Good no problems. No complains. Maybe just the price.

Enjoyed the hotel stay very much. Breakfast was top quality - as good as any hotel we have stayed in before. Bedroom very comfortable and No noise. Only thing we liked a little less was the bathroom set up - taps at sink were not practical and very little space for toiletries.

The hotel is beautifully designed and luxurious. Highly recommended. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly always ready assist with any request.

Highly recommended. We really enjoyed our experience staying in a junior suite. The room was huge and very comfortable. All the staff made sure we were very welcome. The taps were a bit fiddly to get the hang of but fine once you work out how they work. The breakfast was great but did seem a little disorganised during busy periods. We ended up having to wait a while to get someone's attention to get us coffee and order eggs. We would have much preferred self service so weren't having to rely on staff, who were definitely doing their best. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the zoo and close to a big park which was perfect for an evening run. The area definitely felt safe to walk around and was close to public transport.

They have a gym, which was small but good enough for a cardio workout.

We loved the design and location of the hotel. Its location right next to Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo meant it felt like you were far away from the bustle of the city, even though you’re located in the central district of Berlin. It has to be said though that public transport in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is limited.

We checked in very early in the morning - but despite that, our room was already available. We received a room with a huge terrace and a great view over Berlin. We also got breakfast on our arrival day, which was also a nice touch from the hotel.

Loved the stunningly designed spa area with pool and sauna, which was great to relax in after a whole day of sightseeing.

We were in Berlin during the Pride/CSD, which meant there were small touches from the hotel on that occasion - all of which we loved.

All the staff were lovely and helpful. One last great detail is the hotel’s private entry to the Zoo, which we used one of the days.

Some minuses during our stay - it is clear that the hotel is not brand new, and certain parts of the room could be renovated. Nothing super critical, but the wear and tear is very visible. The air conditioning is not great either. We were lucky to be in Berlin the days where it rained during the night so we slept with the window open, but otherwise it got very hot in the room. Lastly the cleaning of the bathroom could also be improved.
