I stayed in a shared 4-bed bedroom. Overall it was a good experience. I only stayed for 2 nights, so I didn't need too many accomodations. Wifi was good, as good as it gets in Germany (not so fast internet) but there were some details that I didn't enjoy. The outlets in the room were defective, which made it a little scary to plug in and out my phone charger and the bathroom had some weird stains on the wall, I tried cleaning them to make sure it was a stain and it wasn't on the painting, and it was in fact removable. So not very good cleaning service. Aside from that, customer service was good and personnel were very nice and friendly. Location is good, good connection with the train services, on the same street you'll find within walking distance restaurants, bars, supermarkets, farmacy, ATM and others. And inside the Hostel facilities you'll find sitting areas to eat, smoke or just hang around and relax. They even have some musical guests on the weekends. Prices for food and drinks are not ridiculously high and of good quality. The rooms look just like the pictures from the website, so no catfishing there. I recommend it, I would just add making sure your bathroom is properly cleaned before you start using it.

Excellent property with excellent public transportation links, in a well-equipped neighborhood. Recommended. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms are small but cozy and warm.

The staff were great and the amenities were nice, plus a plug in the wall style fan in the room for an american like me was awesome. My only real complaint was the shower head definitely needs to be cleaned and why are the toilet seats so small haha.

Terrible place! When we arrived to our room, we realized it was really dirty as we found poop in the closets, a dead worm on the windowsill, chewing-gums stuck to the wall, and even a tissue full of white substance. The towels, beds and sheets quality was also really questionnable, as we could spot a lot of stains on them. In fact, one of my friend got poop stains on his sheets and others had blood. The furnitures were broken or not well maintained. My bed was also too far from the wall without any way of pushing it back which made a 20-centimetre hole on both sites of the bed which has seen me lose staff which fell during the night. There was a huge wall that splitted the whole room in half which was really disturbing if we wanted to walk through the room or communicate as well.
The breakfast was late, poor. The lunch baskets didn't have any sandwich or anything substantial. The dinner was also often in too low quantities which led us to buy pizzas for the rest of us that didn't have food at all. The cleaning during the day would also be preferable if the cleaning team didn't only work in the girls' rooms and the adults' ones... This place is joking on you and it is as pathetic as seeing how they treated us when we let them know about it : we only got to drink one free drink taken from a pretty small drinks menu. We were ensured to change room the next day if ours is not in a convention condition but we didn't receive any news about it. Please do not go there. You can get a lot of really better quality rooms for the same price as these. This place has to be avoided at all cost.

May it be a solo or a couple trip, this hotel has everything you need. I visited berlin for the 4th time after traveling as a couple and with friends, this was one first solo trip and first time in Stayery. The location is superb with public transport available within a minutes walking distance, as well as a tram station just outside of the hotel. It is a self serving facility, you have washing and vending machines, work and entertainment areas. A very practical kitchen in the room with all the amenities you need for a pleasant and longs stay, the shower was also very good. The staff is friendly and very helpful and pleasant to have a chat with. Highly recommended for any type of travel. Thank you, Egor.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the vibrant Boxhagener Platz neighborhood, which is well-connected by public transport (there’s even a bus stop right outside!). You’ll find everything you need within walking distance, from supermarkets just around the corner to great bars, restaurants, and even record shops nearby. It’s also conveniently accessible from Berlin’s airport, making arrival and departure especially easy. The hotel itself is impressively modern and tech-friendly; you do the check-in yourself, which is incredibly easy and convenient. The rooms are sleek and beautifully designed, providing a stylish and comfortable stay. I stayed for a full week and enjoyed every moment. For anyone looking for a mix of convenience, style, and technology, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Very nice place to stay. To work or to chill in Berlin it’s the best place ! The staff is nice and helpful. Starting the day I arrived it was perfect. There is a vending machine with drinks that is nice and the price range is nice too. The cleaning crew is on top too. They come ones a week and do it during the time that your away exploring Berlin so when you return form your journey the appartement is clean as new. I DO RECOMMEND DONT SEARCH FURTHER! We love eating and drinking around the boxhagener area so this was perfect for us. Even although we where visiting for a four day music event at Columbiahalle, this is one of our favourite ares of Berlin. On arrival the staff where friendly (I unfortunately can't remember their name) They kept our bags while we went out for a bite to eat, since we where too early to go to our room. The self check in was simple and easy to use, as was the tablet for purchasing drinks and snacks for our room. The room itself was clean and tidy and kitted out with everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was amazing and I miss the double headed shower already :)

stayed here in October 2022 with my sister in a private two bed room.. room was really good and clean .check in was smooth and everything professional and room where in another section of the building. best part is the 2 euro coffee machine in the lobby. shower was great as we booked private room.. don't know about the dorm rooms.. over-all good experience and near to everything . resturant and supermarket.. safe and clean
