Standort: The hotel has a great surroundings. Near good spot for swimming, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bus stop

Dinner: The buffet was good for me, but of course sometimes you get food that you don't like and that's normal. My favorite one was the roasted beef and roasted lamb, and the salad bar was fantastic

The most perfect venue for our wedding day. We spent 10 days here for our wedding and absolutely loved it. Hotel is perfectly clean and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff

Especially ANCA which was our wedding organiser for the hotel. ANCA went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the most amazing day! Many thank you to all staff

The bed mattress was so soft so if you have back problem, you might want to ask the reception for a hard one. Note: The door frame of the room is not constructed well enough to hear the people from the corridor

If you are coming from Germany, bring your own plug adaptor. Service: The people working there are very nice and helpful. The head of the service crew where the buffet is, could be friendly a bit

Narcissos hotel is an amazing hotel especially for families with children. The waterpark is so exciting both for the adults and the kids

The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere there simply beautiful!! Its also a very clean hotel and has all the required facilities and the food is excellent as well! Just Loved it and i will visit it again for sure!!

Very pleasantly surprised at the price it was. Some people have moaned about distance to the town etc. No intention of leaving the resort. People can't do enough for you. Beds comfy, room nice and spacious

No English telly, would be nice to have some BBC news or something

Desserts are beautifully presented and tasty and have destroyed my waistline. They also have little jelly pots for the kids. Burgers can be ordered throughout the day from the pool bar if you must have bland food

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid

Excellent hotel with an astonishing view! Konnos beach which is sited below the hotel is probably the best beach in the island. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. There is a small kids friendly pool

The best location, beautiful beach 50m away! Of course you can find if you look some others small things you don't like in the hotel, But overall it's to my opinion the best hotel in Cyprus

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms, but we spent the day there, had lunch at Koi, and enjoyed the public beach. The food was exceptionally good and fairly priced

Very good hotel, maid service is amazing. Drinks are very nice and WiFi is fast. More then enough for kids and an adult only area with a pool

First family holiday here and it was amazing. The staff are fantastic so helpful and understanding with every situation. Very family friendly hotel as well. Rooms were good size and pool/sea view is fantastic

Just had a week here with my grandkids second time here couldn't fault it. Staff very nice and friendly food was a good mixture (including kids food) the bay is good for snorkeling for adults and kids

The hotel is excellent, although it was built a long time ago. The beach is perfect, the sand is clean, two minutes from the main building. The food also pleased with its variety

Food was not very good and the only a la carte restaurant was slow and was closed for half of the time we stayed at. I recommend going out for food options

As you walk in, you are greeted by super friendly and helpful staff and it was like that throughout our stay, the facilities are amazing, except the gym, the gym is very, very dated and the machine selection is odd and they are very old looking with rust

The waiters in the restaurant are very sweet and really go out of their way to give you a good experience. The food is nice and there’s plenty to choose from, most people can find something they like I think

Food was the best we have had in a half board service and were so many options and themed nights for food. Couple of nights didn’t take our fancy but a quick drive into Ayia napa or Protaras was simple to go out to eat

You guys were absolutely AMAZING, always smiling, great customer service and generally just wonderful people. But there is 1 special THANKYOU to georgi the waiter(uncle george🥹) who made our holiday as good as it was

So people brought their children to the gym which obviously is not a good idea

The hotel restaurant has a different food theme every night such as international, Mexican, Italian, Cypriot etc and there was a wide selection of non vegan food on offer with everything clearly labelled for anyone with dietary needs or allergies)

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Such a lovely hotel , the food is amazing usually we don't enjoy all inclusive due to the repeated food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful Love this place absolutely gutted going home tomorrow

The restaurants are allergy friendly and cater for your needs as best as possible, we stayed with someone with dairy allergies and he had a different, unique dessert every night, as he's young and has difficulties, they provided very well

Only been here 4 days so far from 14 great start to holiday. Hotel is clean and the food in the normal restaurants has been good. The Asian restaurant was amazing food, really good

Food better standards than most all inclusive hotels, plenty to choose from. Nice location with lovely promenade. Service first class not intrusive but at the same time they could not do enough for you

