Standard hotel, breakfast was unfortunately very poor. Hotel staff were also not convincing. The location is great though!

This hotel is nit worth it at all. We spend 3 days weekend for almost $700 the false advertised a suit with one king bed or 2 XL twin bed. The room was small that my fried had to stand up against the wall so i can walk pass her. So tiny, restroom was okay but got some mold. They limited everything in the room. The hotel is okay but not worth it $700 for 3 days. I would recommend this place

I was last week in Berlin. And I booked Ocak Hotel From Internet.Its realy very Bad experience...I checked in hotel and the room was ok,but the bed with fully Hairs on the bed..and the staff is unfreundlich..so next Time I neuer book the this ocak hotel...

Clean and tidy apartment a short walk from Gesundbrunnen station, where you have good connections all around the city. There is a shopping center over the road with a supermarket for supplies and also some vending machines in the lobby area. Wi fi, cable TV and A/C were all available in the room.
Lack of plates, bowls and cutlery in the apartment and big hole dug up in the concrete entrance out the front were the only negatives to mention.

They're deleting bad reviews and I'm not sure why. I was a paying guest here I stayed here I'm entitled to review the stay.
Location convenient to transit but that's the only plus to this location. Rooms are horribly small. The staff was also very rude and short tempered, a male worker was screaming at someone on the phone while others were waiting to be checked in. The dark haired woman there as well was rude. They say it's a kitchenette but that means there's a sink in the room and that's it, they charge money for utensils and a microwave so why call it a kitchenette?

Very good location right next to the Gesundbrunnen train station and center - everything is easy to reach. Friendly service and very well-equipped modern rooms. Great value for money - highly recommended! We'll be happy to come back 🧳

Excellent hotel with a great location and 5 stops on the U8 from Alexanderplatz (10 minutes) close to the Ünterwelten (underground bunkers under the metro station) and flak tower (anti-aircraft gun tower WII).
Breakfast fine, basic but plenty available.
