Sunrise Jade - Adults Only Hotel

I would like to say that the whole ten days in this resort was absolutely fabulous! The staff, hotel accommodation, cleanliness and food was of an excellent standard and would definitely recommend a holiday here. I would like to give a mention to the ladies in the restaurant and the chef, who were just lovely, kind and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were catered for anything we wanted. I would also like to give a shout out to Anna, the wonderful Yoga/Pilates/aqua aerobics teacher. A fabulous lady who was also very kind. Your customer service was top notch all round and could not be faulted. I believe it stems from having good management, which you obviously have by looking after your staff so well! I will be back! Thank you to the whole team, you are all amazing!

We leave tomorrow after 8 nights at this amazing hotel. The thing that stands out most to other hotels we’ve stayed is the staff. Everybody is so friendly and happy. The hotel itself is spotless everywhere big shout out to the cleaning team. We were a bit worried being outside town but is a pleasant walk along the front at night if you fancy Protaras *****. The food was top notch and you’re never going to struggle for something to eat. There’s something for every taste. The allocated sunbed system is great why don’t other hotels do this saves all the stress of rushing down in the morning. Overall a perfect holiday and would return again.

Great hotel, comfortable bed, delicious food for breakfast and dinner. The sea is stunningly colored, clean water. For adults, a great place.

We stayed for a week in April. The hotel is spotless, staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast and buffet have good choices and the hotel catered really well for my dairy free daughter. The hotel is in a quiet position with beautiful sea views from the pool. We stayed in a non sea view room and benefited from the sun on the balcony in the afternoon. Having allocated sun beds works very well. My only gripe is the fact that we were only allowed 1 beach towel each day, which when it’s cloudy isn’t great because the towel doesn’t dry.

This hotel could not be faulted - clean, spacious, attentive staff, good food - I cannot wait to return! If you are making a choice where to stay, choose here, you will not be disappointed. Superb hotel with second to none service.. probably the best service we have received in the many hotels we have stayed in abroad, However the one thing that does let it down.. is the consistently lukewarm food served from the hot buffet.I think this is because the food is served from large metal containers sat in a Bain Marie style set up, with sliding lids to open them. Because the customers are continually opening and shutting the lids to access the food.. this acts like a fan cooling the food very quickly. It would be better if the hot food could be served buffet style under heated lamps to keep it hot. The salad bar is nice but it would be lovely to have extra choices,as it is somewhat limited.Some customers actually prefer to have a salad as their main meal instead of hot food sometimes. The desserts on the other hand are very tasty and delicious.

What a lovely gem of a hotel situated just beyond Fig Tree Bay. We travelled with friends on April 13th and arrived just before midnight that evening, still greeted with a welcome drink and cases taken to our room with a mini guide of how to work touch button panel. Sandwich and cold drinks in fridge including water (replenished daily) lager, wine and coffee pods plus instant if you prefer! We had a deluxe sea view room and what a treat to watch the sunrise first thing! Spectacular and worth the extra indulgence for the view alone. All staff were accommodating from reception to dining and also the in-house bar staff who all worked tirelessly daily to ensure our stay was memorable. Four extra choices of restaurants, two on site, Asian (level one) and American diner style (next door). The Greek restaurant and steak house just a wander distance into the town *****. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there was plenty of choice from salad and fruits, to a roast, pasta many other dishes to please your appetite. Sun-beds (choose your area and they're yours for the time you're there) and towels available daily! There's no getting up at stupid o clock to make sure you have a pool or grass area position. We had such a great time that we've rebooked again for April next year, & cannot recommend this hotel enough if you fancy a quiet area for walks and a ten minute walk for central town if you want a night out! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday! The hotel is immaculately kept, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for a short relaxing break where you can just switch off! Also got treatments in the spa and they were amazing!

We are already the second time within one year here in this Hotel. One of the best we have ever been. The service, food and pool area are awesome! Thanks to the friendly receptionist Natalie for making every wish true. See you next time, for sure :)
