Great location, very quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Good variety breakfast (in the US they give you muffin + paraffin apple for much higher price). And affordable cost. Attentive personnel.
The only problem I had was the mattress, it had sagged and I felt I didn’t have a good sleep. Otherwise I’d highly recommend it

I liked the good night sweets in the room. It was facing a backyard and was therefore very quiet. Both check-in and checkout went quickly and smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful

I had a great stay at this hotel - quick check in, nice large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Good location with lots nearby. The only suggestion would be to include some complimentary still water in the room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful! There were some nice restaurants nearby the hotel. The shower room is transparent glass without curtain so it may not be suitable for all kinds of people
Cleaning and towels change daily 👌🏼. great! The spot in middle of Ku'dam good public transport. And Bolt / Uber for taxi is very good to travel in Berlin. I would recommend this hotel to friends
The only downside is that they stopped water supply for one night (luckily it didn’t impact us that much but we had to rush home to shower which was inconvenient). Otherwise the stay would be perfect

Room and hotel renovated and clean. Just a few metres walk to bus station and U-Bahn. Excellent breakfast included with a waffle maker that sealed the deal for my daughter :). Easy and quick check-in/ check-out

The room was really clean and cozy. Really good for couples. Good views from the room. The receptionists weren't as kind as I expected. Central to the main attractions. REWE is next to the hotel.
Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. Good location with a supermarket right downstairs, easy to get fruit etc. House keeping is not great unfortunately.
Excellent breakfast - service, quality and quantity. Smooth and efficient check-in, they let us check in early without any fuss. Room was on the small side but functional

I loved my stay at the Pestana Berlin. The area was so nice and clean. The park in close proximity was great for walks and relaxing, and you're not too far away from some of the more important attractions in the city.
One of the best things is its location. Centrally located, a stone's throw away from the Gedächtniskirche, but still in very quiet surroundings, nestled between a quiet neighborhood, in Berlin terms and the Tiergarten
Very nice hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good, staff are very attentive and friendly, ready to help when requested. I was in and used the fitness room, swimming pool and sauna
They are all very small, so it's a problem if there are more than 6/7 people at once, other than that, they are ok. The sauna and steam bath have working hours but I think you can request them to work off schedule

Fabulous hotel, clean with excellent facilities and very nice staff. Could not recommend it any higher for a great place to stay in Berlin.
Good enough (location, room, facilities). The only thing I didn’t like is that you need to ask reception before 10.30 to clean your room.
The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good

Good location as it's a short walk from Kreuzberg, Karl Marx Allee and, obviously, the station. The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent shower and bathroom as well as as a comfortable bed
Mini-bar, but no coffee making facilities. The hotel bar is nice and welcoming and not expensive. I found that it was a good base for exploring the city. There are bars and takeaways nearby, too
Not a bad hotel, however interior of the rooms is bit worn out and there's no air conditioning in the rooms. I was fine but if it would have been summer and 30+ C out there. would have been definitely an issue
From the positive side all the reception and cleaning staff were most polite and helpful during my 5 day stay I had not a single bad encounter with anyone (seen different opinions so just writing it down)
I'd stay here again and it is suitable for business and pleasure trips
Pillows were bit flat but it's pretty common for the hotels I suppose

We ended up having to wait a while to get someone's attention to get us coffee and order eggs. We would have much preferred self service so weren't having to rely on staff, who were definitely doing their best
The area definitely felt safe to walk around and was close to public transport. They have a gym, which was small but good enough for a cardio workout

The hotel seems to be a little old but it is clean and modern inside. The room is a little small but still comfortable. There are a few Asian restaurants and a cafe just around the corner of the hotel
