Lovely hotel in a great location, and food was excellent. The Staff are very nice and friendly too. Trying to find a suitable sunbed was more challenging as you booked that for the length of the holiday!

The hotel is right on the beach & situated in the heart of the resort. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful & polite. Always willing to help as much as they can. Food is great, and service is of a high standard

Good range of dining options, we went to the Italian, South East Asian and American style restaurants during this stay. Breakfast was OK, not the best I've had, both in terms of choice and quality

The most perfect venue for our wedding day. We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff

Especially ANCA which was our wedding organiser for the hotel. ANCA went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the most amazing day! Many thank you to all staff

Family room contained bunk beds which were much better than the usual converted sofa bed the children are required to sleep on

The swimming pool is very nice, The water in the beach area is super clean. The hotel also has several restaurants and a spa. All in all it's a nice place and I would come again

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

Totally recommend this hotel, we were offered a free room upgrade to an apartment which was really big, the food was very good at the main restaurant and they also have another 4 restaurants in the resort, they have a lot of places for children, a swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and the local beach is right downstairs of the hotel

Great place to take your family with kids for vacation! So close to beautiful beaches, to include one just for the hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience with great food and a nice pool

The hotel and the place are very good for family holidays. The surroundings are not too much inviting you leave the beach, pools and luy on the sun doing nothing

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

Excellent hotel with an astonishing view! Konnos beach which is sited below the hotel is probably the best beach in the island. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. There is a small kids friendly pool

They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting

We stayed there for a wedding. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely with a wide variety of choice and they catered for people with dietary requirements. I would definitely go back

As a result, everyone starts claiming sunbeds as early as 7 AM, leaving them unoccupied for most of the day

Just had a week here with my grandkids second time here couldn't fault it. Staff very nice and friendly food was a good mixture (including kids food) the bay is good for snorkeling for adults and kids

Such a lovely hotel , the food is amazing usually we don't enjoy all inclusive due to the repeated food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful Love this place absolutely gutted going home tomorrow

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

The check in and out is stressless and instant, very straight forward, the staff themselves share various roles throughout hotel including the different restaurants and bars

The wedding host, which was part of our reason for our stay, was phenomenal, and people look on as you all head over to the small church on site

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

The variety of different food, except for breakfast was the same, but in my opinion it's not a big minus. Air conditioners are working, smiling bartender, and staff

Staff were lovely and the pool was lovely and warm. Let down by the pool bar not serving food, which seemed to be a surprise to the ticket office

In general, the rest was great, I recommend everyone for a family vacation

The pools and slides were also very good,nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good

! Housekeeping is worthless as they did not even change our sheets and towels for 5 days that we stayed there , also did not change our 2 used glass and the carpet of all the hotel was dirty as hell

The pools were very clean, the beach and the loungers were great. The loungers on the beach were numbered and reserved with a name, so there was no need to reserve with a towel. I can only recommend the hotel!

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Must be the finest in Protaras. Kids club go above and beyond, pool area exceptional, food very good, staff so pleasant, location great

However, despite using the spa facilities, we were not allowed to access or even pass by the pool because we weren't hotel residents

The restaurants on the strip that you can go to if half board are excellent with no restrictions on what you can get from the menu. This hotels management has everything right. Thank you Sunrise pearl (and Vera)

She is kind and caring and helped me out on a couple of occasions for which I am thankful. I am just finishing a week stay at the sunrise pearl with my family. The hotel is full but does not feel overcrowded

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean (parents room cleaned every day, ours every other day although we had to ask for the towels to be changed). Pool nicely maintained and cleaned

Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids

Desserts are beautifully presented and tasty and have destroyed my waistline. They also have little jelly pots for the kids. Burgers can be ordered throughout the day from the pool bar if you must have bland food

The pool is nice, not overly deep which is good for the kids

The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere there simply beautiful!! Its also a very clean hotel and has all the required facilities and the food is excellent as well! Just Loved it and i will visit it again for sure!!

Just an absolutely perfect stay. The location, service and food was all perfect. Every need was catered for and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I've ever had

The breakfast options exceeded our expectations and there was plenty to choose from. Staff were always friendly and our room was cleaned spotless everyday. We had a great stay and would definitely be returning back

Fantastic hotel, extremely peaceful. Amazing pools and only a stone throw away from a fantastic little bay with säa small beach. (rooms are fantastic, next time will definitely get the swim up room)

Amazing stay in a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room. We didn’t have a sea view but this didn’t matter. The room was excellent and spacious

The pool was lovely and it was good to be allocated sun beds for the duration of the stay. There was also activities hosted by the staff in the pool and yoga which was decent

Returned from here 1 week ago, and whilst I was a little disappointed, mainly in the room itself and the Buffet restaurant, I wanted to give this review as there's so many other really great plus points I can give

This hotel is the absolute best. The staff, the food,the rooms , the location, the pool and the general ambience is just perfect. Went back for a second time this year and will definitely be booking for next year

Shout out to Anastasia, the manager - great leader and service and Constantina at the Pool Bar. Shout to Utsev in the main bar, great service. Overall the service was definitely 5* Food 4* Hotel 4* Cleanliness 5*

Food has been extremely tasty, with plenty avaliable for all diets, there is plenty to choose from, there are vegetarian dishes and all allergy information is clear (not sure on Vegan due to not looking, to be honest) Wait staff have been amazing friendly, chatty without being intrusive, more than happy to help, big shout out to all at the pool bar staff, all exceptionally professional

Everything was wonderful, starting with ladies of the reception which welcomed us and continuing with the personal from the kitchen who served us the meal, from the pool bar and the rest

