10 minute walk from the train station. A pleasant room with a fridge. The WiFi was free and reliable. I would stay here again.
Slightly refurbished rooms, but roomy and practical. For a low price I would dare to call this hotel good value. But don't book this for a romantic night...

We stayed there two nights and wished we had one more in our family suite. Our daughter loved the spiral staircase in our room. It was a bit warm on the upper floors (there's no AC, which is typical in northern Europe), but they had a balcony and fans which was fine. The trick in Europe in the summer is to block all light during the day and let the cool air in during the evening. Anyway, the staff...
This is a budget friendly hotel, the staff are helpful and very nice, the rooms have en-suite shower rooms and the place is very clean, the area it’s in means the main station is a 5 min walk and a walk to the altstadt only took me 15 mins (50 + years old!). I would happily stay here again!
The sincerity, friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, from service to cleanliness, from reception to kitchen, are admirable. When I came to my room, I always found my bathroom and room clean. When I returned to my room, which I left in a hurry, even my pajamas were folded. The bathroom, sink and kitchen are really clean. Breakfast was buffet style and was very nice. The hotel offers free...
Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet.
Decent hotel considering quite a few location sold out in January for the Dusseldorf hbf area. The building is old and the hotel is not spectacular but this should not be the reason for you not to stay here especially if costs are your priority-like me but German hotel prices have shot up recently. The station is 10 minutes walk. Everything in room worked, including the roomsafe which uses the old...
Better than I thought, clean and large room(s), it's a little bit to warm, friendly people (we had a problem with the parking and they helped us), there is free tea and coffee in the lobby.

Good location, free public transport tiket, ordinary rooms, bad internet connection and it was crutious for my business trip. Maybe just my room as router is in 2nd floor and I was in 3rd.
Good price, parking garage is around the corner. Staff spoke fluent english. Breakfast was fine. Noisy rooms, very small escalator. Anoying when a drunk/tipsy guest walks via the stair to their rooms in the middle of the night...
Great hotel in terms of price-location-quality. From station 5 minutes walk, next to a bunch of Japanese restaurants with quality food.
Well located, nice rooms go far beyond the standard of a city hotel, and very, very nice staff and nice Breakfast buffet. We will come back
I have stayed 2 nights in the City Hotel Düsseldorf, because I was there for professional purposes in Düsseldorf. The Hotel has) a terrific location (5 Min to the main station and 5 Min to the city centre. The rooms are freshly renovated and very comfortable for a 3 star Hotel. With the Service, the cleanliness and with the Breakfast I was very satisfied. Can recommend the Hotel only, and some of the...
The room was very good, we slept well. Unfortunately, the Breakfast was, in contrast, only lower mediocrity. On another visit, we would forego the Breakfast. We booked the Hotel due to its proximity to the main train station and city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gildor! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern convenience and cozy charm. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with easy access to both public transport...
Great location, staff is terrific and had a great stay.
Clean but old. No refrigerator and water.
The room was nice, the area was quiet, and there are a few cafes near by. Very close to public transportation too
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant choices and nearby groceries. Location is convenient with tram stop right in front of the property. The room is acceptably clean and is very basic. The shower is OK, but keeps falling over
Location: Very good, a tram station is just outside the hotel entrance, within 10min walk to U-bahn station. Quite area but feel safe. Many restaurants nearby. Room: Size is ok for one person business trip. Facilities are basic but sufficient, the room looks very clean, no complaint for a room at this price point during an exhibition. Overall the experience is good.

Very good hotel. Nice and very clean room and bathroom. Thé breakfast is really good. Very clean hotel 👌👌👌 Really the money worth.
The hotel's hardware is too old, especially there is no air conditioning. Although the temperature is not very high, it is very stuffy and difficult to fall asleep without air conditioning! Finally, I asked the front desk for an old-fashioned fan to barely persevere.
Not sure if it's good value for money, but it could use a bit of renewal, for both hotel and the rooms Staff was very friendly and helpful 10/10. Breakfast was more than decent
Very good size rooms, however no air conditioning. You can drive in and out of the garage.
This is one of those “take it if you get a good deal” Places. It’s well located close to subway and tram stops and good cheap joints for lunch or breakfast. Its decor is dated but perfectly serviceable. Service was fine. We got a decent price, so were happy enough.
It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, with many supermarkets around and bus/subway stations nearby. It's a good hotel. There's a Vietnamese restaurant across the road, which was good for two days.

