Hotels with beach in Protaras

Only one big complaint for housekeeping department ,floor so dirty with rubbish and all bathroom with hair for previous gest, everywhere!!!! Disaster. This is the biggest complaint and only for housekeeping

The newly refurbished pool area looked great,will be trying it on our next stay. The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite,the staff are great. Breakfast was great,a good choice

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

We had wonderful and relaxing holidays at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel. The location is excellent – offering numerous activities, and the city is easily accessible by bus

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

The beach next to the hotel is public, it does not belong to the hotel, a sun lounger costs 2. 5 euros - around 9-10 am a special person comes and collects money

The restaurant buffet and the plates freshly made are just amazing, and there is a big variety of foods. The waiters are super professional and kind. I also want to mention Sari and Vincent that are amazing entertrainers

Also, the hotel has sunbeds reservation system (when you arrive you get your sunbeds that are reserved for you for the whole stay) - very clever and comfortable approach for the guests

Very picturesque beach with clear water. The only downside is that it is not private. And our mail compliments go to the hotel’s staff

Exceptional food including open air cooking stations with completed dishes cooked in front of you (meet, fish, liver, pizza, pasta etc). Food variety is very good - sea food, meet, fish, smoothies for breakfast

My kids enjoyed having fun with Vincent from entertainment team who is doing absolutely fantastic job and how he deals with kids and makes them busy fun and happy

I had a great time in Iliada beach, staff is polite and the beach is amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. 🙌🏻

The hotel has a swimming pool, and after there is a lawn with sun loungers, two more steps and sandy beach. This municipal beach, a chaise longue is 2. 5 euros and the umbrella is the same

Rooms cleaned daily if you hang "do not disturb" then the gloss will not, but will change towels and remove trash. As with any hotel there are rooms with sea views, and side views

Very nice beach and pool, breakfast is nice and generous, facilities in the rooms are all new

Location was amazing you can walk to the beach of Protaras. Sound proof is an issue you can hear the cleaners in the morning etc. The room was very good comfortable bed and renovated as wel.

Fantastic place especially for children enterntainment and not only !!! The kids club and especially the staff is very friendly and absolutely i was going again !!!

From Mohammad and the reception team, to George at the main bar, Marios, Mina and Mayer at the restaurant to Marina at the pool bar - all of them are friendly welcoming, totally exceptional and genuinely care about the guest experience! The entertainment team are fabulous too with great classes from yoga style stretch to water fitness and activities such as water volleyball to keep everyone happy

This hotel is the reason we will return. Location was perfect- right at the beach, we didn't want Aiya Napa or even in middle of Protaras, somewhere just on outskirts

Marina - Pool bar soooo busy and was always smiling too, really great advice about the Turtles thank you!! Narinder- one of the chefs, I asked for Hoi Sin sauce for the Crispy Duck night, within a few minutes ta da it was there!! I think he made it from scratch as it wasnt out with every other sauce there you could think of

The evening entertainment was amazing too! Their shows were fantastic and upbeat to the point if you love all things performing you would just want to join in with them! They are all so very talented and are absolutely smashing it! Keep being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

Will recommend this place for peace and quite and the money spent was well worth it. Not luxurious but very homely. The best is it’s situated right by Fig Tree Bay beach

Good hotel near Fig Tree Beach - only 3 minutes walk. Got a 2-room apartment with balcony facing the beach. 5 minutes walk to the main street in Protaras. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby

This is a rarity for Protaras 5) they clean the bathroom, room, kitchen surfaces 6) attitude!!!!!! the staff is always ready to solve the problem, even if it is a Russian pensioner without English with daily complaints - they will listen to her, help her and go to the meeting

4) yes, the room has outdated gas stoves and a cooking stove on top; but then - you sleep in silence!! at night there are no companies under the windows, no cars driving, no late-breaking vacationers making noise

We booked the breakfast by the pool every morning and this two was so much food with a wide variety. The chef went out of his way to see we had enough. The pool barmen was especially friendly and helpful

We had a fantastic family holiday at Atlantica Sun Garden Beach this summer! The hotel has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere with stunning sea views and direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were incredibly friendly

