Hotel was good and not so good.
Decent location, close to Potsdamer Platz (for transportation to airport not too bad, not too good), walking distance to most sights.
Room bare minimum. For the price unacceptable.
We got the chance to check in early for some extra euros which we accepted. Room wasnt ready (third bed not prepared and no towels for third person, it was me, son and husband), so we had to report to reception in order to get somebody prepare the supposedly prepared room.
There is a stupid wall/poster between bathroom and bedroom, that lights up the whole bedroom when you go to the bathroom at night. I suppose the person who had this "ingenious" idea doesn't suffer from having to go to the bathroom during the night or that there is more than one person in the room.
It was pretty much a nightmare for the 3 nights we were there for this reason.

This was a great find in a city that is still finding its way.
Located a short walk from Potsdamer Platz station, and an easy walk to Tiergarten, Jewish memorial, Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag.
Plenty of spots for a beer and food on the way, very safe area to start to explore and get around.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and a good size bathroom.
A great bar and restaurant on L3.
I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Ok mid level hotel.
Two gripes:
our rooms were cleaned without us asking (stayed only two nights and didn't require or ask cleaning. We thought their policy is that they do NOT clean unless you tell them to.
Secondly bathroom-toilet had a coloured glass window which is kind of stupid, because when you use it during the night, light spills into the bedroom which might wake others up.
Reception gave good service.

Great hotel, suitable for big events, too. The rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent, while dinners were perfect. The staff is very polite and responsive.

Very central hotel, walking distance to Brandenburg and quite in a active corner of the city. Breakfast is amazing with so much variety! they have also a special corner for the kids and for those who have a special diet. Rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. Shower is ideally working and all the small touches in the hotel have been executed professionally. Definitely recommended hotel with perfect open buffet breakfast.

Great breakfast with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable and there were fine indoor parking facilities. The hotel had everything you need for shorter stay all the key things needed to give you a good nights sleep, top breakfast to start the day and central location in a quiet street, but only few hundred meter from the U-bahn with easy access to all of Berlin. Across the hotel street and park you find many resturants, cafes, supermarket and shopping options, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Great service at the reception.
However, the rooms do not have AC which is clearly a known issue. For a 4-star hotel, that is simply appaling. The best the staff can offer, is a small fan- a dusty relic from years ago.
DO NOT book this in the summer, if you want to be comfortable at night, you will get no rest.

A couple of minutes walk from the station and all the shops etc. one stop on the underground to Brandenburg gate from Potsdamer platz station.
Checked in easily and it took was on the first floor.
Room was clean and spacious. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water are left for when you arrive.
Room had a bath and shower so nice to choose which you wanted.
You can hang your towels and reuse which the hotel encourages you to do but the are happy to change and clean as you need it.
Didn't have the breakfast but did use the bar in the evening. Couldn't have asked for more, friendly and helpful with my choice of drink(Cointreau with lemonade and lime👌).
Would definitely use this hotel if in Berlin again.

Nice hotel, very central and close to underground for connecting to Alexsanderplatz or other stations. Rooms were good quality and fairly quiet. Breakfast and bar is on third floor and both offer good range of food and drinks. Staff were very welcoming and keen to help at all times.

Nice location, friendly staff, rooms are pretty standard. however the air condition is terrible, when it's 29-30°C and the rooms is around 25, it is impossible to sleep here, which is the whole purpose of a hotel. AC wont cool lower than 22 in the settings, but even then it never turns on..
