Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg

Not suitable for family vacation. Overnight stay or for a short stay. Very limited options are there in the morning breakfast. Rooms are clean and have bare minimum furniture with no water bottle and kettle/tea options. Kept sparkling water in the room that also chargeable 3 Euro, not mentioned anywhere specifically but they will charge you.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It's the worst "service" I've been out for. There is yelling for no reason, fines are given for a low shoe. The food is lousy when you travel in a group. Only one lift works and there are 16 floors. This hotel is not recommended at all. Would have liked to give minus points.

Hotel looks like a modern and cool room. But the beds are very uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning, mini bar or kettle in the room. The breakfast was not good. Foods were not tasty and were few. If I go to Berlin again, I would not choose this hotel.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL .
I WILL SEE HOW CAN I MAKE A LAWSUIT, HERE IS WHY:

The beds are comfortable, the rooms and the service are excellent, the View is amazing, there are employees  that are so nice Others no so much.

I wanted to Stay longer Till find an Apartment or a room Here in Berlin(to settle myself down) And of course I was going to pay for it, Having all my right documentation as a Citizen of EU . I asked to the employees that I wanted to Stay longer ,they were Kind and good ,but they couldnt allow me , only The boss could decide That.

Finally the Boss told them That I cannot Stay longer ,without even giving me any reason to Back Up her decision, I sent Her 2 e-mails  ,she didnt even Bother to replied ,Unfortunately I hate to say it but :
1) A poorly educated person
2) or she doesnt Like foreigners (I assure that wasnt a Money-issue or a documentation problem , I Will never know what Is the reason to be honest).

The bathroom toilet clogs easily , I tried to clean it myself with a Spatula and couldn't do it,  , even Having the Rest of the room in acceptable State.
I didn't use that much toilet paper either, in fact there was plenty ,And they charged me a fine of 150 euros,I can even understand that it is 10 to 30 euros, but 150?.

I drank tea And throw Herb in the Trash can
And I just a small remanent in the sink and they kick me Out of the Hotel after Having pay for one month More, so in total I got a fine of 250 Euros ,plus the reason ,they throwed me to the streets one Moment to the other, without even a warning of " one Week you need to go"(That it would be so so so so Bad,but at least is a bit better), DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL OF ANIMALS PLEASE.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, I WILL EXPLAIN WHY: There is a friend, called Juan Larraquy, who made a comment approximately 2 days ago in this comments section. I live near the Lichtenberg area, I have heard negative criticism from the people who work there, but what they did to this friend of mine was inhumane treatment, as he commented, they kicked him out from one day to the next for the simple fact of throwing some herb from a tea in the sink of his bathroom, and they told him at the reception that he had to leave and they gave him only one hour to prepare his things... arriving at the lobby he wanted to talk to his family through and they asked him for a fine of a total of 250 euros (plus the fact that they were kicking him out),and coming 20 minutes later saying"you cannot be in the lobby all day" ,it sounds like out of a movie but it is real, thank God he has proof of what he paid, they kicked him out even though he had to leave on January 26 of this year (2024 ), he was fired one night before Christmas eve, I dont want this happen to other people , . PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, EVEN IF YOU WANT IT IS IN THE CENTER, THERE ARE MUCH PRETTIER HOTELS WITH MORAL PEOPLE.
