The location is great for accessing the main areas of Mitte. The room had 2 single beds but unfortunately there was not much space in the room to be able to have much of a gap between the beds. The reception staff were very polite and the stay was otherwise good. I would stay again

This hotel is in a great location with even better transport links. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy and the rooms themselves are a good size which don’t let in much road noise from outside. Only negatives would be that the beds are too hard for me with pillows far too soft (I asked they don’t have any firmer pillows) and the shower randomly goes between boiling hot and freezing cold as noted in a couple other reviews. Other that that, great hotel.

The room is pretty good. The toilet is very bright. It's a good experience to take a shower and put on makeup in the toilet. The location is far from the subway station. The service is also very good and easy to find.

The rooms are basic but nice and clean. Location is great, close to centre. However, we found that the shower temperature constantly switched between freezing cold and scalding hot. When telling this to the staff, we were given a rude response, especially the staff member on the night shift. No apology, just the response of “what do you expect me to do about it, I’m here alone”. Very disappointed by the service and attitude of reception employees.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The view was nice, and the room was cosy and immaculate. The personnel was nice. It was the ideal location to decompress and rest following an exhausting day of touring.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all, and the room overlooked a noisy intersection so your options at night were either to close the window and have trouble sleeping because the room got too warm, or open the window and have trouble sleeping because of the loud noises outside (cars, trams). Earplugs very much recommended.

That said, the location is great and you can get to a lot of nice locations pretty quickly. The room's sound insulation was pretty good so with the window closed the room was very quiet, but closing the window led to the room getting uncomfortably warm. YMMV.
