The most perfect venue for our wedding day. We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Especially ANCA which was our wedding organiser for the hotel. ANCA went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the most amazing day! Many thank you to all staff.

Great location, both for the excellent beach and Protaras main strip. Very friendly staff, good quality accomodation. The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard. Two lovely pools, one for families, the other adults only.

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. His laughter was infectious....

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Fantastic breakfast. Great service around the pool and other bars. Beautiful views from our room but, for a 5* hotel, the room (especially the bathroom) was too small and overpriced (230 euro/night). Housekeeping and room service were not reactive.

Very good hotel, maid service is amazing. Drinks are very nice and WiFi is fast. The location isn't too bad. Sea view rooms are great. Pool is alright. More then enough for kids and an adult only area with a pool. Food is a bit expensive.

Just had a week here with my grandkids second time here couldn't fault it. Staff very nice and friendly food was a good mixture (including kids food) the bay is good for snorkeling for adults and kids. Only thing I will say the pool was a bit too cold.

Only been here 4 days so far from 14 great start to holiday. Hotel is clean and the food in the normal restaurants has been good. The Asian restaurant was amazing food, really good. It's a shame you can only go once as part of the all inclusive. You can go again for a discounted price.

We love this hotel. Room better than expected. Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Very nice hotel. The staff was super nice. The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

I would like to start with the hotel staff. They are the nicest I have encountered in any hotel I have stayed in. Vera on reception is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed some excellent spa treatments, and the staff was very polite and professional. However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents. This restriction is why we rated it three stars instead of the five stars the spa deserved.

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music. We have visited Flamingo paradise beach hotel with my partner from a recommendation from a friend. We were glad we made this choice as the whole experience was great. How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic. George Brown Restaurant Manager was fantastic and made us feel like we were at home with his warming smile and morning greetings every morning. Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach. Staff all very friendly - the omelette maker at breakfast is a lovely guy and very chatty.

We've been here 9 times. The staff are always friendly and make us welcome. The food is varied and reasonably good. It's only a 3 star hotel don't expect 4 star food.

I have been in many hotels, but never saw such great service. Especially many thanks for Catalin! His service and approach for tourists is above all expectations! In general, this is romantic hotel for adults with good restaurant. Entering the water is a bit inconvenient, but is solved by buying slippers

Very much a resort hotel but nice. Adults only provided a quiet stay. I would love to go back when COVID is over as the masks on masks off was a bother but not the hotel's fault. The private beach area was a bit rocky but not as crowded as other beaches in the area where they were stacking punters like deckchairs.

I spent one night in this hôtel everthing was perfect. Good services, Front on the sea, Realy close to the blue lagon, sea caves... (7min by car)

Perfect location, great services, delicious food and adults only! Good quality beds and linen, clean room! Perfect view to the see from the 501 and the jacuzzi on the balcony is a great idea! 😀 Free parking at the front of the hotel. General store just a cross the road. Ideally for relax!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great experience, we enjoyed everything there, nice view, quiet place perfect for relaxing vacations, clean, very nice and friendly staff, hotel room spacious and comfortable and very clean, amazing breakfast buffet also pool bar restaurant serving very nice food, definitely we will visit again soon! Unbelievable Holiday and Hotel Rooms were excellent, clean and attended every day, bathroom spotless and great shower. Beach literally yards from hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful, food very varied and tasty. Would give more than five stars if possible. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Lovely location, really just steps from a small sandy beach! The hotel is really well laid out, to make for an easy comfortable holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful and v efficient! Definitely worth paying the extra for sea view, as really lovely. The food was plentiful, lots of choice and really delicious. Travelling with my teenage daughters, this has been an absolute pleasure, v safe environment...

Marvellous. Turtles come to the small part natural, part artificial swimming pool that is accessed via the beach here everyday. Very good service. An outside of town quiet hotel. Minor glitches only

The hotel accommodation was good. The room was kept clean and everything worked just as it should. The main issue we had during the week we stayed, was the food. It was stereotypical British food. Not good. Recommend getting your breakfast from some place else, in full English breakfast is not your absolute favorite. The location is absolutely great! Lovely small hotel with very warm and friendly staff! Nice menu and food was good also. Clean rooms and such a lovely small beach and amazing snorkeling spots just next to The beach.
