An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard) Lovely modern decor and design. Breakfast as expected from a buffet style breakfast

Also, the water was amazing for swimming and snorkeling, however, the beach loungers aren't included in the hotel amenities, we had to pay 7. 5 euros each day for 2 loungers and an umbrella

The pool area was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds and towels. The location is beautiful and close to the beach, with a nice playground and kids’ activities

We stayed at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel in Protaras from October 4–11, 2025, as a group of four families in six rooms. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and we received exactly the rooms we booked. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady

This hotel is the reason we will return. Location was perfect- right at the beach, we didn't want Aiya Napa or even in middle of Protaras, somewhere just on outskirts

From Mohammad and the reception team, to George at the main bar, Marios, Mina and Mayer at the restaurant to Marina at the pool bar - all of them are friendly welcoming, totally exceptional and genuinely care about the guest experience! The entertainment team are fabulous too with great classes from yoga style stretch to water fitness and activities such as water volleyball to keep everyone happy

The evening entertainment was amazing too! Their shows were fantastic and upbeat to the point if you love all things performing you would just want to join in with them! They are all so very talented and are absolutely smashing it! Keep being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

I had a great time in Iliada beach, staff is polite and the beach is amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. 🙌🏻

The hotel has a swimming pool, and after there is a lawn with sun loungers, two more steps and sandy beach. This municipal beach, a chaise longue is 2. 5 euros and the umbrella is the same

Rooms cleaned daily if you hang "do not disturb" then the gloss will not, but will change towels and remove trash. As with any hotel there are rooms with sea views, and side views

Very cozy hotel HV1 (holiday village). Your small beach, small, but quite roomy. Green area, kids club with Russian animators, a pool for kids. There are plenty to choose, although, of course, Spain with its abundance

The restaurant buffet and the plates freshly made are just amazing, and there is a big variety of foods. The waiters are super professional and kind. I also want to mention Sari and Vincent that are amazing entertrainers

The village looks even better than the pictures, and the beach can be reached easily without crossing any car road. The beach is super crouwded durig the weekend, the rest of the week is much much better

Also, the hotel has sunbeds reservation system (when you arrive you get your sunbeds that are reserved for you for the whole stay) - very clever and comfortable approach for the guests

Will recommend this place for peace and quite and the money spent was well worth it. Not luxurious but very homely. The best is it’s situated right by Fig Tree Bay beach

Good hotel near Fig Tree Beach - only 3 minutes walk. Got a 2-room apartment with balcony facing the beach. 5 minutes walk to the main street in Protaras. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby

This is a rarity for Protaras 5) they clean the bathroom, room, kitchen surfaces 6) attitude!!!!!! the staff is always ready to solve the problem, even if it is a Russian pensioner without English with daily complaints - they will listen to her, help her and go to the meeting

4) yes, the room has outdated gas stoves and a cooking stove on top; but then - you sleep in silence!! at night there are no companies under the windows, no cars driving, no late-breaking vacationers making noise

We booked the breakfast by the pool every morning and this two was so much food with a wide variety. The chef went out of his way to see we had enough. The pool barmen was especially friendly and helpful

Worth trying all the 5 different restaurants as they all offer something different. I especially appreciated the quality AC in the bedrooms which ensured a great night's sleep

The sandy beach was part of the complex and the sea clear and easy to swim in

The 2 pools were both very different, one offering lots of space and a good swim up bar, the other was a show pool with bubbles, chairs, jets and lights. Sun loungers were fairly easy to get before 9-10am

Pool side service was not really happening like other resorts manage, but we were happy to go to the nearby bars, where service was always with a smile by staff that were kept busy! The gardens and grass areas were beautifully kept and wonderful views from cabana day beds on the grassed area

We had a fantastic family holiday at Atlantica Sun Garden Beach this summer! The hotel has a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere with stunning sea views and direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were incredibly friendly

Hotel has a lot of sunbeds around pool and near beach free of charge for guests which was a big advantage. We never had a problem finding unoccupied sunbeds

The hotel was in a good place, very near to the city center, but there is no good beach near, the nearest good beach is far, like 25 minutes walk, the Nissi and Landa beaches are far, like 30_50 minutes walk

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby. Our kids were comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food. Pool closes very early at 7 PM

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

Sunbeds are issued to you with fitted towels on your arrival and they are yours for the stay. Which means not having to get up early to put towels on. You can change position if you not happy with your initial choice

The Chefs were polite and so helpful and friendly and, in particular in the Restaurant, Charlotte and Rangel were excellent and always went the extra mile to accommodate any requirements as were all the Restaurant Staff who all worked tirelessly hard with a smile

The shower is powerful and hot! And the shampoo and shower gel bottles are a decent quality so don't stress of you forget yours! The hairdryers are decent, so again, no need to pack! Towels for the pool can be hired so no need to bring your own either! Negatives

Just returned from a family holiday we stayed 12 nights. The kids loved the water park. the staff are amazing a big shout out to Vanessa Pete and all the bar staff who go above and beyond Vanessa works her socks off

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations. We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay. Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day. We arrived to a afruit platter and wine

We go into Pernera 20 minute walk on the front to Issaks where 2sunbeds and parasol 6euros for the day and if you want the beach there is one there

Best tip for Hotel, top floor balcony is too hot to use when sun is shining (if thats only issue I can survive) no need to hire sunbeds on beach as hotel is close enough to beach to have a dip in sea and stroll back to Pool Area, Special Mention to Khan in Pool Bar as extremely helpful even when asking for stronger coffee, This was always met with generous smile, Well done I hope to see you when...

