Hotels with beach in Protaras

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

Totally recommend this hotel, we were offered a free room upgrade to an apartment which was really big, the food was very good at the main restaurant and they also have another 4 restaurants in the resort, they have a lot of places for children, a swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and the local beach is right downstairs of the hotel

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

Only one big complaint for housekeeping department ,floor so dirty with rubbish and all bathroom with hair for previous gest, everywhere!!!! Disaster. This is the biggest complaint and only for housekeeping

The most fantastic holiday so far and has been from the moment we arrived. Didn't arrive until the early hours and the guy on reception was exceptional

Very cozy hotel HV1 (holiday village). Your small beach, small, but quite roomy. Green area, kids club with Russian animators, a pool for kids. There are plenty to choose, although, of course, Spain with its abundance

The restaurant buffet and the plates freshly made are just amazing, and there is a big variety of foods. The waiters are super professional and kind. I also want to mention Sari and Vincent that are amazing entertrainers

The village looks even better than the pictures, and the beach can be reached easily without crossing any car road. The beach is super crouwded durig the weekend, the rest of the week is much much better

Also, the hotel has sunbeds reservation system (when you arrive you get your sunbeds that are reserved for you for the whole stay) - very clever and comfortable approach for the guests

Very picturesque beach with clear water. The only downside is that it is not private. And our mail compliments go to the hotel’s staff

We had a fantastic time at Malama Beach Holiday Village! The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from the beach

The hotel has a swimming pool, and after there is a lawn with sun loungers, two more steps and sandy beach. This municipal beach, a chaise longue is 2. 5 euros and the umbrella is the same

Rooms cleaned daily if you hang "do not disturb" then the gloss will not, but will change towels and remove trash. As with any hotel there are rooms with sea views, and side views

Very nice beach and pool, breakfast is nice and generous, facilities in the rooms are all new

Location was amazing you can walk to the beach of Protaras. Sound proof is an issue you can hear the cleaners in the morning etc. The room was very good comfortable bed and renovated as wel.

This hotel is the reason we will return. Location was perfect- right at the beach, we didn't want Aiya Napa or even in middle of Protaras, somewhere just on outskirts

From Mohammad and the reception team, to George at the main bar, Marios, Mina and Mayer at the restaurant to Marina at the pool bar - all of them are friendly welcoming, totally exceptional and genuinely care about the guest experience! The entertainment team are fabulous too with great classes from yoga style stretch to water fitness and activities such as water volleyball to keep everyone happy

The evening entertainment was amazing too! Their shows were fantastic and upbeat to the point if you love all things performing you would just want to join in with them! They are all so very talented and are absolutely smashing it! Keep being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a fantastic family holiday at Atlantica Sun Garden Beach this summer! The hotel has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere with stunning sea views and direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were incredibly friendly

Our room was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The pool areas were great too, not too crowded and very well maintained

We had a great time here at sungarden beach. Soon as we arrive the receptionist notice I was on crutches as injured my knee a week before we came away and I did request a certain room

I stayed at Atlantica Sungarden Beach this summer with my boyfriend, and it was literally amazing! The views were breathtaking, the food was delicious with so many options, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

Hotel has a lot of sunbeds around pool and near beach free of charge for guests which was a big advantage. We never had a problem finding unoccupied sunbeds

A few steps away from the beach and not too off center from interesting sites in ayia napa. You can reach the nearest bus stop within 1 min of walking. All in all it‘s been a more than pleasant stay

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby. Our kids were comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food. Pool closes very early at 7 PM

Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony

Really impressed with the hotel in every way - nice peaceful location, great sea / bay for swimming in, food and drink was excellent (including plenty of local cuisine), evening entertainment (singers / musicians) all top quality and in keeping with lovely hotel, staff all really friendly and helpful

Nice clean and modern sea view room with balcony. Plenty of sun beds both around the pool and on the grassed terraces. A short walk down a few steps to the beach