Our room was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. The pool areas were great too, not too crowded and very well maintained

We had a great time here at sungarden beach. Soon as we arrive the receptionist notice I was on crutches as injured my knee a week before we came away and I did request a certain room

I stayed at Atlantica Sungarden Beach this summer with my boyfriend, and it was literally amazing! The views were breathtaking, the food was delicious with so many options, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing

I recently stayed at Atlantica Sun Gardens Beach for my holiday, and it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! The location is beautiful, right by the sea with stunning views, and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing

Services are great, for example hotel provides beach towels with daily changing for clean ones

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

Hotel has a lot of sunbeds around pool and near beach free of charge for guests which was a big advantage. We never had a problem finding unoccupied sunbeds

Very nice and clean hotel in front of the best beach and with sun beds with the most perfect views over the beach

A few steps away from the beach and not too off center from interesting sites in ayia napa. You can reach the nearest bus stop within 1 min of walking. All in all it‘s been a more than pleasant stay

Room always put a new bottle of water and some chocolates for us which was pretty nice. The hotel has its own beach and sitting area. I suggest that the hotel will put some music in the hotel area, it's very quiet

Absolutely top hotel - rooms, common places, facilities, pools, gym are excellent. Beautiful garden inside with a few bungalows. The hotel has its own beach (with beach service) which is a big plus

There were guests who hugged him when they saw him, evidently having met him from previous visits! The place attracts great people, making it easy to meet new friends and have a good time

The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk

The hotel is very nice, price and quality is so good. Breakfast and dinner are also great and fresh, for everyone's taste. The view from our room is amazing. See you next year!

The roos service wasn't so good, I asked for shower gel almost every day, and the cleaning was not so good as well

The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the food was also perfect - with a really nice and friendly "pancake guy" Mikola at breakfast who always had a small chat with the guests while preparing fresh and delicious pancakes for them

The beach by the hotel is rocky and not sandy but it was perfect for beach walks at night and beautiful sandy beaches were available within 1-2 kilometres, so it was no problem for us

Overall location is more than ok, but the closest beach is unusable if you are not a young sporty person. The closest "typical" beach is in 20-30 min walk

Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony

The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach

Entertainment very poor, even mini disco for kids a big dissappoiment, the music selection very tasteless for kids (club music)

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing

My only comment would be that if you want a lively hotel this is not the one for you however, a bus stops almost outside the hotel which you can catch for 2€ into Protarus or Ayia Napa

The boathouse is based at the hotel beach and offers a lot more activities for free such as watersports and a glass boat tour where you can see the underwater world

We have vacationed here also last year. Truly overall magnificent experience! Hotel beach, garden, roooms, food, peace and quite. And bonus are the cats!

This hotel is really nice , the food at the pool bar is amazing, the staff are also amazing, big shout out to George at the pool bar, he just goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome, all the staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful, go out of their way make sure everyone is happy with their food, the drinks are also very good, the young boys at the lobby bar are very friendly and always offering...

It would be unfair to pick out any single member of staff as the whole team including those behind the scenes are all magnificent!! The food in the main restaurant is of a very high standard with so much choice & the Meze evenings in the Basilikos Restaurant are not to be missed

They were kind and made us laugh, day after day without fail and made us feel welcome in all the activities. Will definitely be returning again next year

Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach

We've been here 9 times. The staff are always friendly and make us welcome. The food is varied and reasonably good. It's only a 3 star hotel don't expect 4 star food.

The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge

There were never any issues getting sunbeds , so there is no need to get up at the crack of dawn to get one which we have had to do in other hotels in Protaras

Every movement felt purposeful, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely at ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking to truly unwind and reset

We came to look at the hotel last year before booking so we had seen the outside and communal areas which all looked lovely , so we were looking forward to visiting and we were not disappointed

The pool area is for hotel residents only and I saw the staff immediately asking the couple of people who tried to come in and use the pool to leave which was good to see

We stuck to omelettes mainly which were cooked fresh to order and brought to your table. However this is a very small improvement point. This really is a fantastic hotel

All 5s for the fantastic staff at the Penera Beach Hotel. The room service can be daily always treating you to a made bed and clean room

