This hotel is in a great location with even better transport links. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy and the rooms themselves are a good size which don’t let in much road noise from outside. Only negatives would be that the beds are too hard for me with pillows far too soft (I asked they don’t have any firmer pillows) and the shower randomly goes between boiling hot and freezing cold as noted in a couple other reviews. Other that that, great hotel.

The rooms are basic but nice and clean. Location is great, close to centre. However, we found that the shower temperature constantly switched between freezing cold and scalding hot. When telling this to the staff, we were given a rude response, especially the staff member on the night shift. No apology, just the response of “what do you expect me to do about it, I’m here alone”. Very disappointed by the service and attitude of reception employees.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The view was nice, and the room was cosy and immaculate. The personnel was nice. It was the ideal location to decompress and rest following an exhausting day of touring.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all, and the room overlooked a noisy intersection so your options at night were either to close the window and have trouble sleeping because the room got too warm, or open the window and have trouble sleeping because of the loud noises outside (cars, trams). Earplugs very much recommended.
That said, the location is great and you can get to a lot of nice locations pretty quickly. The room's sound insulation was pretty good so with the window closed the room was very quiet, but closing the window led to the room getting uncomfortably warm. YMMV.

Excellence service, friendly staff in answering all the questions I have, which is very helpful! Good value for our stay. Full of good surprises that the hotel provided a machine to shine the shoes, a tool to open the beer bottles, and weight device to weigh the luggage. The Room is very clean. Definitely will come back if we have another chance to visit Berlin. :)

Location was good, 10 min walk to alexandraplatz. Clean hotel, good housekeeping. Friendly staff. Only downside was the tv. Could only watch sky news on repeat as no other channels were in English. Petrol station below so could get a few bits in the shop.

Our stay at the Ibis was great. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Room was on the smaller side but no big deal for couple travelers. Hotel staff were very friendly. Easy parking, really nice breakfast. Overall the Ibis definitely exceeded our expectations.

Rooms were functional and spotlessly clean, but would benefit from having tea and coffee making facilities.
staff were very pleasant and helpful, except one older gentleman on night duty, who was rather rude.
lovely peaceful courtyard garden to sit and relax with a coffee after a long day sightseeing.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice. with a small selection of hot items available, including a waffle making machine which I thought was great. Coffee was excellent

Good location, within walking distance of many of the attractions in Central Berlin, and with good transport links close by. Staff were very helpful in resolving any issues with the booking immediately and effectively. Very clean and well-presented rooms and main areas.

Excellent location with walking distance from tram and underground. They were happy for us to store our rental bikes on site, and the rooms were very tidy.