Genuinely a lovely friendly clean hotel! Food was just lovely and so much choice, especially if you don't eat everything that's on offer the first night, although they do change the food

The check in and out is stressless and instant, very straight forward, the staff themselves share various roles throughout hotel including the different restaurants and bars

We enjoyed some excellent spa treatments, and the staff was very polite and professional

We had a great week-long stay at Sunrise Pearl and did enjoy the hotel in all aspects. The food was great, the service was on top with small extras including fruit at poolside, cold towels, friendly staff and live music

She is kind and caring and helped me out on a couple of occasions for which I am thankful. I am just finishing a week stay at the sunrise pearl with my family. The hotel is full but does not feel overcrowded

The restaurants on the strip that you can go to if half board are excellent with no restrictions on what you can get from the menu. This hotels management has everything right. Thank you Sunrise pearl (and Vera)

Our room was perfect for our family, including our 6-month-old baby. The hotel provided a comfortable crib, and small details like the evening chocolates were delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable

The hotel is new, the staff is top class, everyone has a uniform, even the cleaning ladies are all in clean dresses🙃 The pools are both large and clean, the breakfasts are very varied (salmon, greens, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, cheeses of all kinds, a lot of fruit (Pineapple is delicious) , the coffee is excellent

Just an absolutely perfect stay. The location, service and food was all perfect. Every need was catered for and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I've ever had

The only small change I would make is to have water available in the gym as it is a health requirement

Amazing stay in a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room. We didn’t have a sea view but this didn’t matter. The room was excellent and spacious

The pool was lovely and it was good to be allocated sun beds for the duration of the stay. There was also activities hosted by the staff in the pool and yoga which was decent

All round a great stay and we'd deffo return One small thing is we think the waiting staff, especially in the mornings and for lunch would appreciate a more suitable uniform, they have them up in trousers and long sleeve shirts and it's just way too hot for them

A nice hotel with well equipped rooms, beautiful colorful garden, clean sea full of fish, a fantastic selection of delicious food and drinks, fitness, tennis court, massage and spa

The beach is public, but the hotel has plenty of sunbeds located close by. For cat lovers - Cyprus in general is the place with more cats than people, which caught us by surprise

Very beautiful and child friendly. When they have singers at the hotel there is ALWAYS child events like clowns and dancing. A MUST go to lovely my cousin had her wedding there

We loved Cavo Maris and will come back. Beach, fitness, and tennis courts are within a short distance. We loved that our room could accommodate all 4 of us with kids. Open buffet food, with many option, is delicious

Only one big complaint for housekeeping department ,floor so dirty with rubbish and all bathroom with hair for previous gest, everywhere!!!! Disaster. This is the biggest complaint and only for housekeeping

So friendly and helpful, really went out of his way (I think his name was Panayiotis. ) The staff generally have been really helpful with everything and nothing is too much trouble

It is impeccably clean and comfortable, the food is lovely and the service from George and all of his staff was excellent once again. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable everyone

The service at the Evalena restaurant at the front near the beach needs to be looked at in terms of service as we ate there once and would never go back due to the service (or lack of it)

Good sized rooms fitted to a reasonable standard. A bigger TV would probably have suited the room better given its size but overall clean and tidy. Cleaning was daily and to a good standard

This is a 5 start Hotel and my only negative is some of the male hospitality staff were a little surly and sometimes rude (also noted by other customers)

Such a contrast to the inside of the hotel and the service we receieved there. We will be back next year as always and thank you for a wonderful stay

The beach was really close (one minute walk from the hotel's pool to the beach) and it was like a small gulf where you could also enjoy some snorkeling

The people who prepare and arrange the food including the waiters are Amazing. The cleaners (Muhammad and the laidie from Bulgaria) amazing people

The animation team have been the absolute highlight of the holiday, all service from all staff has been amazing but the animation team went above and beyond especially considering it’s the end of the season

Nice little town with excellent bus service to nearby attractions - €1. We went end September/early October and sunny with temperature 30 each day

The view is truly beautiful, the balcony has its own sun loungers, which is very convenient, the room is larger than in many other hotels. The reception will always help and advise, very responsive staff