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

The check in and out is stressless and instant, very straight forward, the staff themselves share various roles throughout hotel including the different restaurants and bars

The wedding host, which was part of our reason for our stay, was phenomenal, and people look on as you all head over to the small church on site

Andreas goes absolutely above and beyond in everything that he does and I can honestly say he is part of the reason we came back! He is so positive and definitely an asset to Atlantica! I am a very fussy eater and struggle trying new things, there was only 1 day out of the 14 where I couldn’t eat anything, and Andreas in the restaurant was lovely and asked the chef to cook me chicken and chips because he knew I could eat that

Lovely little cove/beach across the road at Hotel Mimosa. We spent most days at Konnos Bay which is a 10 minute walk away and absolutely beautiful

This was our second time at Atlantica Aqua Blue, we came for 10 days last year and loved it that much that within 5 days of being home we rebooked for 14 nights this year! The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in

We have just returned from ten nights stay at Sunset Pearl and already planning our next trip. Stunning hotel - great location right in the heart of the ***** and on the beach

As most people have mentioned the allocation of sunbeds around the pool is a game changer, takes away all the hassle of being up early etc

First day we were at the children’s pool which was lovely and after that moved to preferred beds at the adults pool. My only very minor critique is the pool could benefit from some background music

We have just returned from an 11 night stay in Sunrise Pearl Hotel in Protaras and have enjoyed our stay there very much. The hotel itself is well maintained and in an excellent position

The hotel is perfectly situated away from any noise, yet still within walking distance of beautiful beaches. The amenities are outstanding, with relaxing pools that are perfect for unwinding

I would like to say that the whole ten days in this resort was absolutely fabulous! The staff, hotel accommodation, cleanliness and food was of an excellent standard and would definitely recommend a holiday here

Sandwich and cold drinks in fridge including water (replenished daily) lager, wine and coffee pods plus instant if you prefer! We had a deluxe sea view room and what a treat to watch the sunrise first thing! Spectacular and worth the extra indulgence for the view alone

I would also like to give a shout out to Anna, the wonderful Yoga/Pilates/aqua aerobics teacher. A fabulous lady who was also very kind. Your customer service was top notch all round and could not be faulted

The allocated sunbed system is great why don’t other hotels do this saves all the stress of rushing down in the morning. Overall a perfect holiday and would return again

I would like to give a mention to the ladies in the restaurant and the chef, who were just lovely, kind and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were catered for anything we wanted

They provide beach towels, but have to change/take them from the spa it opens at 9AM; there the spa lady was inside talking with another hotel staff and had the door closed at 9:10AM and rudely asking me to come in 5 mins

Tip: side sea view rooms are nearer to the street, very little lateral sea view. Sea view rooms are also lateral sea view, but nearer the beach. Front sea view rooms are really 180° facing the sea, but are apartaments

She had just to give me 2 towels. In other day, there was nobody there, had to wait for 15mins. Room towels were old and grey-ish, windows behind the curtains were not clean, and the sound proofing was NOK

Even though the beach is fantastic, area is very noisy, there is a bass very loud from the club nearby ( Bell, I guess ) untill 2AM. The doors of the hotel cannot cancel the noise

This is maybe a municipality issue, but if you want to sleep well, this is area of hotels is not an option. Much better in Fig Tree bay area or at least some 200-300m right/left away from this stupid Bell club

Doors are slamming due to the closure system, for people sensitive to noise, this is not OK. Furniture is also a little outdated

The chap that runs the bar, although there are sometimes queues, these disappear quickly as he is often serving several guests all at the same time. Sunbeds are comfortable, adults only section is lovely

I highly recommend Konnos beach with is easily accessible via a bus, where we saw plenty of sea life whilst snorkelling (including some turtles!)

