Reviews
The tapas restaurant is extortionately overpriced and food wasn’t any good either . A solid 3/5 experience and if you get a good deal on room rates feel free to book here!
I stayed at Melia Hotel until the end of July 2024.
I asked for an iron, and unfortunately, the iron destroyed my lovely dress, a gift from my beloved mother.
The iron offered by the hotel is of low quality and does not have a cooling system.
The iron overheats too much, which is dangerous, and no hazard risk label was attached or provided to me.
To add that, no one warned me about it, even verbally.
The hotel iron is not just a discomfort. It's a potential hazard that could lead to serious safety issues.
The hotel-provided iron should have more functions and should be of excellent quality. (4 star hotel).
As someone who has often ironed that dress, I can confidently say that the current iron provided by the hotel is not up to par.
Moreover, if the iron is getting heath, it damages guests' dresses (as in my case) and can be very risky for their health.
Therefore, it is risky from a health and safety perspective.