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet

The variety of different food, except for breakfast was the same, but in my opinion it's not a big minus. Air conditioners are working, smiling bartender, and staff

Food great on the all inclusive package. Hotel needs to be upgraded as it is showing it's age - but it's ideally located in the centre and has easy access to the strip for bars and it's a short walk to the beach

We've been here 9 times. The staff are always friendly and make us welcome. The food is varied and reasonably good. It's only a 3 star hotel don't expect 4 star food.

The King Jason Protaras is simply amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome

Chose this hotel for the location been to Protaras plenty of times beach is to the left of the hotel when coming out of reception to the right is the main ***** Upon checkin the receptionist was friendly and helpful offered us 2 rooms one on the ground floor which was much bigger but no view on the balcony and then a smaller room on the 4th floor which we opted the room itself was small but it did...

We loved the beach so spent most days there, I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a see view but the room only got the sun in the morning until 10 am so wouldn’t pay the extra for that room even though it was nice hope this helps everyone

Another fabulas holiday at the Mandali hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. We are pleased to say we were not disappointed to be back. Excellent location for beach, restaurants, shopping, and walking along the boardwalk

Lovely hotel right beside beach and nightlife. Very clean hotel rooms cleaned daily, food nice and staff lovely

It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day

I am a fussy eater, but I never failed to enjoy the food presented at lunch and dinner - a good choice of meats and salads (Visitors in some of the 'inland view' rooms get a good view of the nearby 'dancing waters' show, which is just behind the hotel !) This is my 18th visit to Cyprus, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mandali and will very likely stay here again soon

Overall service is fabulous in a beautiful quiet area of Protaras. Just a slow 15-20 minute stroll to fig tree bay. No sunbed wars, as you have your own throughout your stay. Excellent food quality and choice

I would like to say that the whole ten days in this resort was absolutely fabulous! The staff, hotel accommodation, cleanliness and food was of an excellent standard and would definitely recommend a holiday here

I would like to give a mention to the ladies in the restaurant and the chef, who were just lovely, kind and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were catered for anything we wanted

I would also like to give a shout out to Anna, the wonderful Yoga/Pilates/aqua aerobics teacher. A fabulous lady who was also very kind. Your customer service was top notch all round and could not be faulted

The allocated sunbed system is great why don’t other hotels do this saves all the stress of rushing down in the morning. Overall a perfect holiday and would return again

I believe it stems from having good management, which you obviously have by looking after your staff so well! I will be back! Thank you to the whole team, you are all amazing!

Andreas goes absolutely above and beyond in everything that he does and I can honestly say he is part of the reason we came back! He is so positive and definitely an asset to Atlantica! The pool side bar that does chicken gyros, cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets etc was delicious also! The bar staff are all so nice

I am a very fussy eater and struggle trying new things, there was only 1 day out of the 14 where I couldn’t eat anything, and Andreas in the restaurant was lovely and asked the chef to cook me chicken and chips because he knew I could eat that

There was the choice between being by the pool and pool bar or being close to the sea and peacefulness (which is what i chose). The beach was very nearby and the sea was beautiful and calm

This was our second time at Atlantica Aqua Blue, we came for 10 days last year and loved it that much that within 5 days of being home we rebooked for 14 nights this year! The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in

Restaurant staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. The Managers are both lovely and accommodating. The food was a good variety each night. There is a small beach about 2 mins away which is a nice break

Plenty of sunbeds not crowded at all you can get a bed anytime no sunbed wars. Good location too plenty of parking for guests. Beach is beautiful as are the grounds

we had a wonderful holiday at the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel with all the family 16 of us altogether including a six week old baby

The staff were a credit to the hotel all were friendly and very helpful we would highly recommend this hotel as a holiday destination,with a very nice beach within a few minutes walk

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Thought through disabled access with ramp walkways spills cleared up immediately. A great feature was the donated pool toys so parents don’t need to purchase floaters rings etc and thinking about the environment

Had the greatest time in Odessa Beach hotel! The staff is super kind and helpful, special thanks to chef Andreas! The food is super delicious and has a lot of options for you to chose what you prefer the most

The staff are 1st class the manager Chris upgraded sunbeds on the 2 days before we left after asking him if he do something and he was good to his word . A great holiday all round nice hotel

There is everything you need within the hotel and close enough to all the amenities and the beach, so something for everyone and I would definitely recommend this hotel

We are just finishing our 2 week holiday and have had a great time, well looked after by the staff, in particular Koulla who made us very welcome and David/Michael who are head waiters within the restaurants, both looking after our needs

Excellent quality! Many different dishes for lunch and in the evening. There are always fresh fruits and many different sweets! I really liked the food. The hotel has two animators who do an excellent job of entertaining

Food was excellent plenty of choice even with allergies, the chef made me my own pizza with non dairy cheese and gyros without the tzatziki but everything is clearly marked with allergens which is great

All the bar and waiting staff were amazing especially Ahmed, Yasser, Soliman, Disha and Daniela they were all so attentive. The only thing that could make it better is to have snacks available after 21

Daytime activities were great and the pools were lovely and warm having loungers allocated at the beginning for our whole stay was perfect with the snack bar close by for a quick burger and fries

The Ever After show was just brilliant we would have loved to see Filipe as Olaf as he made an awesome Sebastian and Aladdin and Maya was born to be a Disney princess

Every evening was finished off in the pool bar listening to the exceptional Juan and his guitar, what a musician he is and such a range in musical genres

The evening entertainment was fantastic from quizzes to shows and outside acts, Krissy the rock singer was awesome and the Cypriot act was Opa