Short weekend break while we're in Cyprus. End of the season, so fairly quiet. Pool area with swim up bar, grassed area with plenty of sunbeds

There was the choice between being by the pool and pool bar or being close to the sea and peacefulness (which is what i chose). The beach was very nearby and the sea was beautiful and calm

(Including the hote) Can't comment on the hotel restaurant as we were B & B, but plenty of choice for breakfast. Bar drinks reasonably priced. We upgraded to a room with a veranda, sunbeds and a hot tub

Brilliant hotel - rooms clean and comfortable. Food quality really good and drinks top notch thanks to the bar staff team here, especially at the main bar to two old boys there are a credit to themselves and the hotel

The chefs and support team including King Mutombo, Caleb , Jonathan, Batgirl ( you know who you are), the great Liberian Thierry and all the restaurant staff I missed who all were unbelievable

I have stayed at many hotels worldwide that are 5 and 6 star and they do not compare. The staff are amazing and all have the same positive attitude needed to create a great place to stay

There was plenty of room inside and out to sit in the restaurant even when it was busy. The pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers. There weren't any problems getting a lounger or parasol

First of all a massive thank you to Front of House. The welcome could not be warmer and after a long journey, that is all you need. Petrana in House Keeping was exceptional

Professional, warm, kind and our room was like coming home every day. We have been going to the Evalena even before it was refurbished and the location cannot be beaten

In fact the whole hotel was very well maintained and kept clean. Only minor issue was that the room towels were a little 'old' with frayed edges

The service at the Evalena restaurant at the front near the beach needs to be looked at in terms of service as we ate there once and would never go back due to the service (or lack of it)

Such a contrast to the inside of the hotel and the service we receieved there. We will be back next year as always and thank you for a wonderful stay

They provide beach towels, but have to change/take them from the spa it opens at 9AM; there the spa lady was inside talking with another hotel staff and had the door closed at 9:10AM and rudely asking me to come in 5 mins

She had just to give me 2 towels. In other day, there was nobody there, had to wait for 15mins. Room towels were old and grey-ish, windows behind the curtains were not clean, and the sound proofing was NOK

The location was ideal so it was easy to explore the city, both breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of options. The staff was wonderful, especially Mr. Aris, who is always in a good mood, very funny and helpful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, we will definitely return next year. From the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully decorated rooms, every detail was perfect

Tip: side sea view rooms are nearer to the street, very little lateral sea view. Sea view rooms are also lateral sea view, but nearer the beach. Front sea view rooms are really 180° facing the sea, but are apartaments

This is maybe a municipality issue, but if you want to sleep well, this is area of hotels is not an option. Much better in Fig Tree bay area or at least some 200-300m right/left away from this stupid Bell club

Where the kids swimming pool was one plastic drain was missing a kids leg was jammed in the other day, not something serious but it could. Well food is medium quality, breakfast was OK and hotel's location is OK

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Great stay, very welcoming & most helpful, loads of choices menu wise. Rooms well laid out, kettle, fridge, brew makinds too. Daily cleaning well done, towels etc changed

We were worried after reading some of the reviews, yes, it needed some updating, but the room was clean, roomy, we had a nice Outlook from the balcony. Food was great, and the breakfast was fantastic.

At the restaurant (opposite the pool but indoors) the manager or employee of the restaurant was shouting this lady at 09:45 to CLOSE the crepe/omelette station while is was 6 people standing in front of her waiting to be served

(3 meters away everyone is naked in the pool) If such rules apply they must add on a poster before entering the restaurant. Food was alright The people at the reception are super friendly and helpful

The hotel is half dated and half has had a revamp. The poolside is dirty and very rarely cleaned properly saying that both pools are in good condition. It is in a fantastic position close to the beach and the strip

Indoor pool wasn't open, and the outdoor pool was freezing. But it was early October, so I suppose its to be expected. Food was OK, staff were friendly, room cleaners were so helpful as we had disabled parents with us

We've been here 9 times. The staff are always friendly and make us welcome. The food is varied and reasonably good. It's only a 3 star hotel don't expect 4 star food.

The hotel was very adequate for a 3* hotel with a perfect location. Rooms, particularly bathrooms could do with a bit of an update, but clean! Staff very helpful, especially George, top man

It was everything we hoped it was for celebrating a special birthday with a large group of family and friends. The chef even made a huge chocolate cake at no extra charge

Food was your typical all inclusive selection. Would definately return to this hotel

Drinks for the three of us cost an average of 20 euros for dinner, plus about 66 euros for food, for a total of 86 euros for a dinner with a limited choice of products and often with the same menu) In local taverns we left 65-80 euros with drinks and could choose whatever we wanted (and the choice in local taverns is actually amazing)

Towels are changed, the bed is made. It’s very dusty, a lot of debris remains on the floor and the mirrors and glass are absolutely dirty. I can say the following about the beach

We bought a ticket from TUI and the description indicated only sand (this was the main criterion for us when choosing a hotel), in fact the entrance to the sea turned out to be very rocky, which caused great inconvenience

S But if you are in these places, I recommend buying an absolutely amazing excursion to a donkey farm, where we spent an unforgettable authentic evening with national cuisine, wine, cheese, donkeys and dancing

The view is truly beautiful, the balcony has its own sun loungers, which is very convenient, the room is larger than in many other hotels. The reception will always help and advise, very responsive staff

Of course, some drinks are included in the all-inclusive price. I don’t understand why, having paid for breakfast and dinner, my family couldn’t even get free water or tea for dessert for dinner
