To work or to chill in Berlin it’s the best place ! The staff is nice and helpful. Starting the day I arrived it was perfect. There is a vending machine with drinks that is nice and the price range is nice too

Excellent property with excellent public transportation links, in a well-equipped neighborhood. Recommended. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms are small but cozy and warm.

Location is good, good connection with the train services, on the same street you'll find within walking distance restaurants, bars, supermarkets, farmacy, ATM and others

Prices for food and drinks are not ridiculously high and of good quality. The rooms look just like the pictures from the website, so no catfishing there

I stayed in a shared 4-bed bedroom. Overall it was a good experience. I only stayed for 2 nights, so I didn't need too many accomodations

So not very good cleaning service. Aside from that, customer service was good and personnel were very nice and friendly

The center can be reached in half an hour by Metro. There is a shopping center next to the hotel. You can leave the car for the whole day for 10 euros in the shopping center. It is difficult to park near the hotel

Great Breakfast, free soft drinks in the lobby, tea, coffee and water in the room, free Bicycle rental. A room without showing off, but comfortable, everything we eat

Excellent room looking to the lake. Breakfast is rich, coffee so good and the view from the dining room exquisite. Great helpful and accommodating staff - they offer you a welcome drink - it is an energiser one

Also has an outdoor space which i recommend having breakfast in if the weather is good. The only thing i didn't expect was to pay parking at my check out for the days i stayed (10€/day)

Location is so easy to find and close to public transport in many directions with plenty of transportation options to the city center. Kopenick is a quiet but history vibrant area

Room modern yet classy Plenty to see in the local area from a number of big museums to nice little cafe bars and restaurants. Plenty of dining options nearby catering to all tastes and vegan options galore

Great location for public transport and a visit to the nearby Stasi Museum. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and I was very happy that a good hairdryer was provided

Also I don’t know why the other reviews say that the beds were uncomfortable; yes they’re on the firmer side but I am prone to a sore back and I didn’t get one from the bed. Actually found it to be really comfortable

SensCity Hotel is the comfortale island in Spandau.Clear and silence with the pretty restaurant.You can find easy the S-Bahn station,and the bigest mall of Spandau.This hotel is the good offer every people.

The interior is like a bit out of time. But the prices are top. The location is good, if you are looking for something in Wilmersdorf. The metro is near and is therefore in the city center quickly.

Good location there are plenty of restaurants nearby the German one in the square is worth trying. Underground and train station close by so it is easy to reach most places. Supermarket and the end of the street

The wifi was good enough to watch YouTube, but not fast or reliable enough to stream in HD. However, the worst thing is that the walls in the room was paper thin

A reasonably priced hotel at a great location. The Samariterstraße underground station is close by and there are good restaurants within a walking distance

The breakfast at the hotel was fairly expensive, so you may want to check one of the nearby restaurants and bakeries that serve breakfast instead

I would have rated this higher but was spoilt by the fact we booked a taxi for the airport the night before which never turned up and the staff was not at all helpful we ended up going by train and missing our flight

Good value for money, clean and convenient location, metro is few minutes walking and the are lots of small shops nearby. Toilet would need rinnovation but at least was clean

Good location near U-bahn and S-bahn (3 minutes). Or you can go to the Potsdamer platz - this is 20-30 minutes approximately. But nowadays there is a building renovation so it can be quite noisy at the day time

Great hotel with great stuff. WiFi is quite OK for Germany. There's a cafe just near the hotel with variety of food for breakfast. The only little thing I missed is a kettle.

This hotel is located in a great area. Close to restaurants and bars and some sights. It's not too far of a walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

The only down side is that the breakfast was below average for the price they charged and the staff at the breakfast was extremely unfriendly, rather rude

No Accessories for bath. Charges are a bit high for service. Very comfortable and safe.

And upon our arrival the crib was done beautifully with a baby pillow and comforter and a little tear free baby shampoo

Definitely a good hotel for a weekend visit to the city centre. We parked our car on the street as it was cheaper than the garage next door. After 18:00 on Saturday the street parking is free until Monday morning

Parking is nearby in a public parking garage charging 20 EUR/ day amd subway is also nearby, if the need for public transportation, The nice catch is that the hotel is themed, every floor and room depicting one of the Grimm’s fairy tales

We visited during Easter, where they even had colored eggs, Osterpinze (specific Easter bread) and chocolate eggs at breakfast😍. The hotel also has a restaurant with German and international dishes

Originally we booked the room without breakfast, but after we saw what was on the offering we asked the hotel to add breakfast to our rate. The breakfast was very nice with many choices

It is a good choice if you're searching for a German kitchen orientated restaurant. In the menu you'll find soups, steaks, duck salads and more. Also for vegetarians or vegans is a good choice of dishes available

Rooms are clean and comfortable but dated. Music was playing outside near hotel for a while but fell asleep anyways. Breakfast buffet had various things and wonderful quiet seating outside with good view

Upon arrival at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff members, as well as how beautiful the building is inside

They have an essentials room in the basement which has facilities to wash and iron your clothing, but also there are kitchen utensils in there and other things you may need in your room such as extra tissues, shower gel etc

Great location and very comfortable room. Close enough to Alexanderplatz for transport but far enough away from the tackiness of that part of the city. The in house restaurant is good as is the offering in the deli

The Mondial is well placed in Berlin for shopping and tourist visits. It has nice, clean, smoke free rooms with modern facilities. It has a small pool and sauna for relaxing

Amazing piece of art and good history overview of King Friedrich and Prussia. Berlin officially opened museums and thT was not crowdy but you need still to wait if there are too many persons visiting.

The Novum Hotel Gates Berlin Charlottenburg is situated in an exceptionally beautiful area of Berlin. Very close to the city centre and all amenities. Public transport is easy to find and use