A special mention for Stelios who took your drink order - such a nice guy - made an effort to work the room and talk to people and take their order. The a la carte meal was fabulous. The hotel generally was kept clean

I've been to many 4 stars /5 stars hotels and they change the bed covers every time they clean your room not this hotel, they get changed every 3 days but sadly mine were not changed for the stay I was there which were 7 days

Sunbeds are issued to you with fitted towels on your arrival and they are yours for the stay. Which means not having to get up early to put towels on. You can change position if you not happy with your initial choice

The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge

All 5s for the fantastic staff at the Penera Beach Hotel. The room service can be daily always treating you to a made bed and clean room

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

Andreas goes absolutely above and beyond in everything that he does and I can honestly say he is part of the reason we came back! He is so positive and definitely an asset to Atlantica! The pool side bar that does chicken gyros, cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets etc was delicious also! The bar staff are all so nice

I am a very fussy eater and struggle trying new things, there was only 1 day out of the 14 where I couldn’t eat anything, and Andreas in the restaurant was lovely and asked the chef to cook me chicken and chips because he knew I could eat that

Of the minuses: Konnos beach is quite far (about 2 km, half an hour's walk), and the nearest one - Mimosa - is very modest, about 300 meters away

This was our second time at Atlantica Aqua Blue, we came for 10 days last year and loved it that much that within 5 days of being home we rebooked for 14 nights this year! The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in

It is so clean, you see staff every night jet washing the floors, cleaning the pools, wiping windows, the cleaning standard is very high

Effy and Petros in the lobby bar always greet you with a smile, even when it is just 2 of them rushed off their feet at times

Overall service is fabulous in a beautiful quiet area of Protaras. Just a slow 15-20 minute stroll to fig tree bay. No sunbed wars, as you have your own throughout your stay. Excellent food quality and choice

I would like to say that the whole ten days in this resort was absolutely fabulous! The staff, hotel accommodation, cleanliness and food was of an excellent standard and would definitely recommend a holiday here

I would like to give a mention to the ladies in the restaurant and the chef, who were just lovely, kind and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were catered for anything we wanted

I would also like to give a shout out to Anna, the wonderful Yoga/Pilates/aqua aerobics teacher. A fabulous lady who was also very kind. Your customer service was top notch all round and could not be faulted

The allocated sunbed system is great why don’t other hotels do this saves all the stress of rushing down in the morning. Overall a perfect holiday and would return again

They provide beach towels, but have to change/take them from the spa it opens at 9AM; there the spa lady was inside talking with another hotel staff and had the door closed at 9:10AM and rudely asking me to come in 5 mins

Tip: side sea view rooms are nearer to the street, very little lateral sea view. Sea view rooms are also lateral sea view, but nearer the beach. Front sea view rooms are really 180° facing the sea, but are apartaments

She had just to give me 2 towels. In other day, there was nobody there, had to wait for 15mins. Room towels were old and grey-ish, windows behind the curtains were not clean, and the sound proofing was NOK

Even though the beach is fantastic, area is very noisy, there is a bass very loud from the club nearby ( Bell, I guess ) untill 2AM. The doors of the hotel cannot cancel the noise

This is maybe a municipality issue, but if you want to sleep well, this is area of hotels is not an option. Much better in Fig Tree bay area or at least some 200-300m right/left away from this stupid Bell club

Doors are slamming due to the closure system, for people sensitive to noise, this is not OK. Furniture is also a little outdated

The down side for me was at 8am the sunbeds were taking very quickly at the adult pool. There was always room at the family pool so don't look past this

Overall great experience! Service: 5* level, exceptional. Staff are kind, helpful, and available at all times. They even know a little bit of each guest's language to make them feel welcomed

If I was Mr Nikos I would spend sometime maybe with Anna, to increase her customer service skills and probably release both staff at the pool bar and employ staff that are more productive

You get all the cutlery from entreé to dessert and the foods are all labeled with allergens - big plus for this one! Rooms: Very clean, standard size, pretty new furniture

