The hotel was – despite the "Zentrum" (city center) in its name – 20 minutes from the city center (which is quite a long way considering Düsseldorf's size). Nevertheless, it was easily accessible by tram. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, the room cleaning was very meticulous, and the furnishings were simple but luxurious.

A lovely, spacious room with very helpful staff. I left my keys behind and they alerted me to it by the time I had reached the airport and posted them back out to me. The breakfast was tasty, if maybe a little expensive for what it was. The pizza place next door was excellent and very cheap. Transport to/from the airport couldn't have been easier and the city centre was within walking distance.

Our experience with the staff wasn't very good at the beginning. Had troubles with our booking and the person from the hotel we spoke to wasn't helpful at all, she was actually quite rude. Our stay at the hotel itself was quite good, the rooms were pretty specious and very clean. The hotel is although is quite a walk to the city centre if you want to go out (Altstadt). It's about a 20mins walk.

Spacious, comfortable bed, clean and loved the outdoor deck. We thought it was the nicest apt we stayed in during our 6 weeks.

It's conveniently located close to the central station, with excellent Japanese and Asian restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was spacious with balcony and cooking equipment, but no air conditioner. During my stay, it was very hot in the daytime so I turned on the fan and opened windows.

It's... funky. But I liked it. At least it was interesting, compared to most other hotels I stay at on business trips. Staff was very funny, always cracking jokes, and eager to help. The rooms all have different themes as well - mine was very simple, but my coworker had a Harry Potter room.

We stayed at Living Hotel Düsseldorf for six months, and it was a pleasant experience! 💎 The rooms were spacious and well-equipped; The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is excellent—just a few steps from the metro station, close to supermarkets, and within walking distance of a shopping center.

Pleasant hotel, good value for rooms and quite a good range of foods for breakfast. En-suite was a little grubby and hairs in the shower basin. This was not so good. Apart from that no issues, as I say good value for money, staff were also friendly and helpful.

Fabulous decor and just the sort of breakfast I like with fresh fruit yoghurts and granola as well as bacon and eggs. Location is also great, in a quiet leafy residential area but close to the tram into town and if you're working at the Messe you have a pleasant 20min walk through the park.

Probably the best hotel I've ever been. The staff is extraordinary helpful and friendly. The rooms are outstanding and the dishes in the restaurant are worth to be certified with a Michelin star.

Nice place. Conveniently located close to the main station and attractions in the centre of Dusseldorf. The breakfast is great, the rooms are nicely furnished and have a stone floor which I particularly prefer over the normally carpeted hotel room floors.

A nice hotel on a very beautiful spot: you can see the Rhine from the hotel and you are walking distance from the palace and park. The location is very good, just a few steps from the station. The facilities are old considering the price. The shower works well, but the drainage is slow, so water pools at your feet as soon as you turn on the water. I hope they improve this. When I entered the hotel, there was no one at the reception, but when they heard me enter they immediately came out. The receptionist was polite and I was able to check in without any problems. There was a refrigerator with drinks near the reception, so I could quench my thirst without going outside.

If you are staying for few days and you need to be close to the train station is a good option. Bare in mind the hotel has not all the room adapted if you have a disability and you are not able to use the stairs. Make sure you informed them so they will give you a room that you can access using the lift. Breakfast was ok.

This is a nice hotel right on the Rhine river and within walking distance of the conference center. The restaurant is great and the service was top notch. Even with jet lag I couldn't wait for breakfast each morning.

Had a meal there, really good food.

The restaurant was amazing. My room was inside and super small. Only a twin bed and even though I'm 5 feet tall I felt the bed was too small. The walls were really thin because I could hear the neighbors talking and snoring!

Food is good, but they have not much choice and overpriced. It's located 50m from Messe entrance, therefore very practacal for business lunches, but for more than 2 people you rather have to reserve a table upfront. I'm not happy about the sevice, the personel was rude, unpleasant and forgeting what ordered. The view is amazing though if you are placed next to thw windows.

I can only say that everything is average. The location is very close to the train station, about five minutes away. There is a tram downstairs, so it is quite noisy at night. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the juice and coffee are great. The bathroom is very cramped. I can only say that it wins in terms of cost performance.

Highly recommended Dusseldorf hotel! The front desk staff is very polite, warm and thoughtful. Nice hotel at a very good location. Parking was available, but it was across the street at a location that was a little annoying to get out of. Breakfast was available at extra cost, but we did not include breakfast with our stay.

This is a nice easy hotel option. The room was very clean and a good size. We even got complimentary breakfast because it was one of our birthdays. It's a good 15 minute walk from the station and a far walking distance from the city center

To summarise, it's nice. Good location - okay walking distance from the stores and nice places to see. The room was good and the service as well. Good place to stay as a tourist. The price was also pretty good. Nothing bad to say, but I also can't say the experience was exceptional.

Small but nice Hotel near the train station. Clean rooms, a little noisy but the mattress is good and the bathroom and shower great. The Breakfast was also very good even freshly prepared scrambled eggs. And for just under 50 euros was very good and very cheap!

The location was perfect, especially being close to the famous harbor. The behavior of the employees, especially Amal and Evita (the day receptionists), was warm and kind. The hotel is a bit dated, the walls and doors are not thick so can hear the old lift and other people, a few minor issues with some of the things in the room, however all we needed was somewhere to stay.
