Probably the best hotel I stayed in, overall, during a multi-stop trip to the area. Very helpful staff greet and guide you. A pleasant bar and superb, if a little pricey, breakfast. The room was very well done and comfortable except I couldn't adjust the A/C. Great location relative to the tourist sites, but a bit far from the subway; the bus can take you there.

We spent a long weekend (3 nights) at the hotel and were very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is also excellent: a 5-10 minute walk to Potsdamer Platz, from which all other central Berlin locations are easily accessible. A walk to the Philharmonic Hall (5 minutes away) and the Tiergarten park are also within easy reach. We would be happy to come back.

Very nice hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Unfortunately no free parking. Parking lot is very small and narrow. Hotel is very central and everything is nearby. Recommended hotel

Great place to stay.. great location to clubs and restaurants. However there’s no restaurant at the hotel and many times there was no one at the bar

The hotel is conveniently placed near the city centre, about a 15 mins walk from the Potsdamer Platz station. Supermarkets and many restaurants nearby.
The room was quiet and the heating was turned on when we arrived, which was very nice after a long trip. However, the room was pretty dirty, and the bedsheets were covered in hair. The toilet and the sink were stained, as well as a chair. They offered free drinks on arrival (two juices and a water bottle) and one bottle was already open, which I found pretty suspicious since the other two were not.
After complaining at the front desk that the bed was dirty, they did send someone to the room to change the sheets. This time, the sheets looked good and clean.
I appreciated the quick response of the staff and their support. They were very polite, though I couldn’t help to notice that they didn’t seem surprised about my complaint.
All in all, the room is made to look luxurious, but the mirror was cracked, most of the furniture was chipped and old or greasy and sticky, and dust was visible on almost all surfaces.
We also didn’t find shampoo in the room, which would have been nice.

This was the most comfortable and safe hotel I could stay at. The price was reasonable, and the facilities, amenities, room size and layout were all very good. The location was also great, so I could walk to the Berlin Philharmonic concert, which I had always wanted to attend. I am grateful to the hotel for making my memories of Berlin such good ones.

Beautiful rooms, very well equipped with aircon, decent tele and just a comfortable stay. Friendly staff and a clean environment.
