was OK, staff were friendly, room cleaners were so helpful as we had disabled parents with us..

I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. From the minute we arrived I knew this was gona be amazing. Loved that we had a ground floor room that we just walked straight out to the sun beds and pool in morning. This is definitely the best place to stay in protaras. Perfect location, great rooms, excellent friendly staff and owners. Reasonable price too. We come here at least twice a year and the entire team bend over backwards to make your stay the best possible. Heading home today but I will be looking to book again very soon.

Hotel is in an ideal location. It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. My honest review, the he room we had was nice, we paid extra for the seafront view but it only gets the sun until 10.30 am so would not pay the extra cost, the room are very nice and cleaned every day. The all inclusive I wish I had not paid for as the food for all inclusive is not the best and we only ate there for one day, but if you pay for the food from the hotel menu it seems a lot better so...

We had a lovely 5 day at this hotel. We got a fantastic welcome and our room was immaculate. Clean, spacious and well positioned. Temperature was controlled well too! we had a wonderful holiday at the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel with all the family 16 of us altogether including a six week old baby .The staff were a credit to the hotel all were friendly and very helpful we would highly recommend this hotel as a holiday destination,with a very nice beach within a few minutes walk. the food was excellent with a good selection.
