What about cleaning the elevator, the door to our room and the carpets? What about offering some vegan umami stuff for breakfast in the worlds no 2 most vegan city, before your guests ask you to? What a pitty the hotel...

The pancakes at breakfast are the best reason to go to this hotel. They crumble in your mouth, buttery, soft and just enough sweetness that you hear, no, feel the work of God. The omelette too! With cheese 😭

We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in and the room was lovely. Toilet has heated flooring, which was welcome during the cold week we visited. However, the room had features which were baffling

I also mentioned the bed controls to Tina and she also shrugged to indicate she couldn’t do anything about it. The room also was lacking a kettle when we checked in and it took two days to sort that out

There were no instructions on how to use it and only when I went down to ask, we were told to call 171 for reception. That’s a strange number! We couldn’t get the thermostat to work

Bathroom facilities superb and loved the shower gel and hand wash. Room serviced daily and all towels replaced kept wonderfully clean, so thank you to the house keeping team

We had breakfast with our room just one word WOW everything was so fresh each day and a lovely young lady cooked fresh omlettes and pan cakes to order these were delicious 😋 everything about this hotel was simply amazing

The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels

I had a great stay at the Sana hotel! The rooms are spotlessly clean and boast modern finishes that are rarely seen in European hotels, especially at such an affordable price point

The service staff is very friendly. There is a subway station 2 minutes away on foot, and there are many department stores for shopping in about 10 minutes on foot

Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality at a reasonable price

Amazing location on Museum Island literally the centre of Berlin. U bahn station 2 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, confortable and well designed. One key point for me is tbe sound isolation - very good

We like staying in Acor hotels like this Novotel because they are always good quality with excellent beds and usually in A good location. This one was central to all the tick box sights and close to the metro and trams

The staff was amaizing on providing tips for the city and also very helfull on suggesting local supermarkets around to restock on water and essentials, not upsale the usual expensive goods from the hotel

There was free weigths but only up to 10KG and one of those multi funcion machines that looks that has everything but was not good on the majority of positions

The bar was well stocked with traditional cocktails and new house blends, the bar staff were very unique in their creations giving the drinks their own twist (ps it was amazing)

Location is great if you are attending a concert in Uber Arena / Music Hall. Restaurants and shopping mall next to the hotel so all the necessary items are in reach! Rooms are average good

Recently, I stayed at the Ameron Hotel in Berlin, and it was an amazing experience! My room was upgraded to a suite in honor of my birthday, which made my stay very special

This hotel is pet friendly, which explains the stench) I’m also disappointed that I emailed the hotel prior to my visit to give them the bed setup as I have 2 rooms (1 for myself and partner and 1 for my children), however, they put 2 single beds together and that’s suppose to be a couples bed, rather than an actual large bed

So all night I occasionally find myself wedged in the middle. Despite all of that it’s in a great spot. The staff are OK, everything works in the room, it’s maintained well. The “air conditioning” is non existent

Currently staying at this hotel (4 nights, with 1 more left. The weather has been very hot, 33c 2 days in a row. There is no air conditioning, anywhere in the hotel. Not in the lobby, restaurants or rooms

I had a wonderful stay at the Hollywood Media Hotel Berlin. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep

Basic room. Bathroom a little better. Cleaning ok. The fridge didn't really work. Service adequate but not overly nice. Not worth the 4 star rating in my opinion. The location is good though.

Quirky, vintage decor. With spacious reception area. Good facilities with clean rooms and good English speaking staff. The location has good transport options, numerous restaurants and designer shops. I would go again.

The Good Stuff: The room was great for a solo stay – comfy bed, good bath and shower, and the TV had YouTube built in, which was a nice touch. Easy to sign into my account and watch what I wanted

The Not-So-Good: A couple of small things – housekeeping forgot to replace the toilet paper, so I had to ask. Also, reception was a bit slow later in the day

Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised

We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking. A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door

There are two restaurants beside the hotel plus you have all the shops in the station. The room in the hotel is very stylish, you will love it 😀

It is close to a lot of metro stations and buses as well as a shopping street where a lot of different stores are located. Arket, H&M, Muji, Zara, sneaker stores, KaDEWe dept store to name a few

Absolutely everything I'd expect from a Best Western hotel, no complaints whatsoever. About a 5-6 minute walk to the nearest train station, and on the corner is the most delicious bakery/ sandwich shop

I think the gentleman who greeted us was Fredrick (loves cycling in England he said) - and he deserves a special mention for his warm welcome and hospitality. We stayed in a twin room in the newer block

The Hotel has excellent service and a highly delicious breakfast. It is located close to Kurfürstendamm, where great restaurants can be found. I recommend it, do not forget to reserve a room in advance

Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor)

The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the decoration is good (there is even a crystal chandelier), the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiter will come to care, remind you to pick up the last meal, and even chat during breakfast

Decent sized and clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Loved their go green policy for handwash and other toiletries. Took off one star because their washrooms have heavy sliding doors which were unfriendly.

Sleeping with the window open is not possible because of street noise so the room got warm at night. The windows are very good by the way. With the windows closed you don't hear any noise from outside

Everything was great. The room although being small was comfortable and clean. Beds really comfortable as well. Breakfasts were monotonous, but quite tasty.
