Totally recommend this hotel, we were offered a free room upgrade to an apartment which was really big, the food was very good at the main restaurant and they also have another 4 restaurants in the resort, they have a lot of places for children, a swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and the local beach is right downstairs of the hotel

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

So friendly and helpful, really went out of his way (I think his name was Panayiotis. ) The staff generally have been really helpful with everything and nothing is too much trouble

Great place to take your family with kids for vacation! So close to beautiful beaches, to include one just for the hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience with great food and a nice pool

Only one big complaint for housekeeping department ,floor so dirty with rubbish and all bathroom with hair for previous gest, everywhere!!!! Disaster. This is the biggest complaint and only for housekeeping

We used the gym and spa and the kids played beach volley, dart and football and i took part in stretch classes in the morning

Very clean hotel with great owners who know exactly what hospitality is!! It is a beachfront property situated exactly by the most famous beach of the island, fig tree bay

In the heart of the city but also very quiet!! The best place to stay in order to enjoy relaxing holidays by the beach without car!

The location is the best part of this hotel as it is 2 minutes walk from fig tree bay but nowhere as expensive as the rest of the hotels on this beach. It is also close to all bars and restaurants on the strip

Great, quite location, superb views, everything you need in a 100m range. Furniture and equipment is old but still ok.

Cool hotel! All inclusive system!!! The sea is cool, there are waves! Sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach are paid at 2.5€ per day. The hotel provides towels for the beach/pool!

From the moment I arrived at Atlantica Sungarden beach hotel I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail that is evident throughout the hotel

However, the true gem of Atlantis Sun Garden Beach Hotel is undoubtedly Ms. Her professionalism, competence, kindness, and readiness to assist were truly remarkable

The hotel is only a 5 min walk into the centre, but also has a beach just on the boundary, within 30 seconds of the hotel and pool. There is a steepish incline down to the beech, but manageable to walk and for buggies

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk

The hotel is very nice, price and quality is so good. Breakfast and dinner are also great and fresh, for everyone's taste. The view from our room is amazing. See you next year!

The roos service wasn't so good, I asked for shower gel almost every day, and the cleaning was not so good as well

The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the food was also perfect - with a really nice and friendly "pancake guy" Mikola at breakfast who always had a small chat with the guests while preparing fresh and delicious pancakes for them

The beach by the hotel is rocky and not sandy but it was perfect for beach walks at night and beautiful sandy beaches were available within 1-2 kilometres, so it was no problem for us

Overall location is more than ok, but the closest beach is unusable if you are not a young sporty person. The closest "typical" beach is in 20-30 min walk

Lazy river, slides and low pool areas for kids are great. I really liked the pool bar also with cocktails and snacks. Liked the beach area With nice clear sea

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. We booked the full board option, but our first meal—a lunch—was underwhelming

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The outdoors pools are very kids friendly, with two water slides which the kids enjoyed. The life guards are everywhere and the pool bar is great

Considering that a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) costs 90 euros under the full board package, we expected a more varied and enjoyable dining experience

The experience was overall very nice. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is in the middle of 3 beaches and close to some others. Staff was extremley nice and attentive

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

Excellent hotel with an astonishing view! Konnos beach which is sited below the hotel is probably the best beach in the island. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. There is a small kids friendly pool

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

The hotel is located next to the beach which allows for a swim in the sea at any time. We can really recommend this hotel - especially for couples - and we look forward to visit Sunrise Pearl again

I spent a wonderful week at Sunrise Pear Hotel and Spa, located right on the beach. We had a room with a sea view, and the breathtaking sunrises were simply spectacular

If you want to go on trips during your stay, or to look around, I recommend renting a car, or calling Bolt or using public transport. The bus stop is at the entrance to the hotel

Professional, warm, kind and our room was like coming home every day. We have been going to the Evalena even before it was refurbished and the location cannot be beaten

The service at the Evalena restaurant at the front near the beach needs to be looked at in terms of service as we ate there once and would never go back due to the service (or lack of it)

