The shower was great with good water pressure and a large waterfall-like shower on the ceiling. You can also chill and get your favorite cocktails at the bar on the ground floor

Excellent hotel, nice location, close to everything, not luxurious and not bad, average. If I visit Berlin again, I will stay there.

Spent four nights at this hotel. Rooms spotless and good location. The breakfast has a very large choice and is very nice. We had a few drinks in the bar and the staff were lovely

The room is nice and quiet. It is close to the subway. There is a bar downstairs at night. It is convenient.

We’ve been hosting our events at Meliá Berlin for years and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is professional, attentive, and proactive in ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish

This was my second stay at Meliá in Berlin, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The service at the reception was very attentive, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast

And from here you can walk to most of the main tourist attractions in the city. We traveled with a toddler and they always made sure she had everything she needed

It's the perfect location for exploring Berlin that has the convenience of being close to the train station to get to and from the airport in 30 minutes

Perfect for us to enable us to visit our son easily. Staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was good varied selection. Sundays was not as good we went down later and the hot food hadn’t been replenished

The room and the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean, the beds are the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both professional and relaxed

Rooms are modern but not practical for couples. Good to have an iron in the room and the cleaner was super. Rooms are not noise insulated however and there is noise from the road and church bells

The breakfast buffet is extremely rich with anything you can wish for. The rich vegan corner is an upgrade as well as the omelette you can request to be prepared fresh

The staff was extremely welcoming, allowed us to check in at 12 and as Advantage Club members we even received an upgrade

Great hotel on outskirts of city - Osoler Str. Only a five min walk to the nearest underground station which takes you in to town. Staff are very helpful, and breakfast is good

A man at the reception was so kind to me with his smile. But the hotel seem like under construction 🚧 when you entrance to the hotel but not effective to our stay at all. Hopefully to visit once again

The hotel is undergoing renovations. However they kept disturbance at minimum. Room and toilet is spaciousI. It is very easy to get halal food nearby

But, for me the best thing was the silence! Without doubt the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Literally did not hear a sound. Heartily recommend and will stay there again without doubt

In their smallish bar I had a cocktail, the taste of which I found disappointing. On the whole the hotel provided very good value for the price

Location is very near a subway station (less than 5 mins walk). There is a supermarket below along with some eateries, so very convenient

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

Restaurants nearby, nice walking area, and safe. My room was like a little apartment and had everything I needed, including bottled water and delicious Nespresso coffee. It was some of the best coffee I've ever had

I was super tired when I got here and was sort of clueless, and the woman at the front desk wasn't exactly tourist-friendly, but I guess that's typical for Berlin? But the people at checkout in the morning were really friendly, helpful, and patient

But definitely stay here; I wish I booked a couple of nights. And they can store your suitcase when you check out, so you can have fun in Berlin after that. This is a great city and is underrated IMHO

The overall hospitality level is growing :-) This is my favorite hotel - I did check other Accor hotels in Berlin but I always return here - big thanks to the whole Team! I will also mention the usual; nice rooms, S-Bahn 50m from the hotel entrance, good food in the restaurant

Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free

It is my pleasure to say that after pandemic the level of service is constantly going up. Reception staff is definitely more experienced and very nice and helpful - this is vey noticeable

My stay at Novotel Tiergarten in Berlin was overall very pleasant. The hotel is ideally located right next to the beautiful Tiergarten, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers

The room is clean, you can boil water, buy a monthly ticket, and there is a subway entrance and various train platforms right outside the door. You can get on the train directly and quickly reach various attractions

Amazing location (next to trains) and with plenty going on nearby. Rooms were clean, warm and functional. The bar and food was great and in particular Regina, who was very nice and efficient

The slippers were the best part for me. Our junior suite was amazing; there was so much space. We overlooked a sidewalk, not road

The location is very convenient. There is a subway station opposite the door. There are many places to eat around. There are also many free snacks and drinks in the room. It is very suitable for travel.

It was a great facility in a really good location. We booked 2 rooms. However, due to cleaning issues, one room was keyed at 16:00 and one room was keyed at 18:00.

Breakfast is a great way to start the day. Other school groups can be noisy but management is helpful in responding to that. Group booking is helpful and responsive

I was in this hotel in April 2024. Hotel is just right next to the Berlin main train station. Hotel rooms are comfortable and value for money. Hotel not allowed early chcek in even if there rooms are available

Couldn’t hear any noise coming from outside or other rooms, therefore I could have a good rest. Free bottled water was provided, alongside with other refreshments

Hotel was very nice and a good location. My only concern was that the carpet in the room was quite dirty and stained. Apart from that it was fine. The beds were very comfortable.