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to two grocery shops, restaurants, and bars are also very close. But if you're staying here, 100% go half board or all inclusive. The food is the best I've ever had

They get cleaned with a push of a button as often as needed. Location: The only downside - our balcony had a view of a children's pool and a parking lot

Plenty of sunbeds not crowded at all you can get a bed anytime no sunbed wars. Good location too plenty of parking for guests. Beach is beautiful as are the grounds

Thought through disabled access with ramp walkways spills cleared up immediately. A great feature was the donated pool toys so parents don’t need to purchase floaters rings etc and thinking about the environment

Location of the hotel is perfect! ***** to left, with bars/restaurants and shops galore! To the right of the hotel the beautiful beach. 5 minute walk if you want a variety of boat trips down by the beach

The food was all freshly cooked and a very good variety, especially evening meals. The pools are beautiful and very clean. We always managed to get sunbeds, even going to the pools after 10 am

The hotel is perfect what you expect from a 3 star although could be a 4 star as staff are very attentive. Always something tasty to eat but not lots of choice

Hotel entertainment during the day is none existent, infact the entertainment lasses told a couple it was to hot! 1 fitness class in a week

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location is ideal, right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings

Daytime activities were great and the pools were lovely and warm having loungers allocated at the beginning for our whole stay was perfect with the snack bar close by for a quick burger and fries

The Ever After show was just brilliant we would have loved to see Filipe as Olaf as he made an awesome Sebastian and Aladdin and Maya was born to be a Disney princess

Every evening was finished off in the pool bar listening to the exceptional Juan and his guitar, what a musician he is and such a range in musical genres

The evening entertainment was fantastic from quizzes to shows and outside acts, Krissy the rock singer was awesome and the Cypriot act was Opa

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

The room cleaners left the unpleasant impression that they had no desire to work. They just took out the small garbage bags without cleaning the rooms at all and without changing towels, sheets, etc

Clean, new and AC works very well. Pool is quite small and sunbeds run out early during busy season. All Inclusive was good, same as lunch and dinner for most days

Service a strange mix of efficient but a bit harsh We were all inclusive and I asked for two small bottles of water this morning at 9 to be told only from 10:30!!!! The hotel facilities (pool & pool bar) excellent with no problem getting sunbeds. This is a family run hotel and it stands out a mile the staff are superb and can’t do enough for you

Location is superb, about 100m from Fig Tree Bay, which we have an amazing view of from our room! Family owned hotel, a little smaller than the other hotels but for us that is ideal as it means it is slightly quieter than the bigger hotels

Just back from a wonderful 11 night holiday in the Chrystalla. I am not one who takes to writing reviews but this has to be done. The Chrystalla experience was absolutely fantastic location is fantastic

Buffet style restaurant serves very tasty and good quality food, not a huge selection but it is a well selected menu that caters for all tastes. Poolside bar is great, which also serves food while open

Chose this hotel for the location been to Protaras plenty of times beach is to the left of the hotel when coming out of reception to the right is the main ***** Upon checkin the receptionist was friendly and helpful offered us 2 rooms one on the ground floor which was much bigger but no view on the balcony and then a smaller room on the 4th floor which we opted the room itself was small but it did...

We loved the beach so spent most days there, I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a see view but the room only got the sun in the morning until 10 am so wouldn’t pay the extra for that room even though it was nice hope this helps everyone

Another fabulas holiday at the Mandali hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. We are pleased to say we were not disappointed to be back. Excellent location for beach, restaurants, shopping, and walking along the boardwalk

Lovely hotel right beside beach and nightlife. Very clean hotel rooms cleaned daily, food nice and staff lovely

It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day

I am a fussy eater, but I never failed to enjoy the food presented at lunch and dinner - a good choice of meats and salads (Visitors in some of the 'inland view' rooms get a good view of the nearby 'dancing waters' show, which is just behind the hotel !) This is my 18th visit to Cyprus, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mandali and will very likely stay here again soon