A good hotel for a very fair price. Rooms are clean, beds are good and bathroom is very acceptable. The breakfast is alright. But the service is excellent and employees are very kind. Can recommend this, has an own parking place for a fee (parking places are limited so try to reserve upfront)
Good value if you don't ask for more from a central, clean and basic hotel to go only to sleep.
not bad with the price. Staff is nice. I like it. Room price is around 40-60e/ night. Parking costs 11e/ night.
Very good location for long stay and reasonable low cost
Great location right in the city centre with access to the trams nearby. Service is satisfactory, but with no kettle or fridge in the rooms it's hard to pick up things from a supermarket for breakfast and enjoy in your room.

Small two star hotel but clean and quiet, 2 steps from the tram stop linking the main areas of dusseldorf. The manager proved to be very gracious, offering me a room at a higher level, without extra charge.
Very convenient location near to D-rath and rather broich stations. The owner was very helpful, and accommodating and changed our room to downstairs as we had bikes that needed to be stored inside. The rooms are relatively basic, but for the best price I could find we had a TV, our own bathroom and direct access to the garden. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A good budget hotel near the airport. Also local Rheinbahn train and bus depot is right behind the hotel. It makes your life easier to travel to the heart of city with ease. Few bus services are also directed to Airport so travellers can reach Airport cheaply. Breakfast on the house is good, most of the items are repetitive. Bar has an extensive collection of whiskey to enjoy but very limited options...
This place was a little over a 20 minute walk from the airport. The walk was easy and safe. There are a few restaurants close by but most close early so for later check ins there are only about 3 open later that are walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The view is nice and green and the metro rail runs...
Nice hotel. Big rooms. Clean and tidy. Bit of noise from the trams but this means they are easily accessible. Not much going on in the immediate area so you may have to walk to find a decent place to eat. I would go back, hopefully next time for fun instead of business.
Very kind and polite reception. Room was very clean and spacious. I couldn't experience the bar or breakfast due to my very early flight. Airport was about 10 min from the hotel. Taxi drivers will not want to be paid by card.
Very cosy and clean. Staff speaks in at least 3 languages and all are very polite and helpful. Place is near to the airport and pretty much the only downside I can think of is the sound of teams at night. Noticeable before you fall asleep, not loud enough to wake you up though. Well deserved 5 stars. I would not hesitate to visit again when I come to Dusseldorf. Great stay
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Located within 5 min from the local train station, And it takes only 2 min from the station to the airport. You can enjoy local beer at the restaurant just next to the hotel.

Very high quality room, clean! Staff are so friendly and nice! Wonderful location close to the shopping and food! Breakfast is the best choice
We had an excellent experience staying at The Fritz . Great room - spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff were really nice and always helpful. Breakfast was also excellent and served in a lovely area - the whole hotel has a good atmosphere. It’s in a quiet street but everywhere is very accessible for walking to. Highly recommended.
Small convenient hotel, quiet and clean. Walking distance to the city centre and boulevard. Free parking on Sunday. Only the staff was flat. No smile or asking how our stay was.

The elevator is very small, so I would rather walk up the stairs with my suitcase. The room I was given was very small at first, and it didn't match the pictures, but after my insistence and the help of Ctrip, they changed the room. Thanks to Ctrip for being online 24 hours a day.
Effective but not comfortable. No food. Shower was awful. Water ended up everywhere. Leak in sink too. Very functional hotel.
Basic budget hotel but safe and convenient Very basic hotel, wifi was weak, very limited work space and no power socket by work top. Very convenient for local transport with metro five mins walk. Some great restaurants also 5 mins walk away
Excellent service and convenient location of the place
Price is reasonable and parking is available which is good. Closed to the Düsseldorf train station by driving.
The staff at the front desk of the hotel were very friendly, helpful in finding directions, and patiently told me how to get to the airport by car. The hotel's breakfast includes bread, meat, eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning. Maybe I didn't find the air conditioning switch and it was a bit hot at night.

Not very luxury but pleasant and clean hotel! Good service!
Better than expected. We paid €60 per night and although it’s not superb it’s better than expected. Comfy beds, new furniture and a clean bathroom. Nothing fancy, but good. Coty centre is about 10-15 minutes walking. The receptionist didn’t speak that much English. They could’ve had more leaflets about the city at the reception too.
Rooms and bathroom are super small. Reception could be improved, there is no breakfast althought reservation was with breakfast included. It is near the city center and Mc Donalds is round the corner.
Very good location, near to the train station. Rooms are of a good standard for the price and staff are very friendly.
Location is very Central, one is very quickly in the city center. Rooms are ok, nothing groundbreaking, but appropriate for the price.
VERY WORTHY FOR THE MONEY. THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT.OPPOSITE THE SHOP IS A PARADISE FOR SHOPPING IS NOT EXPENSIVE. RUSSIAN-SPEAKING STAFF. DECENT BREAKFAST.

Clean and spacious rooms, great location. It was almost perfect for us to stay overnight. The only thing that made us worry is front door made of glass.
