The reception speed needs to be improved

Hotel isn’t actually very near to main station, but it’s not far from shopping district.

You can reach the main train station in 10 minutes on foot. The room was large and new. We didn't have breakfast but there were many different options to drink and eat. Next time we would like to stay again.

It's near the train station and not far to walk. The overall environment is OK. Not bad.

The room layout is very good, the decoration style is also good, it would be better if the hygiene could be cleaner:)

Used for business purposes. Location, facilities and service were average for this hotel. It's a little far from the station, but it's easy to get there by tram.

Excellent small Hotel, offering good service , very clean rooms and easy check in and check out. Everyone was very pleasant. Mattress was a bit hard for me but room had everything I wanted. 5 Min walk to Rewe supermarket and Esso petroleum station 100M away

All staf are so friendly and helpful, clean rooms, nice breakfast.

Excellent value and great accommodation. Extremely easy and accessible check in. We arrived 9pm at night, reception was closed so they left a note and the key in a box. Really convenient. What wonderful clean hotel. We arrived on touring bicycles, wet from the rain. We managed one of two rooms remaining. The ladies at reception were very friendly, both spoke English. We had a safe place to park our bikes for the night, no need for locks. The room was on the top floor (no lift), not much of a view, but the room was very clean and comfortable, free Wi-fi with a strong signal. Hotel Kaiserswerth...

It is a very small hotel. But nice and cosy. The lady working at the office was very nice and friendly. For the price and a clean room - it ticks the boxes for me. Even has a mini bar in the room.

Quite basic hotel and a bit old and worn. Lots of things broken, stains on carpet, no shower Curtain/door and quite musty smell. Bed was good.

Nice for a short stay, nearby the subway, has quick restaurants around that are opened at night , it’s nearby a mini plaza so I’d say efficient

The location is convenient, close to the station, and there are many affordable restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby. When I checked in, the receptionist only spoke German, so communication was a little difficult, but at other times there were people who spoke English.

The environment is very old, the wifi signal is extremely poor, there is no hair dryer, and the sheets are yellow

The place is old but good maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is not included They said it is because of the Covid situation although it’s 2022 and the pandemic is not here any more.

Warm and friendly welcome (even when we arrived at 2am due to flight delays). Very clean and professional approach to guest care.

Very cozy hotel, I really liked the design of the rooms and the service was good. The location is a bit far though from the city center. Big plus for accommodating two cats. Note about the gym though, it was not good at all, literally only 3 cardio machines and that's it.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Henri. Breakfast was really good, nice crispy bacon and fresh products. Even later in the morning everything was still topped up. Staff was friendly. Rooms are cozy. Would be nice to have a smart tv to stream to.

Even though we only stayed one night due to a business trip, we had a lovely stay! They were very friendly, room was very clean and comfy, breakfast was with fresh food. 10/10!

It is a great little hotel with awesome friendly staff in a great location. I got a double room on the 2nd floor - nice and quiet and I think it had recently had a refurbishment. For the price and location it is a good place to stay.

Price/performance fits all. If you are coming to celebrate you sleep exactly "on" the beer mile. If one is on the culture trip, on the go, also since it is in the center of everything. Stupid it can be if the neighbors of the Party, and you was not there you should. Negative no bestzte Desk, no way the suitcase and humming noise in the room. Cleanliness of the rooms is very fine.

Very basic and warn hotel. It was clean. The receptionist was not able to do a basic check-in. There's no elevator, and the hotel is situated far away from basically everything. It was cheap and available, so I gave it a try.

Great apartment in Benrath, a lovely suburban district of Duesseldorf. The apartment was large and comfortable and completely renovated. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. This place is excellent value for money.

very old 4 star hotel, sound isolation is a joke.i cant even find the do not disturb sign in the room! but a single bed room i booked in the same day i arrived costs only around 34euro/night. great location by the way.

Possibly to have Continental/Japanese/German/ breakfast. Especially JP breakfast is offer Miso soup, Natto, Shimesaba and rice every morning. Free WIFI is not belong to hotel. Need to select " telecom " then, click start by own devices. Then, the hotel located near by typical Japanese district " Immerman Strasse ". You can find so many JP cuisine. ( Ramen, Tempura, Soba, washoku )

Average hotel, very tired, for pensioners, didn't like the atmosphere and there was no cleaning

The room is exquisite, and the breakfast includes bread, milk, cheese, bacon slices, juice, tea, etc. The only thing is that I am on the 3rd floor (actually the 4th floor), and the wireless signal is sometimes there and sometimes not. Overall it is good!

We only stayed one night, but staff was extremely friendly, was able to give us directions around, and very helpful. Hotel itself is small, but our room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was nice and the location is great!

Large private room. Bathroom large and clean fit for a hotel. Beware if you arrive on weekends, no one will be there - a bit of a shock to some of us. Fear not, speak to intercom and you won't be locked out. Convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, Aldi, train station.

My hotel stay was generally good as it matched the price point. The room was clean and comfortable for a very short stay. Location was great as it was close to the central station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly! Downside, furniture felt very outdated and the “king bed” was actually two single beds placed side by side. Very limited amenities provided so don’t expect to have bottled water...

The position of the hotel is almost perfect. Very close to the main station and walking distance from the center of the city. However the bedsheets were stained. Overall not bad, if it was cleaner I would recommend it to everyone.

Newly in to IHG chain, they did very good with new room & bedding / staff were very nice. ***just to let you know that no air-con but come with small fan. ( the weather was cool at night so no problem sleeping)

Owned by a very friendly and helpful couple. Centrally located in Angermund (it's Angermund so what isn't?) and only a 10 minute bus ride into Kaiserswerth. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. I've been coming here since 2012 and love it.

Our best German experience. The room and cleaning was great, the hosting family is more than welcoming. And folks have a charming dog! If you wanna enjoy your stay and feel yourself a king/gueen of some sort, be sure to stay at Hotel Rosenhof. P.s.: and they also give you a travel ticket which allows you travel around until you leave the hotel. How convenient!

Nice food in good atmosphere. They try to have a bit fancy food. Variation of salad is very fresh and no convenience products used, very tasty. Fish and meat is good and worth it. I had a knuckle which was not that tender, but I will happily give it a second try.

Ok after a badstart It was complicated to get in. Reception closed exceptionally early at 14:00. They tried yo reavh me over the phone, but with a hidden number … They should have sent an email to explain what to do. On arrival I phone yhem 5 times. Just before giving up someone called back to explain how I could get in. Far from ideal …

The room is old, close to the railway, noisy, average breakfast, indifferent staff, poor hygiene, convenient transportation, suitable for business trips, no air conditioning, no heating.

Older and a bit run down, but very clean. The noise from the SBahn station made it very hard to sleep.

Because of work reasons in here for 5-6 hours. So I'm on the hotel's feel is based only on me in the room to be very short few hours. I think the hotel service is very General-you need to hit 2-3 a call to find can help you of people, then you also need to call and remind several times. The room was very small but in Europe is more common and there is nothing from which you can see the office buildings...

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, unfortunately the only place in the hotel with air conditioning is the bar.

The hotel was conveniently close to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, via public transport, for a concert we attended - a perfect place to stay for a fun weekend. A great hotel with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

There are Chinese restaurants and light rail stations nearby, making it convenient to eat and travel.

Very good suit nice and clean also what liked it was quiet. And evertrhing was close by or easy to reach. Breakfast was fine aswell.

Nice hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but I really liked it. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the man was helpful and nice. Slept well, just a thin duvet. Breakfast was fine and very tasty. Top hotel and highly recommended.
