Grand Hyatt Berlin

This was the greatest property I've ever stayed at in Europe. The service is absolutely superb. I cannot recall her name, but the young woman who checked us in at the Front Desk truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. The lounge was well stocked and well staffed. My wife and I stayed here for a wedding Anniversary and they sent a Jar of Macaroons to our room. It was a lovely touch. Location is wonderful as well. Kudos to the staff and management for the warmth and professionalism- I worked in Hotels and a Cruise ship for years and this Service was Top Shelf.

One of the best hotels in Berlin by far. It's located near Potsdamer Platz, the swimming pool has an amazing view, and breakfast offers lots of options. Special mention to Alejandro at front desk for his great customer service.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and found it to be a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with the highlight being the spacious bathrooms and rooms, which added to the overall comfort.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and the fast Wi-Fi access was a great convenience for business needs. The hotel also features an attached fine dining restaurant with a bar and outdoor seating, providing a delightful dining experience.

Vox is a nice bar for the evenings and weekends and the staff enjoy their work which is nice to see.

Rooms are nice and clean.

My only negative feedback is the coffee at breakfast.. terrible. But at least their have a Deli in the hotel where you can go to and buy better coffee.

One of the best hotels I’ve been, and I travel a lot. My room was really big and with everything you expect from a 5 stars hotel. Exceed my expectations, even with the breakfast choices. I had the chance of accessing the lounge which made my experience unforgettable, specially for how comfortable was the bed. The staff is nice and always available. Great job, I wish all the 5 stars hotels would give me this experience!

Although the interior colours in this hotel are cold and dreadful, the service, the amenities, and the location more than make up for it. It's not the most convenient location for the new airport, but it's so close to major sightseeing spots and Potsdamer area itself has so many shops and restaurants around. It's very safe and clean as well. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Really nice hotel with great service and spa/sauna. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The mini bar had interesting drinks that were reasonably priced compared to other hotels. The location is pretty convenient as Potsdamer Platz is super close by and provides access to get anywhere.

Our first trip to Berlin as a family was made special by Grand Hyatt Berlin. We arrived earlier than the check-in time so they offered a room to have us shower, freshen up and leave our luggages in, as well as club lounge access for snacks (loved the banana nectar beverage!), so we can enjoy the rest of the day. No other hotel has done that level of hospitality for our family before. The staff were very friendly as they responded to our email messages regarding inquiries about the area and as we checked in. When we arrived to our rooms, we were surprised to see a bottle of Champagne and fruits were on the table with a welcome message from the staff (we told them we were celebrating our anniversary). Such attention to detail!

The location was just a few steps away from the historic areas and if Uber was needed, it was such a smooth process as well. We had buffet breakfast and all of the food served were sumptuous. All the servers were very accommodating and they were always smiling, despite how busy it became. I wasn’t able to use the pool (under renovation then), sauna and steam room but would have enjoyed it if I did, I’m sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and we highly recommend it. We will book our stay here should we go back to Berlin again!

A truly 5 star hotel. Amazing gym for any hotel. Great spa. Great room. Unfailing housekeeping. Great quality price ratio. Stayed 3 times and definitely returning. Tho breakfast is disappointing for vegans.