The minor niggles for me, was the Kabana's had loose screws / nuts and the back fell backwards and popped out on more than one occasion. I went across to the Lifeguard / Pool Bar Man and the response was very ordinary

The restaurant, breakfast is lovely, the young woman who cooks the omelettes always smiling and friendly. Filios, was alwasy walking around checking on guests and also a lovely man who clearly cares as much as Nikos

We stayed here in October 2024. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely. A few niggles here and there with minor issues but the manager, Nikos, is a lovely man who cares hugely about his guests

Lunch, is excellent we only ate there twice but the food and service was exceptional led by Markpos, the restaurant manager, another lovely chap. Dinner, we never ate there so can't really comment

Location of the hotel is perfect! ***** to left, with bars/restaurants and shops galore! To the right of the hotel the beautiful beach. 5 minute walk if you want a variety of boat trips down by the beach

There was no mad dash of a morning for sunbeds and we went down around 8am each morning and always got beds although lots already had towels on them

The food was all freshly cooked and a very good variety, especially evening meals. The pools are beautiful and very clean. We always managed to get sunbeds, even going to the pools after 10 am

Upon arrival which was around 10pm we were checked in quickly by a friendly lady on reception and given directions to our room which was accessed by going outside and into a separate building which was still attached to the main hotel

Our balcony overlooked the road outside which was fine and not to noisy at all apart from a bit of traffic

The room cleaners left the unpleasant impression that they had no desire to work. They just took out the small garbage bags without cleaning the rooms at all and without changing towels, sheets, etc

I have to say thank you for the wonderful time we have had in your hotel. The room was very good and clean/modern. The location is amazing with 100 meters to the beach

Clean, new and AC works very well. Pool is quite small and sunbeds run out early during busy season. All Inclusive was good, same as lunch and dinner for most days

Salads delicious but very simple but hot food average or worse and just the same offering every day No fish in a whole week! Service a strange mix of efficient but a bit harsh We were all inclusive and I asked for two small bottles of water this morning at 9 to be told only from 10:30!!!! They were in a pile behind the bar 3 feet away! As for the location it's good with some excellent beaches...

Such a beautiful and nice hotel, the stuff are super nice especially Petrina, she's just amazing. There's a news owner and it feels so fresh, they really do they best that you'll have a blast of a holiday

Just back from an amazing holiday at Nausicaa. The views from our sea view room were just amazing, the room was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family with a teenager

If you didn't like the location provided the sunbed manager was always happy to assist. The main restaurant and the a la carte restaurant had a great choice of food, always hot and freshly cooked

The sunbeds were allocated on arrival, we had not experienced this before but it was definitely a bonus that you didn't need to get up early in the morning to reserve your sun loungers

Albin and his team worked hard entertaining everyone. Juan sang and played guitar in the evenings he is very talented and we enjoyed listening to him. The location of the hotel is definitely another major plus point

The waiters in there work really hard and are always happy to see you. The entertainment team were all lovely and very friendly, we really enjoyed Michael Jackson and the silent disco

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Chose this hotel for the location been to Protaras plenty of times beach is to the left of the hotel when coming out of reception to the right is the main ***** Upon checkin the receptionist was friendly and helpful offered us 2 rooms one on the ground floor which was much bigger but no view on the balcony and then a smaller room on the 4th floor which we opted the room itself was small but it did...

We loved the beach so spent most days there, I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a see view but the room only got the sun in the morning until 10 am so wouldn’t pay the extra for that room even though it was nice hope this helps everyone

It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day

We have stayed at several other hotels here but Mandali is the best. It is also reasonably priced compared to some of the others. I give the Mandali 5 stars and if anyone finds better please let me know

The rooms were cleaned every day sheets and towels every other day! Outside was swept clean every day! Smallish hotel but fabulous! Food excellent, such a variety, if you didn't find something to your taste you must be fussy? The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful hard workers! We had a sea view which overlooked Fig Tree Bay

Staff will do anything for you. Excellent location for beach and Main Street. 3rd time staying here and will not be my last. You are not treating has a room number your treated has a person

The hotel facilities (pool & pool bar) excellent with no problem getting sunbeds. This is a family run hotel and it stands out a mile the staff are superb and can’t do enough for you

Location is superb, about 100m from Fig Tree Bay, which we have an amazing view of from our room! Family owned hotel, a little smaller than the other hotels but for us that is ideal as it means it is slightly quieter than the bigger hotels

Just back from a wonderful 11 night holiday in the Chrystalla. I am not one who takes to writing reviews but this has to be done. The Chrystalla experience was absolutely fantastic location is fantastic