The location of the hotel is excellent, a few meters from the beach (you don’t have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, since the hotel sun loungers are a few meters from the sea). We took a room with a sea view

The food was amazing with plenty of choices, the staff really kind and helpful. The rooms clean with amazing views. 2,3 minutes walk from town were you have plenty to see and do

To start i want to complain about 5 stars. To bad that google doesn't have 10 stars, because 5 is not enough for Vrissaki Beach Hotel. We spend an amazing time here

All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Their food is fresh and delicious and I'd particularly recommend their frozen lemon margarita cocktail. I can't wait to go back for my next holiday

This is the best hotel in Protaras by far. The girls at the reception were very welcoming and kind, we received a free upgrade from the partial sea view to the junior suite. The rooms are modern, elegant and spacious

Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever visited! The cleanliness is outstanding, the quality of service is top-notch, and the peaceful atmosphere is just perfect

Last but not least,the beach restaurant with tasteful food and especially the dinner menu is the best

The room was beautiful and comfortable💤 The only issue with this hotel, is not the hotel itself but its neighbours, all around you can find family-all-inclusive kind of hotels with a lot of noise, I was staying during end of September and gladly the huge speakers were muted around 23:00, but that’s how Protaras in general is

amazing experience here. super helpful and friendly staff, daily room cleaning and a great all inclusive experience. corridor carpets are in need of a good refurbishment and a loud AC unit in our room. beds super comfy!

Although the cleaners did not clean well enough, I can say that it was moderately normal. The children's area (pool, water park) was amazing, the beach is a 5-minute walk away

Yes,the hotel needs renovation and probably more cleaning but everything apart from that was very good. Most of the stuff were very helpful and kind, never experienced such kind staff before

Room was comfy, had a view of the ocean from the balcony. Mainly went for the weather and the waterpark, both were fantastic. It was good, not culinary masterpieces, but always found something to our liking

The pools and slides were also very good,nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good

Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet

Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests

Excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and comfortable rooms. Beautiful beaches that are within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, comfortable room with a good size balcony. Hotel seemed quite new, but already showing wear and tear

( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday

Most notable mention is the bartender that works in the bar in the lobby called Makis, best bartender we’ve ever had very funny makes great drinks and very good to chat to

Only issue we had was that the cleaners weren’t the best. Through they didn’t change the bedding once which was very strange. Other than that the staff are all very nice and also very helpful

We were here during the Euros final and they don’t usually put the tv on for football but they were very accommodating and tried there best to get it up which they eventually did

The rooms need renovation and some parts of the hotel also need renovation. Missing children's corner in the hotel. I can imagine changing the travel office room into a children's playroom (just a suggestion)

Super location which literally backs onto the beach. Breakfast is lovely and staff are very quick to fulfil any requests you have (extra pillows/towels)

The only other thing was that the sunbeds get limited sun throughout the day, perhaps it's the time of year but the shade appears very quickly so you constantly have to move around to stay in the sun

What a lovely hotel! We had the most relaxing stay and we definitely needed! From the moment we arrived until the day we left - we felt welcomed and treated so kindly! A lovely stay here and worth the money. Food was superb, not too many options which sometimes means a sacrifice of quality. The service was impeccable, from the bar staff to the chefs

The food and drinks were also incredible. We had an all-inclusive package and it was such good value for money. On top of free alcohol, they had delicious smoothies, milk shakes, coffees and juices

Every aspect of our stay was perfect - the hotel was beautifully clean and the staff were incredible and friendly. Our room was a side sea view but had a great view of the sea

Cavo Zoe was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, and impeccably designed. It has 3 pool areas to lounge at and you can walk right onto the beach from the hotel grounds

Our stay has been wonderful, the level of service from ALL the staff at this hotel has been truly exceptional, special mentions must go to the pool guys who work day and night looking after all the guests superbly, the ladies at breakfast serving everyone with a smile nothing is too much trouble

We experienced a lovely place for adults, beautiful sea view, peace and quiet, attentive smiling personnel even at end of season, a very helpful front desk and a manager making sure you are taken care of

The food is excellent, and they cater well for vegetarians too

The hotel Manager is always in and around the property talking to guests and genuinely showing a duty of care at all times