Such a contrast to the inside of the hotel and the service we receieved there. We will be back next year as always and thank you for a wonderful stay

To reach the center of fig tree bay you need to walk around 15mins near the beach, it’s a pleasant walk. And if not there’s just a beach facing the hotel too

The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast in the morning has something for everyone

Drinks for the three of us cost an average of 20 euros for dinner, plus about 66 euros for food, for a total of 86 euros for a dinner with a limited choice of products and often with the same menu) In local taverns we left 65-80 euros with drinks and could choose whatever we wanted (and the choice in local taverns is actually amazing)

Towels are changed, the bed is made. It’s very dusty, a lot of debris remains on the floor and the mirrors and glass are absolutely dirty. I can say the following about the beach

The view is truly beautiful, the balcony has its own sun loungers, which is very convenient, the room is larger than in many other hotels. The reception will always help and advise, very responsive staff

Of course, some drinks are included in the all-inclusive price. I don’t understand why, having paid for breakfast and dinner, my family couldn’t even get free water or tea for dessert for dinner

Well, I’ll make a reservation that for breakfast tea, coffee, water and some terrible liquid that they call juice were included in the price. Also one of the minuses is very poor cleaning

The dinner costs 22 euros per person, if I’m not mistaken, and you pay separately for all drinks (at lunch and dinner there is not even regular water or tea, everything is for a fee

One week in paradise it certainly was. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet

The variety of different food, except for breakfast was the same, but in my opinion it's not a big minus. Air conditioners are working, smiling bartender, and staff

Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests

Just arrived back from a fantastic stay at the King Jason. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Reception gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and helped us with anything we needed throughout the holiday

Plus, the space between the buildings is filled with pathways, lots of trees, and green lawns. Each room even has its own balcony, including those on the ground floor, which we really appreciated

One thing we loved was the live cooking at every meal, which added a lot of variety and ensured fresh options. They were also generous with the alcohol during meals, and the service was quick and friendly

The rooms themselves are very spacious. For families, you get a unit with a living room and a separate bedroom, which is fantastic for giving everyone their own space

The rooms are in separate buildings rather than one large complex. For us, this layout provided a great sense of privacy and helped avoid overcrowding

Each unit is at least 35 square meters, even for a standard room, so there’s plenty of room to relax. The food was good and pretty varied

There’s ice cream and snacks by the pool, which were decent enough to keep us and the kids happy between meals. The all inclusive snack are poor

I have been to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are lovely and spotless. I have 3 issues tho Room Towels - if you cant keep them white dont use white use blue/taupe or grey. Sun Lounger Pads grubby and some torn

Hotel Constantinos is very well located with a large, developed area of infrastructure, sunbeds very many, well located on the grass by the sandy beach. And that's the end of the pluses

So, each time that I needed the bathroom I had to walk all the way back to reception again! Despite the size of the hotel and how many people were there, I found it incredible that there was only one toilet for women and one for the men

(Including the hote) Can't comment on the hotel restaurant as we were B & B, but plenty of choice for breakfast. Bar drinks reasonably priced. We upgraded to a room with a veranda, sunbeds and a hot tub

This hotel had a beautiful setting with a path to a little beach/bay. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the hotel was very clean. The cleaners were in our room every day with fresh towels

Food delicious and lots of choice, restaurant very clean and well organised. Huge selection of well known brands of alcholic drinks. Pools excellent for kids and adults. WiFi works perfectly in all areas of hotel

Entertainment on evenings for kids only while I was there. Mix of British and Russian guests in hotel with no problems at all

Everything just perfect! Location is awesome, with many things to do around the place. Nearby Beaches is just a 5 min walk maximum. 😉 The room was very modern with great facilities. Comfortable there was an extra sofa

You just need to take shampoo, shower gel and other gigienicheskie and cosmetics. The hotel provides only the toilet paper. Soap and sponge for washing dishes, kitchen and beach towels also need to have your own
