This is a nice hotel. The shower is amazing. The bed is comfy. Tamas, in the restaurant, gave such great service. I saw him 2 nights in a row. Overall, great location, friendly faces, and good service. The salmon is on point!

Dec24, we stay here for 4 nights, we would said if u come from the airport take the train to Berlin HBF then take a taxi (16-20) instead of taking to Alexanderplatz station - u will have to pull push the luggage & the road to the hotel is not smooth- German road is not pedestrian friendly plus road is rocky - u might spoil the wheel & it is not 7 minute depending which way Google tell u. Come to check in is fast and good and up to your room which is reasonable for the price u paid. But the best thing is to include breakfast- one of the best yogurt & bread - that is the best we have for 4 morning and it keeps us going during this cold winter season. So overall it is good but not wow.

Stayed 10 nights. Start with the positive. Okan and Tamas were both incredible. Great service in the restaurant/bar. Looked forward to seeing them each evening. Rooms are small and housekeeping was inconsistent. We only had housekeeping every 2-3 days. Took used towels and didn’t replace them. Maybe they could give more than one cafe and expresso in the room when there are two people staying. Overall not bad but would compare price and location next time.

Clean room and bathroom, perfect location, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, the food and service at the restaurant is great. Accessability was perfect since I was with crutches. We checked in earlier than we were allowed with no extra cost and with cold water at the reception for all who reach the hotel. Would certainly go back to it in our next visit. Next to the police station, we felt very safe, the tables outside are perfect for an evening beer.

Very nice and friendly. The room was big and clean, the staff was very friendly, a special thank you to Mrs Wagner from the morning shift. The breakfast has a huge variety and tastes good, unfortunately not really gluten-free. It is a 5 minute walk to the Alexander Platz.

I don't understand what is wrong with this hotel...I tried to call them to ask about whether breakfast is included in my rate booked via wyndham website (which does not specify whether it does include) and the man at the front desk said "it's illegal for me to give out that information on the phone to you per our law here.". Then he hung up with no further explanation. Aside from that almost definitely being false, I don't understand why it is impossible for me to get this information. I have a reservation booked but am seriously considering cancelling it now.
Update 1-9: thanks for the timely response! Glad to have the info now, I will update the review to 5 stars for the time being and keep the reservation as it stands. Glad to hear the situation has been resolved and the quick proactivity!

I booked this hotel and due to both a Hurricane(Beryl) and no power in South Texas then a protest at Frankfurt Airport whereas I was unable to make it or cancel they relieved me of almost 500.00 Euro. This experience could happen to anyone. Beware of this place and their policy and lack of understanding! Very efficent at keeping money they did not provide a service for!

Please ensure your central air conditioning is set to a comfortable temperature on summer days. During my two-night stay, I had to sleep with cold towels under my neck and covering my feet because the room was so warm I could barely breathe. I also had to fan myself with paper until I could fall asleep

A lot changed for the last 8 years. I remembered the hotel had a different name and staff was pretty happy and smiling. Location is one of the best. But only thing, ask for a room close to the elevators. Otherwise if you stay back side you should walk like 2-3 minutes after you leave the elevator.
